Dec. 1, 2020: Project Veritas released new tapes today of CNN’s 9 a.m. rundown calls that have been recorded for months, which expose CNN president Jeff Zucker and several other CNN executives expressing their political biases against people and groups that oppose the network’s political agenda.
“CNN likes to call themselves ‘the most trusted name in news,’ but how can the public ever trust a network that routinely bashes people simply because those people hold certain political views that are not aligned with the mainstream media?”

CNN President Jeff Zucker: “This is a president who knows he’s losing, who knows he’s in trouble, is sick, maybe is on the aftereffects of steroids or not. I don’t know. But he is acting erratically and desperately, and we need to not normalize that.”
Steroids? Where do they GET this crap?
Zucker: “You know, this is what we’ve come to expect for the last three and a half years, four years, but it clearly is exacerbated by the time that we’re in and the issues that he’s [Trump] dealing with. I think that we cannot just let it be normalized. He is all over the place and acting erratically, and I think we need to lean into that.”
Are they watching the same president I’m watching?
Zucker: “Frankly, if we’ve made any mistake, it’s been that our banners have been too polite, and we need to go well after Lindsey Graham.”
CNN is “too polite.” Riiiight.
Zucker: “There’s a ton going on. Let’s stay strong. Let’s stay newsy. Let’s stay urgent. Let’s be smart. There is a lot of news out there, and Lindsey Graham really deserves it.”
And Jeff Zucker really deserves this.
David Vigilante, CNN General Counsel: “Yeah, I was just going to say, if you’re going to talk about the story, I think it’s unavoidable that you have to talk about the naked racism of Tucker Carlson. Because that’s really what drove this anti-diversity push, you know, Trump watches Tucker Carlson’s show and then reacts. And just as sort of the white supremacy hour they have on Fox News every night, I think it’s the — You can’t disconnect the two.”
Wait, wut? Tucker Carlson is a racist? Wow. They only people who could possibly believe that are people who never, ever listen to him.
Stephanie Becker, CNN field producer: “On the issue of why it’s important to get the transition going right, the 9-11 report talks about one of the problems was that the trouble that was brewing that lost during the transition. So, if you want a good, concrete example of what happens when you don’t have a good transition, well, look at the Twin Towers.”
“look at the Twin Towers” totally ignores the fact that the 9/11 attacks were in the works for five YEARS, most of them during the Clinton administration!
2020: More Democrat hypocrisy – Both the Biden and Trump campaigns raised and spent similar amounts on their campaigns, but Biden took in nearly $132 million in “dark money” as compared with Trump’s $22 million.
“Dark money” comes from groups that use a legal loophole to hide the names of donors and the amounts they contributed. Democrats regularly condemn its influence on campaigns and, in August 2020, the Democratic National Committee platform included a ban on politicians accepting dark money.
2020: The Democrats’ shrinking House majority has shrunk even further. Eight House races were still undecided. Democrats have conceded in New York’s 2nd, 11th, 24th districts and Iowa’s 2nd, adding 4 seats to the GOP side. The Iowa seat was the fourteenth congressional seat to flip from D to R because of the November elections. Still undecided are California’s 21st and 25th and New York’s 1st and 22nd districts.
Here at Casa Hyphen, we’ve been watching the NY-22nd where a judge ordered all the ballots impounded and ordered that no objected to ballot be included in the final count until it was resolved. He also said that all reasonable requests by the campaigns should be accommodated by the boards of elections. It’s always been an interesting race, because the Republican candidate, Claudia Tenney, lost the seat in 2018 to the Democrat candidate, Anthony Brindisi, by only 4,800 votes. The latest count this time around has the totals at a razor thin 200 votes apart!
COVID-19: I am SO OVER all this Democrat hypocrisy!! – The LA County Supervisor voted to ban outdoor dining at L.A. County’s 31,000 restaurants … then went out to dinner at a Santa Monica establishment … where she dined outdoors.
GEORGIA: [:29] – On Monday, Sidney Powell told Lou Dobbs that someone has removed a Dominion Voting Systems server from a recount center in Fulton County, Georgia. Her team does not know where the server is.
Earlier in the day Rep. Barry Loudermilk (R-GA) told Newsmax that the Fulton server was wiped clean by a Fulton County employee. The way I understand it, this will work against the Democrats. In a court case, any evidence that has been lost or destroyed is assumed to have been damaging.
I had this happen to me when I was before a Social Security judge, fighting for disability benefits. A doctor I had seen more than a decade earlier had died and his elderly widow had no idea where my records were. The judge (who was a butthead) sneered at me that obviously my records had been “lost” because they showed I was healthy.
Actually, that doctor had known me all my life. I used to delivery their paper. He was deeply distraught that he was not able to figure out why I was so sick! And the doctor who, years later, was finally able to diagnose me (and save my life and the life of my unborn baby) provided a banker’s box worth of evidence to support my diagnosis.
Judge Butthead declared I was a big, fat fraud, but because he had been so nasty to me at the hearing, Cornell Legal Aid decided they were NOT going to drop me as they had promised. They appealed once (sideways to another Social Security judge) and lost (expected rubber stamp of first decision), then again where we finally got to an impartial federal judge.
The final decision was a SCATHING two pages that amounted to, “Get your thumbs out and pay this woman, you freakin’ a-holes!”
MICHIGAN: An election lawsuit has been filed asking Michigan’s Supreme Court to prevent Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson from certifying the election results until the Michigan legislature can fully investigate fraud claims and to force election officials to hand over all election materials to the legislature for this purpose. The lawsuit claims that officials illegally counted or threw out no fewer than 508,016 ballots, far more than Joe Biden’s 154,000-vote margin over Donald Trump.
NEW YORK: More for the “Cuomo sucks” file – One of the depressing facts about the coronavirus shut downs has been that 25% of all the jobs lost were in restaurants, breweries, distilleries, and wineries. Despite this brutal reality, Cuomo’s bullying State Liquor Authority went out of their way to make the suffering worse by sending investigators into drinking establishments to rat on those that were not serving the NYS mandated quantities of veggies/drink. (Has there ever been a more apropos example of Nanny Stating?!)
Just one tale of the absurdity happened in Saratoga Springs, where a craft beer bar called Pint Sized was hit with a $1,500 fine. Pint Sized had attempted to comply with New York’s rule, but customers weren’t eating the veggies they were automatically served with their beers. The bar’s staff started to feel guilty about food waste and elected to cut back portions.
The owner noted the hypocrisy of the the State Liquor Authority’s argument that a government-mandated bowl of beans is a vital backstop against a deadly virus, since the SLA took more than six weeks to actually issue that notice and fine. “If safety was the SLA’s primary concern they should have contacted us immediately, not a month and a half later.”
Fortunately, Pint Sized has a quart’s worth of wit and raised the money by selling tongue-in-cheek T-shirts and stickers to its loyal customers. They’re sold out and I can’t find an image, but the description says they bore a grainy photo of green beans and corn kernels in a paper bowl with plastic utensils and the words, “I supported Pint Sized during COVID and all I got were these lousy beans.”
OBAMA: “The release of Obama’s long-awaited third memoir has resulted in the expected flood of glowing media attention. Remember the eight years of glowing media coverage he received during his time in the White House? Yeah, it’s pretty much like that again. OHIO: Governor Mike DeWine showed his RINO colors with his illegal COVID-19 restrictions. Republicans in the state legislature have filed 12 articles of impeachment against him for exceeding his authority and taking on “dictatorial powers.” In particular, he ignored court orders, illegally shut down the schools. illegally moved the primary date, and illegally closed businesses.

