The letter says, “Failure to comply will result in criminal prosecution.” It is not clear to me what crime is supposed to have been committed here.
Incoming State Representative Steve Carra and Michigan activist Bob Cushman filed a successful lawsuit against Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson over the explosive allegations that poll workers were being trained in how to commit voter fraud.

TECH GIANTS: About 98% of political contributions from internet companies this cycle went to Democrats. Super PACs focused on flipping the Senate in favor of Democrats and winning in swing states received millions of dollars from tech execs. The CEOs of Asana, Twilio and Netflix were among the biggest contributors.
RACISM: A study at the University of Wisconsin, Madison, found that the vast majority of UW students are not racists. The psychology professor leading the study said he was surprised by this.

A Nov. 2-4 survey found a stunning 85% of registered voters want every legal vote to be counted correctly. Only 15% said getting results quickly should be the higher priority.
In some localities, vote counts for Biden violate a statistical tool called Benford’s Law. If all the nine digits appeared equally often, each one would be expected 11.1%. But, in fact, the 1 appears 30% of the time. Where the first-digit distribution significantly diverges from this rule, it could be evidence of artificial manipulation of the data. Benford’s Law has been used to identify fraudulent financial records, voter fraud, and other illegal activities.

A statistical analysis of the Pennsylvania vote show that the results they’re reporting are as unlikely as someone flipping a coin 100 times and getting heads every time.
For example, Biden received several tens of thousands of more votes than registered Democrats in multiple counties. Biden, who couldn’t get a dozen people to his rallies, also unbelievably received more votes than Obama, who drew massive crowds to his rallies in 2008.

Attorney General William Barr sent a memo to federal prosecutors across the country authorizing them “to pursue substantial allegations of voting and vote tabulation irregularities prior to the certification of elections in your jurisdictions in certain cases, as I have already done in specific instances. Such inquiries and reviews may be conducted if there are clear and apparently credible allegations of irregularities that, if true, could potentially impact the outcome of a federal election in an individual State.”
Sidney Powell is working with Trump’s legal team [3:31] – “There has been a massive and coordinated effort to steal this election from We The People of the United States of America to delegitimize and destroy votes for Donald Trump. To manufacture votes for Joe Biden. They’ve done it in every way imaginable, from having dead people vote in record numbers, to absolutely fraudulently creating ballots that exist only for voting for Biden. We’ve identified over 450,000 ballots that miraculously only have a vote for Joe Biden on them and no other candidate. If you look at Florida where things were done right you can see that that is how the rest of the country should have gone. But they also used an algorithm to calculate the number of votes they would need to flip. And they used computers to flip those votes from Trump to Biden and from other Republican candidates to their competitors also.”
A Detroit, Michigan, poll watcher has signed a sworn affidavit attesting that the Tabulator and Adjudicator computers were connected to the internet. This affidavit is one of six sworn witness statements cited in a lawsuit filed in Michigan on Nov. 9.
In Clark County, which accounts for the vast majority of voters in Nevada, about 200,000 mail-in ballot signatures were verified by a machine, not by a human observer. Said machine had been set by the Clark County registrar of voters to accept signatures with an only 40% match.
Also, at least 9,000 people who no longer live in Nevada voted in Nevada … and possibly/probably wherever they moved.
We must never forget those who furthered the Trump agenda.

But those who took a paycheck from the Trump Administration should not profit from their efforts to tear our democracy apart. ARIZONA: President Donald Trump gained a net of 9,288, or 56 percent of the votes, upon the submission of a new batch of results from Maricopa County and Pinal County. There are still tens of thousands of mail-in ballots left to process, primarily in Maricopa County. The remaining ballots in the county are ones that require additional time, such as military and overseas ballots.
The current margin is 0.61 percent, with Biden ahead. If it narrows to within 0.1 percent or less, an automatic recount will be triggered.
ALSO, Trump’s reelection campaign and the Republican National Committee (RNC) has filed a lawsuit stating that some in-person votes were disregarded because of what appears to have been poorly trained poll workers.

DOJ: Thirty-nine Republican congressmen have written a letter to AG Barr asking him to investigate claims of voter fraud and make sure only legal votes are counted in this election.
Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said on Saturday that he will be calling on the Department of Justice and the postmaster general to investigate a U.S. Postal Service whistleblower’s claim about an alleged plot to backdate mail ballots in Pennsylvania.
Graham received a sworn affidavit signed under the penalty of perjury from Richard Hopkins, a mail carrier in Erie, Pennsylvania, who claims that the local postmaster, Rob Weisenbach, had instructed U.S. Postal Service workers to collect mail ballots they receive after Nov. 3 and hand them over to him to be backdated.

