FILIBUSTER: Woohoo! Manchin and Sinema stuck to their promises and voted NO to the Dem’s attempt to kille off the Senate filibuster. Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell said it was good to keep the filibuster’s 60-vote majority. “It makes the Senate serve its founding purpose: forging compromise, cooling passions, and ensuring that new laws earn broad support from a cross-section of our country,” he said.

GEORGIA: Floyd County police have arrested a Whitfield County Schools science teacher and charged him with aggravated child molestation. An investigator with the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force said the now-former teacher engaged in very graphic online conversations of a sexual nature with someone he thought to be under the age of 16 years, then met for what he believed would be a hook up.

KILL SWITCH: Part of the infrastructure bill signed by Biden requires vehicles manufactured after 2026 to include a remote kill switch. Supposedly, it’s so the car can be turned off if the driver is drunk. But in reality, it will give law enforcement agencies to remotely turn off your car for any reason they choose. The other problem is that such technology is vulnerable to hacking.

MASKS: A Florida woman is suing Southwest Airlines for chucking her off a plane because she was removing her mask periodically drink water. She says she told the flight attendant she had a medical-exemption card, but was told, “We don’t care.” She also says she had to leave the plane while an unmasked pilot laughed at her. I’m not a huge fan of lawsuits, but it seems like the only way we have to fight back against this crap.

GRAMMY NOTES: A long-time friend I haven’t seen in many moons came by for a good catch up. Among other things, she told me the vaxxx had totally trashed her immune system, which was already a mess. I begged her not to get boostered and she said she definitely wasn’t considering it. As I told her about my research, I found myself saying again and again, “This isn’t tinfoil hat stuff. It’s really happening.” She gets her news from PBS and didn’t say anything, so I have no idea what she thought. At least she took my all natural COVID prevention and treatment plan with her when she left, so maybe that’ll help.

SCOTUS: In 2015, Coach Joe Kennedy knelt on the 50-yard line and offered a prayer, surrounded by other coaches, players, and even spectators who came onto the field. One week later, he was suddenly placed on leave and the school district refused to rehire him for the following season. Kennedy filed a lawsuit, which requested the court to have the school district rehire him immediately. So far, lower courts have ruled in favor of the school district, claiming that Kennedy was not entitled to get his job back. His appeal finally got to the Supremes, who have agreed to hear the case.

The Supremes are also hearing a 1st Circuit Court case, Shurtleff v. Boston. It involves what flies on the three flagpoles outside Boston’s City Hall. Atop one flies the U.S. flag, and below it is a flag honoring missing soldiers and prisoners of war. The second pole flies the Massachusetts flag. And the third flagpole, which usually flies Boston’s flag, is sometimes used to honor or commemorate causes. In 12 years, Boston has turned down only one out of 284 flag requests – i.e., a flag with a cross on it. The plaintiff holds that, in refusing their flag, they placed religion “in the same category as speech deemed inappropriate, offensive, supporting prejudice or discrimination.”

SIGNS of the END TIMES: They keep piling up! UK: Yes! Prime Minister Boris Johnson has announced the end of ALL ‘rona restrictions. Face masking will not be legally enforced anywhere. COVID passes will not be mandatory anywhere. Advice to work from home is done. He also said that if data supported it, he may end the legal requirement for people to self-isolate if they test positive before the regulation lapses in March.

VAXXX: New data from the health authority in Scotland shows that infection and hospitalization with COVID-19 is more likely among those who have received at least one shot of a COVID jab than those who have not received any of the shots, and that death following a double dose is much more likely than without having had any shots.

This data corroborates a Danish study published December 20, which shows that people with two doses of an mRNA COVID shot have a higher likelihood of catching Omicron than those without a jab.

Meanwhile, here in the U.S., the CDC has finally admitted what we already knew – i.e., “Unvaccinated people with a history of Covid also had lower rates of infection and hospitalization than those protected by vaccines alone.”