Rudy Giuliani issued a clarion call to state lawmakers: “I’m gonna ask you to fight…Your political career is worth losing if you can save the right to vote in America.” He continued, “At times in our history certain men and women have stepped forward and lost their political career to give us the rights that we have.”
AFTER the hearing, Arizona Rep. Finchem called on his colleagues to withhold Arizona’s Electoral College votes for Joe Biden saying, “We will not release them. … I’m calling our colleagues in both the House and the Senate to … exercise our plenary authority under the U.S. Constitution. … A simple majority can call the House and Senate back, and in a day pass a resolution, and cause those electors to basically be held. And it is binding. I’ll see you all in court.”
CAMMACK: Motivated by corruption – This in-coming GOP congresswoman’s backstory is sure to raise your blood pressure. She and her family were one of many victims of government and banker greed, all backed by an Obama initiative that was supposedly about helping people.
CENSUS 2020: On Monday, the Supreme Court heard arguments from the Trump administration in favor of excluding illegals from the census. The census is used to determine each state’s representation in the House; since illegals tend to congregate in blue states with sanctuary policies, ignoring citizenship in the census count gives Democrats an unfair number of additional seats. If SCOTUS agrees with Trump, the Democrats’ slim majority in the House will take a hit.
DOWN BALLOT: In 2008, the super popular Barack H. Obama not only won the Oval Office with a huge number of votes, but also swept the down ballot races so thoroughly that for two years, the Democrats had large majorities in the Senate and the House. This is a common phenomenon with very popular presidential candidates. So how come it is that Biden allegedly won more votes than anybody in the history of the nation while Republicans held their majority in the Senate AND flipped Democrat seats in the House???
FOX NEWS: They did it to themselves – A comparison of viewership of the top shows between August 2020 and this week shows Trump loyalists are making Fox pay for betraying us. Fox has lost about 50% of its audience.
And it’s not just show-by-show. It looks to me like folks may have switched their cable subscriptions from Fox News to Newsmax or OAN. Even Sean Hannity’s viewership plummeted from 6.838 million to 2.839 million, while Laura Ingraham’s dropped from 4.82 million to 2.114 million.
While it is true that CNN and MSNBC ratings have increased, it is not true that Fox viewers switched to either of them in any meaningful way. (And why would they?!) For example, the most watched hour in August 2020 was 9pm, which drew a combined 10.794 million viewers. This month, that hour was down by more than 2 million (8.556 million). CNN and MSNBC are basically treading water. Fox is drowning.
For some context, Rush Limbaugh alone attracts at least 20 million listeners each day. And if you add up all of the conservative talk radio shows, their audience exceeds the cable news networks by at least a factor of five.
GEORGIA: A former FBI special agent spent scoured over 580,000 registered voter records and found over 57,000 cast ballots in a county DIFFERENT than where they reside and 17,000 ballots with OUT OF STATE mail requests that were not military.
HERDING WILD HORSES: I have been thinking lately that all the delays we’ve been frustrated about (e.g., Durham report) have been designed to fake out the opposition. The image I keep thinking of is cowboys driving a huge herd of horses into a box canyon. They surround the herd at a distance, close enough to discourage the horses from moving in any direction but the one the cowboys desire, but not close enough to spook any to bolt through the gaps. Only when the herd is past the point of no return do the cowboys close up the only exit.
OREGON: Add this to the Liberals Are Idiots file – The Portland General Defense Fund raised over half a million dollars this summer and used $100K to bail out left-wing rioters.
After each person’s legal proceedings had concluded, the city returned that bail money to the person who’d been arrested. And, surprise surprise NOT, those people – who we may recall were originally arrested for things like looting stores, smashing up windows, and throwing Molotov cocktails at police cars – have been pocketing the money.
The bail fund is asking them to give it back, pretty please. ::snork::
STATISTICS: The vote pattern analysis article linked below is a long and detailed analysis of statistical anomalies in the 2020 vote that strongly suggest (CtH translation: SCREAM LOUDLY) that Democrats tried to steal the election for Biden.