Nick Nolte writes that Fox has lost its base. “The backlash had been brewing for a while but really took off after Chris Wallace’s dreadful and dreadfully biased and dishonest role as moderator in the first presidential debate between President Trump and Joe Biden.
“The backlash then went nuclear after Fox News maliciously and erroneously called Arizona for Joe Biden on Tuesday night — a state that is still too close to call.”

GEORGIA: Biden currently has a 4,000-vote edge, but roughly 8,000 military ballots have yet to be counted. The military votes predominantly Republican and Georgia has voted Red for every president since 1992.
LATINO VOTE: Early exit polls showed Trump improved his 2016 performance among this demographic in key states by 11 points, which may have anchored his victory in Florida and contributed to a convincing win in Texas.
MEDIA MALPRACTICE: Dan Bongino said the Left would push this “Biden has won” narrative to put pressure on the courts to decide in Slow Joe’s favor.

MICHIGAN: Two observers who were at a Detroit absentee ballot site have produced affidavits claiming they witnessed workers create thousands of new voter files with information obtained from ballots. These names were not in the Poll Books or Supplemental Sheets, meaning they were not registered voters … until workers helpfully invented them. Funny thing, they were all born on Jan 1, 1900.
A Michigan Republican county official has won re-election in a race that he conceded earlier this week, thinking he lost by about 100 votes — but a fixed computer glitch has since put him back in the lead. That glitch also caused 6,000 Trump votes to switch to Biden. (Funny how the “glitch” only made Republican votes turn Democrat …) They caught and fixed the problem in Antrim County (which is Red), but 47 other Michigan counties used the same software, along with 29 other states.
The Michigan Republican Party is expanding its investigation into Dominion Voting Systems, the software that switched Antrim County Republican votes to Democrat last week. Dominion Voting Systems has ties to prominent Democrats, including Nancy Pelosi’s longtime Chief of Staff is a key executive and Richard Bloom, Senator Feinstein’s husband, is a significant shareholder of this company.
NEVADA: Biden is up by nearly 23,000 votes. But tens of thousands of southern Californians have condos in Nevada to evade state taxes. Democrats sought them out and got them to vote twice for Biden.
Within 72 hours of the election, the Trump team had already found more 3,500 fraudulent votes. I doubt they have stopped looking.
I’d love to see these people convicted, with lots of press about it. If there were serious consequences for vote fraud, people would at least PAUSE before doing it!
PENNSYLVANIA: The ballots received after 8 pm have miraculously put Biden up by about 29,000. BUT if SCOTUS rules to remove the after 8:00 P.M. Ballots, then Biden loses Pennsylvania. Four Supreme justices have already said the Pennsylvania Supreme Court cannot adjust voting rules to allow after 8:00 pm ballots to be counted. And the newest arrival says she is there to apply the rules in the Constitution, which gives the power to make voting rules only to state legislatures.
ALSO, President Donald Trump’s reelection campaign plans to file a lawsuit today challenging all of the mail-in ballots that were counted without Republican poll watchers onsite. Even after the court instructed ballot observers be within six feet of the counting, the closest observers were only allowed 50 feet from the counting and most of the counters were even further away. Trump mentioned observers using binoculars to try and see what was going on.
UNBELIEVABLE: Trump won Michigan by just 10,704 votes in 2016 against Hillary Clinton, but Biden is allegedly ahead by 146,123 votes.
A statistical analysis of Milwaukee’s results found that in many city wards, votes counted after 3 a.m. on Nov. 4 went to Biden by a much larger margin than those counted before. Sometimes, the difference was as high as 40 percentage points.
In Pennsylvania, nearly 10,000 votes were removed from President Donald Trump’s count at around 9 p.m. on Nov. 4. Then, around 9 a.m. on Nov. 6, more than 27,000 votes were added to the count, nearly all of them to Biden.
WISCONSIN: [1:33] – Trump’s campaign took steps to seek a recount based on the reports of irregularities, Biden is supposed up by about 20,000 votes, but this total may substantially change following investigations into at least two problems.
One, there were way more votes cast than there are registered voters. Two, Wisconsin election clerks followed their instructions to illegally modify mail-in ballots where witnesses left out critical information.
I just read about a vision that a fellow Catholic had in 2015. He woke one night to find an enormous angel praying in his bedroom. He was wounded and tired. He looked at the fellow and said that he was the angel assigned to protect the United States, but that he and his forces were losing the battle for our nation to Satan and his forces. He asked the fellow to tell everyone to pray the Chaplet of Divine Mercy daily for the salvation of the nation.
This chaplet* is recited using ordinary rosary beads. Begin as usual with the Sign of the Cross.
On the crucifix, recite the Apostles’ Creed.
On the first big bead, recite the Lord’s Prayer.
On the three small beads, recite a Hail Mary each for Faith, Hope, and Charity.
On the big beads at the start of each decade, say “Eternal Father, I offer you the Body and Blood, Soul and Divinity of Your Dearly Beloved Son, Our Lord, Jesus Christ, in atonement for our sins and those of the whole world.”