MASKS: A speech therapist in Florida says she has had a whopping 364% increase in referrals for children suffering from speech delays in 2021. She blames masks for causing this unprecedented damage to healthy childhood development.

A charter school in Minnesota has expelled a first grader with speech disabilities for refusing to wear a mask. The kid’s physician provided an exemption to the mask mandate, but the school refused to offer any accommodation.

MICHIGAN: At the start of the pandemic, Michigan’s Democrat governor, Gretchen “Jackboots” Whitmer, forced extended care facilities to take ‘rona infected patients. A recent audit found that 8,061 elderly Michiganders died of the disease in the state’s nursing homes between March 2020 and July 2, 2021. The previous, officially posted, death toll was 5,675.

Whitmer’s office is busy whining about how the 42% under-count was really only a 30% under-count, because some of the facilities included in the audit had not been required to report COVID deaths. So there! This from the woman who ordered Michiganders to stay in their homes, then went on vacation.

MIDTERMS: Michael Buckley writes at American Thinker about how essential it is for the Dems to call off the pandemic as soon as possible. “At some point in the relatively near future, President Joe Biden will be handed a speech that will read something like this:

“’My Fellow Americans — Our long national nightmare is over. The pandemic is a thing of the past and I am ordering the end of all federal COVID-related efforts and I implore those governors who have not lifted their emergency orders to do so immediately. It’s time for all of us to get back to normal.’

Phil Murphy claims his decision to sign a law codifying a “fundamental right” to abortion at any time and for any reason, up until birth, somehow does not compromise his professed Catholic identity. The bill could also potentially force New Jersey’s healthcare workers with moral, religious, or ethical objections to perform or participate in abortions.

OHIO: The state’s Unborn Child Dignity Act goes into full effect next month. Unsurprisingly, the ACLU and Planned Parenthood have filed for an injunction.

POPE FRANCIS: Pope Francis met twice, in secret, with Pfizer’s CEO. The Vatican exclusively administers (and now mandates) Pfizer’s abortion-tainted COVID-19 injection for employees. And the pontiff has been such an ardent promoter of COVID shots that he has stated unequivocally that it is immoral not to get the jabs.

CANADIAN JACKBOOTS: A Canadian father who has not been vaccinated against COVID has temporarily lost the right to see his 12-year-old child. The judgment is the first depriving a parent of access rights on immunization grounds. The judge’s decision, made at the end of last month in Quebec province, suspends the father’s visitation rights until February, unless he decides to get vaccinated. The kid’s mother, who now lives with another partner, is the one who ratted him out to the court.

EDUCATION: Chrissy Clark emailed the Arlington Public Schools asking what data/studies they were using to justify masking students. Their communications director accidentally sent his advice to her, not to his boss.

EXCESS DEATHS: The all-cause death rate among working Americans (18-64) is 40% higher now than it was before the pandemic. All-cause mortality is a reliable data point that can’t be politically massaged, so it’s a real number. Ditto the sharp increase in non-COVID hospitalizations and long-term disability claims. I‘m guessing all of it is caused by a combination of vaxxxine side effects, suicides and drug overdoses brought on by the stress of draconian lockdowns and manufactured fear.

PARTY AFFILIATION: Last year, Gallup recorded a 14 point shift in party identification and leaning. This is the largest since they began regularly measuring in 1991. In the first quarter of 2021, Dems had a 9 point lead (49% D vs. 40% R), but by December, Republicans had a 5 point lead (42% D vs. 47% R).

PRAYER IN SCHOOLS: California parents have won their lawsuit against the California State Board of Education’s Ethnic Studies Model Curriculum, in which students were taught a prayer to five Aztec gods. In the prayer, the gods, who are addressed by their names and by their traditional titles, are recognized as sources of power and knowledge and thanked for their assistance.

