He had to circumvent Congress (again) to do it, which the lapdog media ignored (of course) and you can bet the money will wind up going to Iranian-backed Hamas terrorists, but what the hey. According to Obama, it was “necessary” for our “national security interests.” Riiiiiiiight.
His Secretary of State, John Kerry, thinks half a Billion wasn’t enough; he wants we should give those who live to wipe the U.S. and Israel off the face of the Earth a cool $4 Billion … yet the White House remains closed to tourists and my military kid’s been furloughed because … refer back to line one … the United States is BROKE.
But again, what the hey! We should just raise the debt ceiling again. Right? And if those Eeeeeeeeeeeeeevil Raaaaaaaaaaaacist GOP bastards won’t vote for it, Barack Obama is prepared to NOT send Social Security checks to the disabled and old folks next week. So there!
Meanwhile, he and the girls are packing for yet ANOTHER multi-million dollar vacay cuz apparently their $100 million safari wasn’t enough of a break for one summer.
Ok. So the left is saying, “Big deal, Kerry was working remotely.” And that may be true, but the problem is not whether he was working on board; it is that this administration lies about everything! They would lie about the color of the sky, or what they had for breakfast! When someone lies so blatantly and frequently about little things, how can you believe anything they say about the big, important things?
When you point out something like that to a leftist, they act like your anger over being lied to is an overreaction. After all, it wasn’t a BIG lie…just a little one. Forget about the fact that you should be able to expect a basic amount of credibility from the freaking State Dept.
This is how emotionally abusive relationships work. Abusers will heap lies and mistreatment upon the victim so fast and furious, that the victim eventually starts to push back a little, maybe pointing out a lie or two. When that happens, the abuser will redirect the argument so that the victim is made out to be irrational and over-reactionary. This has been the Zero admin’s modus operandi since day 1.
I have been in abusive relationships before…being stuck in another one with my own government, from which I can’t escape without leaving behind everything I’ve worked so hard to achieve, well, it’s beyond galling. I almost pity the enablers on the left, because their time will come. Abusers don’t have any more respect for the useful idiots who take their side, than they have for their victims who fight back; in fact, they have even more contempt for fools who suffer them willingly.

Oh wait … hang on … make that four. Oops, five. And damn how many people have cameras and wireless uploading these days. Add a pesky video of Kerry’s motorcade violating Nantucket traffic regs and a state cop who confirmed that it was Kerry’s motorcade.
And THEN, dammit, as the BBC reported Morsi had been ousted, the Boston Herald reported (with pictures) that Kerry was enjoying a “sun splashed” vacay with his family on the other side of the globe from our beleaguered ally.

His argument?
Those nasty, lying Navy SEAL ads are hurting Barack just like those nasty, lying Swift Boat ads hurt him!

In the letter, Kerry says,
“No matter how self-evidently false the attacks are, or how disreputable the people telling them may be, there’s no attack that can’t take hold.”
Navy SEALs? Disreputable liars? Riiiiiight.
Back in 2004, 250+ Swift Boat veterans went public to protest John Kerry’s contention that he was fit to be Commander-in-Chief. They published a book and ran ads on television and the internet.
Despite the fact that the Swifties damaged Kerry’s campaign enough that it possibly cost him the election, Kerry never responded to their accusations, never released his military records, never sued for slander.
In his Send-Barack-Money-to-Fight-SEALs letter, Kerry also says he “honors and appreciates” the service of his fellow veterans. Riiiiiight. I’m sure his honor and appreciation are what motivated him to tell a group of students,