BURDEN OF PROOF: Andrea Widburg writes at American Thinker, “On Friday, President Trump tweeted something important. He asserted that Biden must prove that his votes did not result from fraud. People scoffed, but as a practical matter, Trump is correct.”
DEMOCRATS: CNN co-host John Berman criticized Sen. Maj. Leader Mitch McConnell for not having the “human decency” to call president-elect Joe Biden to congratulate him.
Excuse me? Biden hasn’t won. Plus … I recall a whole LOT of Democrat legislators who refused to attend Trump’s inauguration.
ELECTION FRAUD: TEN years ago, John C. Bonifaz reported on the exact same election fraud concerns the Trump team is talking about now. His report is at the link. Bonifaz ran for Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in 2006 … as a Democrat.
GEORGIA: When GA officials attempted to erase evidence by scrubbing the voting machines, Lin Wood obtained an emergency federal court order to knock it off. If the data is truthful, then no need to erase it … right? So how to explain the fact that the same judge that issued the court order rescinded it a short time later?
Also, Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit in Georgia on Wednesday night alleging massive election fraud.
Among the allegations are vote counters putting piles of ballots into the wrong stack, pre-printed ballots that had never been folded, Democrats blocking Republican observers from vote-tabulation tables, and people counting votes after the so-called (but fake) ‘pipe burst’ on election night even though there were no Republican observers.
The suit also presents evidence that the Dominion voting machines are easily hackable and include a feature that allows vote tallies to be changed.
HOLLYWOOD: More hypocrisy – In the wake of the Harvey Weinstein scandal, a bunch of celebrities Hollywood lawyers, producers, and celebrities founded an organization to fight sexual harassment. They called it Time’s Up.
During 2018, its founding year, the group raised $3,670,219. They spent $1,407,032 on salaries, $157,155 on conferences, $288,007 on advertising, $940,328 on “legal” costs (mostly lobbying), $58,395 on travel and $112,435 on public relations.
A piddling $312,001 of their millions went toward legal aid for people who have experienced sexual harassment. Charity watchdog groups such as Charity Navigator recommend that non-profits spend 75 percent of their revenues on their mission. Time’s Up spent less than 10%.
MEDIA MALPRACTICE: The Democrat PR machine (aka, Slime Stream Media) can’t substantively dismiss election fraud charges … so they’re going with “It’s all hooey, so we aren’t even going to talk about it.”
MICHIGAN: On Nov. 25, Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit against Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson, and the Michigan Board of State Canvassers that includes an affidavit by a former military intelligence analyst.
The affidavit asserts that his digital analysis uncovered “unambiguous evidence” that Dominion Voter Systems servers were “certainly compromised by rogue actors, such as Iran and China.”
NEVADA: A data scientist named Dorothy Morgan has submitted an affidavit regarding an “historically strange” increase in voter registrations that are missing the sex and age of the voter. In 2016, only 68 voter registrations were missing sex and age, but in 2020, there were 13,372 voters missing that data. She also pointed out that about 74% of them occurred between July 2020 and September 2020.
Morgan also noted that dozens of registrations listed non-permanent residences like RV parks or non-residences like casinos as voters’ addresses.
“Based on the results I have found in the limited time I have had to analyze this dataset, I expect to find additional oddities in the election data as I conduct further analysis,” she wrote.
NEW YORK: Gov. Nipple Rings set up a hotline for people to rat out their neighbors for having gatherings of more than 10 people that did not involve celebrating Left Wing Talking Points.
Dontcha just love the gall of “Defund The Police” Democrats demanding LEOs spend their Thanksgiving busting into private residences to arrest people for being with their friends and relatives?
So, anyway, only a handful of New Yorkers called the hotline and approximately all of the appropriate LEOs said they had insufficient resources to investigate them.
OHIO: Republican Gov. Mike DeWine signed a school choice bill into law that expands the availability of tuition vouchers for students in low-performing schools or low-income districts. The bill also raised the cut off for low income from 200% to 250% of poverty level.
PENNSYLVANIA: BLATANT evidence of election fraud. They did it LIVE. On TV.
Also, on Saturday, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned a lower court’s order blocking election officials from certifying the results of the 2020 election. The court also dismissed the case with prejudice.
The court said the petitioners had failed to file their challenge in a “timely manner,” as they had filed their suit more than one year after the enactment of Act 77, the law central to the case. Act 77 is a law that made it legal to vote by mail without an excuse.
RACISM: Larry Elder shuts down the Left’s never-ending use of the Race Card [14:37].
VOTER INTEGRITY PROJECT: Matt Braynard tweeted on Nov. 29 that The FBI “has proactively and directly requested from me the VIP findings that indicates illegal ballots. By Tuesday, we will have delivered to the agency all of our data, including names, addresses, phone numbers, etc.”
ZUCKERBERG: Multiple post-election lawsuits accust Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg and his wife of contributing to constitutional violations in key battleground states.
The pair allegedly gave hundreds of millions of dollars to a non-profit called the Center for Tech and Civic Life which in turn gave money to more than 2,500 election offices to city and county agencies in Georgia, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin.
The money was used to encourage voting in Democrat areas while suppressing it in Republican areas. For example, many extra ballot drop boxes were erected in Democrat areas. It was also used to pay ballot harvesters and political activists to manage ballots and to consolidate counting centers in the urban core. The latter helped “facilitate the movement of hundreds of thousands of questionable ballots in secrecy without legally required bi-partisan observation.”
Accepting funding from a private group is barred by state and federal law.
GRAMMY NOTES: Yesterday was the first Sunday of Advent. Most people already know that Advent is a season of preparation for celebrating the birth of Christ at Christmas. What is not as well known is that Advent is also a season of preparation for the Apocalypse.