President Donald Trump says he will not stop fighting to reach a fair and transparent conclusion for the presidential election because he wants to ensure the election system is free of fraud.

The Republican National Committee (RNC) announced on Friday they have set up legal teams in the four battleground states of Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, and Pennsylvania, amid alleged “clear irregularities” in the vote counts for the general election.
BLUE STATES: Democrat-run states had the most severe lockdowns, yet suffered the most coronavirus deaths per capita. Unsurprisingly, they also had the highest increases in unemployment and continue to lead the nation in unemployment.
GEORGIA: This race is so close, there will have to be a recount. Georgia holds 16 electoral college votes. A candidate can request a recount in Georgia if the margin is less than 0.5%. Right now, it is well within that at 0.1%.
MEDIA MALPRACTICE: In 2017, when President Trump said that purveyors of fake news are enemies of the state, the shrieking heads in the Left Stream Media yammered for hours about how he was an existential threat to our freedoms.
These same Defenders of Freedom had crickets to say about it when Nancy Pelosi denounced President Trump and his allies “domestic enemies to our voting system and honoring our Constitution.”
NEVADA: Lawyers for the Nevada Republican Party sent a criminal referral to Attorney General William Barr on Thursday, claiming they have received reports of at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud in the battleground state.
“We expect that number to grow substantially,” the party tweeted. “Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”
NEW YORK: NYC – Congratulations, Democrats! You have succeeded in making what once was the greatest city in the world into the worst to do business in America.
RAAACISM: Silly me … and here I thought my objections to defunding the police were protecting the public, particularly in low income, high crime neighborhoods. And I foolishly thought my objections to socialism were about how it makes the middle class poor and the poor destitute, all while increasing the so-called wealth gap (which AOC claims to despise so much). SOCIAL MEDIA: Twitter has actively censored six of President Donald Trump’s posts over the 24 hours between Thursday mid-morning and Friday. Twitter’s censorship can lower the engagement of a Trump tweet by more than 80 percent, according to one recent analysis of their performance.
Facebook is demoting content that its “systems predict may be misinformation” relating to election fraud. On Thursday, Facebook blacklisted a grassroots group called “Stop the Steal,” deleting the group after it had gained more than 300,000 members.
SPORTSMANSHIP: [1:43] – Democrats could learn a thing or two from this fine athletes. After his opponent’s missed a turn because of an equipment mal-function, Sergio Garrido chose not to shoot again either.
STATE ELECTIONS: The parties that control the state legislatures this year will be the ones redrawing the maps after the census. Going into the election, Republicans controlled 29 state legislatures compared to 19 for the Democrats.
Despite a major push and hundreds of millions of dollars spent by the Left, Democrats don’t appear to have taken control of any chambers. Arizona could still go their way depending on the final count. On the other hand, Republicans managed to pick up the New Hampshire House and Senate.
Seems just a TAD odd that the GOP did so well at the state level, maintained its hold on the U.S. Senate, AND picked up seats in the House of Representatives … but somehow or other elected Joe Biden?!
All of the states with problems are run by Democrats and all of the problems favor their candidates. Golleeee geeeee whiz … who woulda thunk?
MICHIGAN: In Detroit, GOP poll watchers have been denied access to counting stations.
According to Michigan election law, all mail-in and absentee ballots have to be submitted before 8pm on Election Day, but tens of thousands of absentee ballots arrived on Wednesday morning at 3:30 am.
In Antrim County, a conservative stronghold, a software glitch switched about 6,000 votes from GOP to Dem. This mistake was discovered after printed tabulation tapes were manually entered. The same vote tabulating software is used in 47 counties in Michigan!
In a conservative precinct, voter turnout was 35% lower than anywhere else, so somebody went looking and found a mess of uncounted absentee ballots that gained Trump an additional 500 votes.
In the “great” State of Michigan, at least seven 2020 voters were born before 1902. One was a real record setter, having been born in 1850. (The oldest human alive today was born in 1903).
The corrupt Democrat machine in Pennsylvania is brazenly stealing the election from President Trump. Since the morning AFTER the election, they have “discovered” more than 1 million ballots all in favor of Joe Biden! Also, military ballots (most for Trump) were found in the trash.
The Trump campaign has challenged a decision to allow votes received up to three days after the election to be counted. U.S. Supreme Court Justice Alito has ordered any ballots received after 8 PM on Election Day in Pennsylvania be segregated and secured and counted separately until the court can rule. The Constitution gives each state’s legislature the power to set its own election rules, but as I understand it, this late ballots decision was just imposed from on high, not passed by the legislature, which would likely mean SCOTUS will not allow those late ballots to be included.
