Less than a day after the Comey hearing proved to be a big disappointment to Trump Hating Democrats, their fearless and often delusional Minority Leader, Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.), held a press conference on Capitol Hill demanding to know, “Where are the jobs? The election was about jobs. Jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs. He promised jobs. What has he done?”
Ms. Pelosi, I had that same question throughout President Obama’s alleged “economic recovery.” According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the last time the percentage of Americans with jobs was above 60% was in January and February of 2009, during Obama’s first six weeks in office.
This metric hit 60% again in February 2017, during Trump’s first six weeks in office.
My email is chock full of summaries and commentaries. I’ll try to condense it down to the best few bits.
THE BIG PICTURE:Trump’s distrust of Comey was vindicated by what we now know about Comey.
Comey confirmed, again, that even as of his last day in office, Donald Trump was not personally the subject of FBI investigation, neither criminal nor counter-intelligence.
Despite media claims otherwise, this fact was not deemed worthy of public disclosure by Comey. IOW, he was happy to let Trump twist in the winds of misleading and false media claims.
Comey stated that a key New York Times report asserting Trump campaign collusion was substantively false.
Much of the Democrat and media frenzy over the past several months was based on this article.
Trump didn’t try to impede the Russia investigation.
In fact, he actually encouraged Comey to find out and expose whether any of Trump’s campaign “satellites” engaged in wrongdoing.
Comey arranged for a friend of his to leak a memo of his conversation with Trump about Michael Flynn to the NY Times.
That memo apparently has not even been given to the Senate Intelligence Committee.
The leaking of this memo may put Comey himself in legal jeopardy.
Comey admitted that then Attorney General Loretta Lynch pressured him to downplay the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s email server to assist Clinton’s election efforts.
Comey admitted that he succumbed to Lynch’s pressure.
This should result in both a re-opened investigation of Hillary’s server and also a new investigation of Lynch.
SUMMARY:The so-called “resistance” is based totally on lies. It is and always has been nothing more than an attempt to undermine Trump’s ability to govern. It and not Trump’s presidency are the true threat to our electoral and representative system.
Unless you’ve been in Siberia and just got back this morning, you’re aware that the Jim Comey Show is on today. The networks are desperate to get something, anything, on Trump. After 10 months and counting, they refuse to accept there’s no “there” there. One network is pre-empting “All My Children” and the others are doing cut-ins. I remember when there were only 3 stations and Granny would be livid when they interrupted ‘her stories’ because the president was addressing the nation.

The old lady at the bait shop was of little help when I called, she only said: ‘Where do you want to go?’ Walworth County, Wisconsin, has numerous lakes and I assumed he would decide. Apparently not. I chose Lake Delavan and she gave me directions to one of the three boat launches on the lake. I’m getting a little obsessive, but I don’t want anything to go wrong since my grandson has looked forward to this for months. Fishing with him is one of the few real joys in my life anymore.

The Washington establishment and media elite has gone into a full-blown craze over a Senate hearing on Thursday featuring fired FBI Director James Comey.
And while the media continued to hype the hearing, some began expressing worry the hearing would not live up to the hype.
The Senate Intelligence Committee hearing is slated to begin at 10 a.m. eastern and begin with opening statements from the chairman and vice chairman of the committee. Comey will then deliver an opening statement, and senators will have the opportunity to question Comey, with multiple rounds of questions expected. The hearing is expected to last hours. The closed hearing is scheduled at 1 p.m. eastern.
The situation between Mr. Sessions and Mr. Trump has grown so tense that the attorney general told Mr. Trump in recent weeks that he needed the freedom to do his job and that he could resign if that was what was wanted, according to the two people who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal White House matters. Mr. Trump did not take him up on the offer.
A spokesman for Mr. Sessions declined to comment. A White House spokeswoman did not respond to an email seeking comment.

They Just Won’t Go Away: Michelle Obama Trashes Trump at Apple Conference
The last time we saw Michelle Obama, she was flaunting her poor fashion sense in Italy. This week the former First Lady was a surprise guest at the Apple Worldwide Developers Conference in California. She delivered a fireside chat where she trashed President Trump over global warming junk science and his temporary travel ban from failed Islamist states.

Federal Contractor ‘Reality L. Winner’ Arrested For Leaking Classified NSA Document to News Outlet
25-year-old Reality Leigh Winner, a federal contractor, was arrested over the weekend and is facing charges that she removed classified material from a government facility and mailed it to a news outlet.
Winner worked for Pluribus International Corporation and was assigned to a government facility in Georgia. She’s held a Top Secret classified security clearance since being hired on Feb. 13.
She is accused of sending the classified document to a news outlet a few days after printing it off.
“Once investigative efforts identified Winner as a suspect, the FBI obtained and executed a search warrant at her residence. According to the complaint, Winner agreed to talk with agents during the execution of the warrant,” the statement read.
“During that conversation, Winner admitted intentionally identifying and printing the classified intelligence reporting at issue despite not having a ‘need to know,’ and with knowledge that the intelligence reporting was classified.”
