People backing Newt claim he could beat Obama in a debate.Sarah would gut him like a salmon.If the media thinks they’ve intimidated her into shutting up they better think again.

There is no one–no one in the Republican party that can command an audience the way she can.It takes a lot to completely disembowel somebody and seem so polite about it.She even got in a dig at the establishment GOP by saying some Tea Party members WILL have leadership positions next session.

I’ve read elsewhere the last few days that there is a possibility of a brokered convention and Jeb Bush might be drafted.We don’t need another Bush right now but can you imagine Gov. Palin coming out the winner?The sound of liberal heads exploding would be the stuff dreams are made of.It’s more than we can hope for,but we know she’ll be heard from again soon.

Amuse Yeux

I’ve been graphicking up a storm … way too much new stuff to put it ALL up here, so I thought I’d do something like what we GOP Bitter Clingers call Pot Luck and Democrats snootily refer to as Amuse Bouche.

But since it’s for Chrissy’s Site Bites, I thought I’d call it Amuse Yeux cuz I took French once upon a time. And I know how to Google Translate what I don’t remember from Madame Diamond.

So … did you get it? Amuse yeux, delight the eyes? Sound bite, bite sized ideas in graphics, sight bites? A web site for sight bites = site bites?

I figgered you conservative bumpkins might need it explained. [Not really. Just feeling snarky after graphicking all this nastiness from the oh-so-tolerant elitist Left.]

California gun collector put under psychiatric observation

His house also featured a secret escape tunnel. My favorite quote from the dimwit television reporter: “Wow! He has about a million machine gun bullets!” The headline referred to it as a “massive weapons cache.”

I’m skeptical about the pile of ammunition boxes and cans that they showed.  It didn’t look big enough to contain more than about 100,000 rounds, unless there was a lot of .22 rimfire ammo. However, by southern California standards, even someone owning 100,000 rounds would be considered “mentally unstable.”

Just imagine if he lived elsewhere.

In Arizona, he’d be called “an avid gun collector.”

In Texas, he’d be called “a novice gun collector.”

In Utah, he’d be called “moderately well prepared,” assuming that he also had a corresponding quantity of stored food.

In Montana, he’d be called “the neighborhood ‘go-to’ guy.”

In Idaho, he’d be called “a likely gubernatorial candidate.”

And in Wyoming, he’d be called “an eligible bachelor.”