Back in the day, Aztecs performed bloody sacrifices of tens of thousands of humans as part of their worship of these demonic entities. So naturally, the Progs ruining, I mean running, California actually encouraged students to recite this prayer AS PRAYER when they were feeling low. You can’t wear a t-shirt that says Jesus Saves, because NO PRAYER IN SCHOOLS, but this? Seriously?

In the settlement agreement, the California authorities didn’t admit wrongdoing, but agreed to remove the Aztec prayer, as well as another one from the Yoruba religion, from the curriculum. The court ordered the state to pay the plaintiffs’ lawyers $100,000 and to issue a public notice to all California school districts, charter schools, and county offices of education about the change in the curriculum.

“Parents should have a say in what is taught in school because, in Virginia, parents have a fundamental right to make decisions with regards to their child’s upbringing, education, and care,” Youngkin said. “To parents, I say we respect you. And we will empower you in the education of your children.”

WASTE OF TIME: Dr. Clive Dix played a key role in the development of ‘rona vaxxxines. He is also the former chairman of Britain’s Vaccines Taskforce. On Sunday, he said, “The Omicron variant is a relatively mild virus. And to just keep vaccinating people and thinking of doing it again to protect the population is, in my view, now a waste of time.”

COLORADO: A moose that was grazing near a house in Breckenridge, Colorado, fell down a window well into the basement of the house. They tried opening doors to encourage the critter to leave on its own, but it couldn’t negotiate the stairs. Finally, officers from Colorado Parks and Wildlife, Breckenridge Police Department, Blue River Police Department and the Red, White & Blue Fire and EMS had to tranq the behemoth, cut its antlers off and carry it out. Moose antlers typically fall off this time of year, so it will grow new antlers in the spring.

I wonder if homeowner’s insurance covers invasion by moose, cuz that ping pong table and the carpet covered with stressed moose poo both look like they’re toast.

HISPANICS: Overall approval for FAUXTUS was 33%, but among traditionally Democrat voting Hispanics, it was only 14%. Yoiks!

MANDATES: After SCOTUS found FAUXTUS’ mandate unconstitutional, General Electric called it off. In Florida, Gov. DeSantis announced they will not be enforcing the health care worker vaxxx mandate that the Supremes upheld.

PRICE GOUGING: A judge has ruled that Martin Shkreli must return $64.6 million in profits he and his former company reaped from raising the price of the life-saving drug Daraprim. After obtaining exclusive rights to the decades-old drug in 2015, Shkreli jacked the price up from $13.50 to $750 per pill. Daraprim treats a rare parasitic disease that strikes pregnant women, cancer patients and AIDS patients.

TEXAS: The FBI and Texas authorities resolved an hours long hostage situation at a Dallas-Fort Worth area synagogue late Saturday when they killed the armed man who held four hostages, including a rabbi, reportedly demanding the release of a convicted terrorist whom U.S. officials once described as the “most wanted woman in the world.” The hostages are all alive and safe.

COVID-19: A recent study compared 76 hospitalized patients who received standard care with 82 patients who received melatonin in addition to everything else. Thirteen of the 76 died; one of the 82 died, thus showing melatonin reduced mortality by 93%.

Besides being safe and effective, it costs less than $5 per course of treatment. By comparison, Regeneron monoclonal antibodies cost about $2,100 per dose and Remdesivir is $3,100 per treatment.

Melatonin is both an immune regulator and a sleep aid, so it can be taken along with your other supplements to help protect you from getting a bad case (or any case) of the ‘rona. There is no official recommended melatonin dosage for adults, but anything between 0.5 milligram to 5 milligrams appears to be safe and effective. Take it about one hour before bed.

EL SALVADOR: The Central American nation is giving COVID medicine packages to COVID patients, their families and people in areas of high prevalence of infection. The packages contain ivermectin, acetaminophen, Vitamin C, Vitamin D3, zinc, and aspirin.