Vermont’s RINO Governor Phil Scott asked teachers to encourage their students to talk about their Thanksgivings with an eye toward sniffing out any that violated the and report any families that appear to have violated unconstitutional COVID restrictions.
Families ratted out by teachers those kids should be able to trust will be investigated and if it’s determined “multi-family” get-together took place, they will be forced into quarantine.
Gov. Scott claimed this was all justified by the number of “rising cases” in his state. This week, Vermont landed 49th (as in next to lowest) on the CDCs list for state-by-state cases/100K.
Vermont needs to change it’s motto from “Freedom and Unity” to “Big Brother is Watching.”

2020: Lawsuits have been filed to delay certification in states where vote totals are still being challenged. [29:32] – In Georgia, a judge threw out the whole case; Lin Wood says in the video that they are filing an appeal with the 11th Circuit Court. In Pennsylvania, a judge sided with the GOP and order the certification delayed.
ARIZONA: Nahshon Garrett, an aspiring Olympic wrestler, moved from Arizona to Tennessee this year to train. He voted in Tennessee. When he found out he had supposedly voted in Arizona, he looked up his name on the state’s ballot tracker and found that the ballot he never requested, filled out, signed, or returned had not only been counted, but signature verified!
CANADA SUCKS: Alberta’s Premier Jason Kenney claimed that his province is not in a “lockdown” despite announcing a ban on all indoor gatherings with people outside of a household.
And in Toronto, a restaurant owner was arrested and taken away in handcuffs for opening his business in defiance of lockdown orders. The father of two young children is facing 13 charges, both criminal and non-criminal, including trespassing, intent to obstruct police, violating indoor dining rules, holding an illegal gathering and operating a business without a license.
CHINA: Chinese President Xi Jinping congratulated Joe Biden for “winning” the election. The ChiComs own Joe so, yeah, they really, Really, REALLY want him in the Oval Office.
CALIFORNIA: Bakersfield – A dangerously incompetent abortionist has surrendered his medical license. Six of his patients were hospitalized life-threatening complications within a nine-month period of time in 2017.
COVID-19: A study published by Johns Hopkins University on November 22 shows exactly the same thing that Sweden’s statistics show. That is, that COVID deaths had very little impact on total deaths across the population.
Even within the most vulnerable age groups, the total deaths was essentially the same as it has been in previous years, due largely to the fact that other causes of death decreased dramatically. This makes perfect sense since COVID-19 disproportionately affects those with preexisting conditions who are statistically more likely to die from their conditions or from some complication like flu. Or pneumonia. Or coronavirus.
I read the original article; it made perfect sense. Then I read the reasons the original publisher retracted the article; it sounded like gobbledygook … which is about what I have come to expect from anything that attempts to apply facts, data, logic, or common sense to left-wing talking points.