He ordered the WEC to rescind the guidance by January 27, effectively ending the use of absentee ballot drop boxes in Wisconsin unless his decision is reversed by a higher court.

COVID-19: There have now been 67 Ivermectin COVID-19 controlled studies that show a 67% improvement in COVID patients and 298 Hydroxychloroquine studies that show a 64% improvement. Despite the science, Dr. Fauci and the medical elites have blocked the use of these effective treatments for coronavirus patients.

LOOTING: In Los Angeles, thieves have been raiding Union Pacific cargo containers, taking packages that belong to people from all over the country from retailers like Amazon, REI and others. The refuse left behind, like home COVID test kits, are items that the robbers did not think were valuable enough to take.

MEDIA: Ratings from the first week of January saw CNN with nearly 90% less audience over the same week in 2021 when the network experienced a brief post-election spike. Wait while I get a tissue.

MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES: The CEO of a medical supplies company involved in the distribution and supply of monoclonal antibodies says the government takeover has exacerbated shortages. Wait, wut? You mean the gummint isn’t the most efficient way to help people?! Who knew?!

SCOTUS: [3:40] – The Supreme Court has blocked the Biden administration’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate for private businesses, but has allowed a health care worker mandate to take effect.

FAUXTUS responded by telling businesses to ignore the Supreme Court and implement the mandate anyway. Hmmm … I’m thinking that a business that imposes an unconstitutional mandate on an employee is ripe for getting sued.

Clueless tweeters responded with jaw-dropping outrage over Republican Supreme Court Justices who want you to DIE. Here’s my favorite one: “Republicans would rather 1 billion die instead of taking this professionally crafted and god given vaccine that is proven by science to be safe and effective for all ages.” When you get to the German doctors video below, you’ll know why.

UK: [8:56] – In the wake of the sex-assault lawsuit, Queen Elizabeth has stripped her son of all his military titles and royal patronages. He will no longer be known as His Royal Highness and will have to fight his lawsuit in the U.S. as a private citizen.

VAXXXINES: MUST READ – Leann Horrocks writes, “An awful lot of people are making a very dangerous assumption about the COVID-19 jabs: that the manufacture of them is pristine. Everyone seems to tacitly accept that every vial of a given jab is perfect and identical to every other vial of the same thing and that it is delivered to the injection site in perfect condition. At the end, a guy says, “Perhaps the effectiveness of the vaccines could be improved if there were fewer impurities in it.” I’m thinking that, since the people pushing this crap believe there are too many human beings on the planet that perhaps the vaccines aren’t meant to be effective and that the impurities are meant to be there. I’d reach for my tinfoil hat at this point except too many so-called conspiracy theories have been proven to be true, so why not this one?

On your knees, Warriors!

The White House issued a memo quibbling with Quinnipiac’s polling method, which reported Slow Joe’s lowest approval to date (33% approval vs. 53% disapproval), blaming the 33% on the high number of “I don’t knows.” Cuz people shifting from “approval” to “not sure” is such a strong sign of … oh wait.

The memo included a chart from FiveThirtyEight* showing 17 recent presidential approval polls. I’m guessing they included the chart to make the memo look all statistical and scienceful. They know darn well that their media lapdogs will not bother to deep dive into the numbers, but will just read and report the memo’s lede like the good little sheep they are. However, looking at the numbers is highly amusing.

For example, the Quinnipiac poll which shows the lowest approval was graded A-, while Zogby, which got the lowest grade B- shows the highest approval (50%). Also, on the weighted side, none of the disapprovals are below 50%. IOW, half the country definitely thinks Biden sucks, about 10% are not quite ready to admit to their voter regret, and a third think the destruction of the greatest country the world has ever seen is a good thing.

Since we’re fighting a spiritual battle here and Satan commands the third of the angels who rejected God, I’m not looking for that last third to budge. If anything, they’ll get more aggressive. And we need to as well. On your knees, warriors!