One claim I hadn’t heard before involved the reported leak that would delay counting. It turns out there was no leak. The suit alleges eyewitness testimony that the arena was shut down while several election workers spent approximately three unsupervised hours working at the computers.
HCQ: A peer-reviewed study found that coronavirus patients who were treated with low-dose hydroxychloroquine combined with zinc and azithromycin were 84% less likely to be hospitalized and more than 99% less likely to die than the control group that was not given the HCQ/zinc/ azithromycin treatment.
Hydroxychloroquine was demonized by the Left after President Trump said it showed real promise in treatment of the virus. Twitter censored a video over the summer showing doctors touting the effectiveness of the drug and in some Democrat-controlled areas, doctors were forbidden from prescribing the treatment.
Democrats constantly accuse us of killing people. But between this HCQ travesty, the appalling actions of Democrat governors who forced nursing homes to accept infected patients, and their enduring support for abortion up to and even past birth, it’s Democrats who are the actual murderers.

MARYLAND: Bethesda – Notorious late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart operates one of eight abortion facilities in America that openly conducts abortions into the third trimester of pregnancy, when babies can readily survive outside the womb.

MICHIGAN: Wayne County – Roughly 36% of the absentee ballots cast in the Detroit area were never requested by the voter. This number represents more than 200,000 votes that are likely due to election fraud.
NEBRASKA: [4:13] – A Nebraska bill banning dismemberment abortions has officially taken effect. These barbaric procedures are committed in the second trimester, take several days to complete, and result in the violent dismemberment of a child who is often still alive and can feel pain.
NEW YORK: On Wednesday, the Supreme Court ruled 54- against Gov. Cuomo’s COVID rules that imposed stricter limits on places of worship than on other gatherings. Cuomo responded by saying the decision is “irrelevant” to him.

THUGS: On November 27, 2020, senior law enforcement officials from the United States, El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras announced criminal charges in Central America against more than 700 members of transnational criminal organizations, primarily MS-13 and 18th Street gangs.

Summation: Evidence suggests the election results could be “easily” turned to favor the current president. “I have no confidence that Joe Biden is the deserved winner of this election, based on our findings. … We just can’t know because of how bad this election system has operated.”

On Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2020, a Pennsylvania state legislature committee held a hearing on election irregularities.
One witness described how, when Trump was ahead of Biden by 700,000 votes, Philadelphia and Pittsburgh election officials halted the count for about 90 minutes. When counting resumed, Biden’s total suddenly jumped by more than 570,000 while Trump’s total only went up by a little over 3,200. The witness said, “Normally you would see a smooth curve going up, not any big spikes. … That big spike that occurs there is a prime indicator of fraudulent voting.”
Another witness described how he personally observed dozens of USB cards being uploaded to voting machines which resulted in 50,000 votes for Joe Biden in a short period of time.
Rudy Giuliani testified that Pennsylvania sent out 1.8 million mail-in ballots, yet 2.5 million mail-in ballots were counted. He also noted that at least 672,770 such ballots were secretly added to the ballot box without ever being inspected.
Another of the witnesses at the election hearing was retired Army Col. Phil Waldron, a cybersecurity expert who has been dealing with intelligence and information warfare for some 30 years. He testified that the voting machines used in the United States were built specifically for the purpose of manipulating elections.
He alleged that up to 1.2 million votes could have been altered by Pennsylvania’s Dominion software and that a forensic analysis would be needed to determine the exact number.
Waldron told the committee that he personally debriefed the son of a Cuban intelligence officer who was told by Hugo Chavez’s family members “not to worry about the populist threat against Maduro’s election in Venezuela” because “it was guaranteed, their father invested the money to build the SGO voting machine system.”
Waldron said U.S. election systems like Dominion have “similar code and similar function” and that he and his team had been researching the voting system manipulation issues since August with many others reporting similar issues. “There are many, many more teams like ours, small teams that are joined in this fight, and they are throwing the flag left and right, so there’s a lot of folks who are recognizing anomalies.”
Dominion released a statement late on Nov. 25, saying that “Dominion has no ties to Smartmatic or Venezuela” and that “vote counts are conducted by county and state election officials, not by Dominion. Our systems support tabulation by those officials alone” and the “servers that run Dominion software are located in local election offices, not overseas. Data never leaves the control of local election officials.”

COLORADO: Denver – Mayor Michael “the H stands for Hypocrite” Hancock pleaded with his constituents to stay home for the holiday.
Then, he got on a flight to Houston on his way to visit his daughter in Mississippi. His wife was already there. About 30 minutes before his flight left, Hancock tweeted, “Avoid travel, if you can.”

EDUCATION: Students are apparently struggling with online learning. F grades are up 83% this year in Fairfax County, Virginia’s largest school system. Among students with disabilities, Fs are up 111%.
FLORIDA: Earlier this week, CNN slammed Florida’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis for his continued refusal to shut the state down again. The lede reads, “The number of reported Covid-19 cases per week in the state has tripled.” Uhhhhhhh … some context would be helpful, but CNN doesn’t want to report facts. It just wants to slander Republicans. Hint: The context is available from the graphics above from the CDC.
GEORGIA: Trump’s legal team says it has filed an appeal in the 11th Circuit Court, seeking an emergency review of a lower court’s decision to deny their emergency motion. The suit asks to block the state from certifying election results due to the tabulation of defective absentee ballots.
More than a dozen witnesses of the recount signed sworn affidavits attesting to errors and potential fraud, including Trump votes which were counted for Biden and suspicious batches of pristine, uncreased, and uniformly filled absentee ballots.
Among the defective ballots are thousands from people who registered and voted using addresses of postal facilities or commercial businesses, including UPS, and FedEx locations. Georgia law requires that voters use their current residential addresses for registration. Knowingly giving false information is a felony that can be punished by up to 10 years or fined up to $100,000.
KENTUCKY: Archbishop Joseph Kurtz of Louisville, Kentucky is standing firm along with other Kentucky bishops in keeping Catholic churches open in the face of Governor Andy Beshear’s non-binding request that houses of worship close during a tightening of gathering restrictions lasting through Dec. 13.
LEFTIST POPE: In a rant by Pope Francis where he lets down his guard and allows his leftist colors to show more than in the past, the Pope said of anti-lockdown protestors, “You’ll never find such people protesting the death of George Floyd, or joining a demonstration because there are shantytowns where children lack water or education, or because there are whole families who have lost their income.”
MEDIA MALPRACTICE: The Left treated us to years of shrieking “Trump!” and spent millions of dollars investigating “Russian Collusion!” for which there was ZERO evidence.
Now, they are declaring our elections cannot be hacked by anybody, not ever, when there is abundant, overwhelming, constitutional-crisis level evidence.
MICHIGAN: Attorney Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit late Wednesday seeking to set aside the results of the election in Michigan, claiming that “hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate, or purely fictitious ballots” enabled by “massive election fraud” helped make possible Biden’s vote count lead in the state. The suit also pointed to multiple issues pertaining to Dominion Voting Systems.
NEVADA: A judge has ruled that Republicans can present their findings regarding widespread voter fraud in a hearing set for Dec. 3.
In a court filing from earlier this month, the Trump team claimed they had evidence that Native Americans were offered bribes of TVs and gas cards for their vote, that nonresidents and dead voters cast ballots and that, in at least one instance, a voter was barred from voting on Nov. 3, because someone else had already voted in her name.
Approximately 1,371,000 ballots were counted in Nevada. Since half of them were mailed in, the biggest thing will be evidence that the signatures on the mail-ins were not verified by human officials, as is required by law. This puts more than half a million votes in question in a race where Biden is alleged to have won by less than 34,000.
PENNSYLVANIA: A Trump team has found about 1,400 voters in Pennsylvania who listed postal facility addresses as residential, which is illegal. They also reached 1,137 Pennsylvania GOP voters by telephone who reported they had requested an absentee ballot; nearly 42% of them said they mailed the ballots back, but state data said their ballots were either not received or were not counted.
More evidence was presented on Wednesday to a Senate GOP Policy Committee hearing. A Republican poll observer from Pennsylvania’s Delaware County testified that he witnessed a range of Election Day irregularities, including 47 USB cards that went missing.
Greg Stenstrom, who, besides being a poll watcher, said he is an expert in security fraud, told the hearing that he witnessed a number of chain-of-custody violations, including around mail-in ballots, the balance of votes from drop boxes, and the handling of USB card flash drives—all of which he said broke rules defined by the Delaware County Board of Elections and the election process review.
“They didn’t follow one,” Stenstrom said. “It shocked me that this could happen,” he added.

SOCIAL MEDIA: The Left is so used to having a strangle hold on what we are allowed to know that it is responding to our free speech counter-efforts are freaking them out.
After the election, Facebook began pimping CNN and slapping “fact check” on any and all talk of election irregularities or voter fraud. Their stated goal was to limit the spread of “election-related misinformation.” As part of this effort, Breitbart News was outright suppressed, a change that some Facebook employees would like to become permanent.
Twitter has been undermining conservative speech by adding “This is disputed” and “Help keep Twitter a place for reliable info. Find out more before sharing” tags on tweets that don’t toe the Democrat Party line. They say these new “prompts” have “helped decrease Quote Tweets of misleading information by 29%.” Because it’s been such a success, they are expanding their wrist-slapping to include displaying a warning when someone tries to “like” a disputed tweet.
Twitter has also been spreading a Fake News story that 5,000 Parler accounts have been hacked and personal information stolen. Parler is Twitter’s biggest competitor. The CEO says they not only have not been hacked, but they don’t store personal information on their servers.
And YouTube has upped its panic response by censoring an entire cable news network. One America News Network lost its ability to post new videos for a week and has been stripped it of its ability to make money off existing content. The news network’s “crime” was violating YouTubes COVID-19 “misinformation” policy. (Translation: OAN reported something that didn’t support the Left’s “keep America shut down” narrative.)
YouTube has also recently deleted two PragerU episodes of The Candace Owens Show, because they discussed the biology of sex and the use of gender pronouns. Saying there are only two genders violates the company’s hate speech policy.
STOCK MARKET: The Dow Jones Industrial Average reached the 30,000 milestone for the first time ever. President Trump held a one-minute press conference to tout the achievement. “I just want to congratulate everybody. The stock market, Dow Jones Industrial Average just hit 30,000, which is the highest in history,” Trump said in the briefing room. “We’ve never broken 30,000, and that’s despite everything that’s taken place with the pandemic.”
TOLERANCE: Healing and humility lasted less than 48 hours. less than 48 hours. Nov. 26 tweet from @Alyssa_Milano – “You’re not surprised that Trump pardoned Michael Flynn, are you? C’mon. He’s going to pardon all these assholes.”
TWITTER: Twitter has increasingly interfered in people’s usage of its service, ramping up censorship and account bans in recent months. Lawmakers are eyeing changes to Section 230 of the Communications and Decency Act, which shields tech companies from most liability lawsuits, in response.

After Pennsylvania Republican Sen. Doug Mastriano called a hearing to present allegations and evidence of election fraud, Twitter suspended his account.

If you try to tweet or DM the link, you get a message . “We can’t complete this request because this link has been identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially harmful. Visit our Help Center to learn more.” They don’t identify what is dangerous about it or who “our partners” are. If a link to the site managed to slip past, clicking on the link gets you a warning that the site has been “identified by Twitter or our partners as being potentially spammy or unsafe.”
WASHINGTON, DC: Archbishop Wilton Gregory is about to become a cardinal. On Tuesday, he said that he will not deny Holy Communion to a politician (like Joe Biden) who has pledged to enshrine access to abortion in federal law and permit federal funding of abortions.
This position is a repudiation of then-Cardinal Joseph Ratzinger’s 2004 memo when, as head of the Church’s doctrinal office, the man who would become Pope Benedict XVI told U.S. bishops told pastors how to deal with politicians who consistently campaign and vote for permissive abortion and euthanasia laws.
These actions constitute formal cooperation in grave sin and that the politician’s “pastor should meet with him, instructing him about the Church’s teaching, informing him that he is not to present himself for Holy Communion until he brings to an end the objective situation of sin, and warning him that he will otherwise be denied the Eucharist.” If the Catholic perseveres in grave sin and still presents himself for Holy Communion, “the minister of Holy Communion must refuse to distribute it.”
Ratzinger’s memo was an application of canon 915 of the Code of Canon Law, which says that Catholics “obstinately persevering in manifest grave sin are not to be admitted to holy communion.”
WISCONSIN: On Tuesday, the Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project filed an emergency petition with the Wisconsin Supreme Court asking the court to block the certification of election results because of alleged irregularities they say they have found.
These include 100,000 fraudulent votes that were counted; more than 10,000 Republican ballots that weren’t counted; and more than 10,000 GOP voters who had their ballots requested and filled in by another person. Biden is up by about 20,000 votes in the current tally.
Phill Kline, director of the project says, “These discrepancies were a direct result of Wisconsin election officials’ willful violation of state law.”

The left-wing news media didn’t just poison the information environment with their incessantly negative coverage of President Trump going into the 2020 election. They also refused to give airtime to important arguments of the Republican campaign — both pro-Trump and anti-Biden — which meant millions of voters cast their ballots knowing only what the media permitted them to know about the candidates.
To measure the true effect of the media’s censorship on the election, the Media Research Center asked The Polling Company to survey 1,750 Biden voters in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), six of which (all but North Carolina) were called for Biden (survey details below). We tested these voters’ knowledge of eight news stories — all important topics that our ongoing analysis had shown the liberal news media had failed to cover properly. We found that a huge majority (82%) of Biden voters were unaware of at least one of these key items, with five percent saying they were unaware of all eight of the issues we tested.
This lack of information proved crucial:One of every six Biden voters we surveyed (17%) said they would have abandoned the Democratic candidate had they known the facts about one or more of these news stories. A shift of this magnitude would have changed the outcome in all six of the swing states won by Joe Biden, and Donald Trump would have comfortably won a second term as president.

■ Burying Biden’s Bad News: The media’s censorship of Biden’s scandals had the strongest impact on this year’s election. According to our survey, more than one-third of Biden voters (35.4%) were unaware of the serious allegations brought against the Democratic nominee by Tara Reade, a former staffer who said Biden sexually assaulted her in the 1990s.
If they had known about Tara Reade’s sexual assault allegations, 8.9% told us they would have changed their vote — either switching to Trump or a 3rd party candidate, not voting for any presidential candidate, or not voting at all. By itself, this would have flipped all six of the swing states won by Biden (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin), giving the President a win with 311 electoral college votes.
Even more Biden voters (45.1%) said they were unaware of the financial scandal enveloping Biden and his son, Hunter (a story infamously censored by Twitter and Facebook, as well as ignored by the liberal media). According to our poll, full awareness of the Hunter Biden scandal would have led 9.4% of Biden voters to abandon the Democratic candidate, flipping all six of the swing states he won to Trump, giving the President 311 electoral votes.
The ticket’s left-wing ideology was another issue barely mentioned by the national press. A GovTrack analysis found Biden’s running mate, California Senator Kamala Harris, had the most left-wing record of any Senator in 2019 (even more than self-described socialist Bernie Sanders). Our poll found that 25.3% of Biden voters said they didn’t know about Senator Harris’s left-wing ideology. If voters had the complete story, it would have led 4.1% of Biden voters to change their vote, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump. The result would have been a Trump victory, with 295 electoral college votes.
■ Hiding Trump’s Successes: The liberal media also prevented many Biden voters from learning about record-breaking positive economic news in the months leading up to the election. The five pre-election jobs reports from June 5 to October 2 showed a record 11,161,000 jobs were created in the extraordinary snapback from the pandemic recession. Yet a large number of Biden voters (39.4%) said they didn’t know about this achievement. If they had, 5.4% said they would have changed their vote; this would have swung Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin to Trump, who would have won with 295 electoral votes.
On October 29, the government reported a huge jump in economic growth — 33.1% on an annual basis, double the previous record. Yet nearly half of Biden voters (49.0%) said they had no idea about this record-breaking achievement. Armed with that information, 5.6% said they would have changed their vote, swinging Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin and a total of 295 electoral votes to Trump.
We saw the same effect when it came to foreign policy. The President and his team made history by brokering peace agreements with Israel and several of her Arab neighbors — one reason Trump received three nominations for the Nobel Peace Prize. Yet 43.5% of Biden voters had no idea about these historic agreements. The information would have led five percent of overall Biden voters to change their vote, putting Trump in front in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, for a total of 295 electoral votes.
Energy independence was another Trump success. The President took action to start long-stalled pipeline projects and expand drilling offshore and in the Arctic, and it paid off with America becoming a net exporter of oil for the first time in September 2019. More than half (50.5%) of Biden voters said they did not know about this important accomplishment, either. If the information was known by all, 5.8% of Biden’s voters say they would have changed how they voted. This would have changed the outcome in Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, putting Trump in front with 295 electoral college votes.
One important issue that did get a lot of coverage in 2020: the coronavirus pandemic. But what made the news every night was criticism of the President and his administration. Lost in the blistering barrage of bad news were successes such as Operation Warp Speed, which even before the election was well on track to deliver 300,000,000 doses of a safe vaccine as soon as next year.
Our poll found 36.1% of Biden voters said they did not know about the administration’s key role in promoting vaccine research through Operation Warp Speed. If they had, 5.3% told us they would have abandoned Biden, flipping Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin, giving the President 295 electoral votes.
■ Putting It All Together: Looking at all eight of these issues together, our poll found that a total of 17% of Biden’s voters told us they would have changed their vote if they had been aware of one or more of these important stories. This would have moved every one of the swing states into Trump’s column, some by a huge margin. The President would have trounced Biden in the electoral college, 311 to 227.
In Pennsylvania, 15% of Biden voters said they would have defected. Using the reported vote totals as of noon on November 19, this would have reduced his total by 518,204 votes, flipping the state to Trump. In Michigan, the percentage who would have left Biden was 14%, deducting 392,966 from his tally and flipping that state, too.
In Georgia, 15% of Biden’s voters say they would have defected based on full information, taking 370,838 votes out of his column, and putting Trump comfortably ahead. In Arizona, 21% say they would have changed their vote, deducting 351,150 from Biden’s column and putting Trump in front there, too.
In Wisconsin, Biden would have lost 13% of his voters, taking away 211,987 from his column. In Nevada, the percentage of those who would have left Biden was 18%, or 126,627 voters. Such a shift would have put both of those states in Trump’s column, too.
[In the final state we polled, North Carolina, 21% of Biden’s voters say they would have changed their minds, deducting 563,703 votes from his total and significantly bolstering Trump’s margin of victory in that state.]
It’s important to note that not all of these voters would have switched to President Trump, of course (although about 6% of Biden’s voters say that’s exactly what they would have done). Just by choosing to abandon Biden, these voters would have handed all six of these states, and a second term, to the President — if the news media had properly informed them about the two candidates.
The most basic principle of our electoral system is that our leaders are chosen by the people themselves. But if the people are given systematically one-sided information, with crucial facts omitted, then the real power to choose has been stolen from them.
This unique study of the media and voters suggests that’s exactly what happened in 2020.
For this report, The Polling Company conducted a national survey of 1,750 individuals living in Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin who reported voting for Joe Biden in the 2020 election. The survey was conducted entirely online, between November 9-18, 2020. The poll has an accuracy of +/- 2.34% at a 95% confidence interval.
