Bits & Bytes

ABORTION: The link goes to a detailed list of which COVID-19 vaccines contain or have been tested on aborted fetal cells.

ARIZONA: On Dec. 9, a lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell was dismissed by Obama-appointed federal Judge Diane Humetewa. She said the allegations “are sorely wanting of relevant or reliable evidence” and objected to the “extraordinary relief” sought.

The suit was filed on behalf of the state’s 11 GOP electors and others. It alleged that manipulation of election software and other fraud in the state resulted in violations of the U.S. Constitution and state election laws. The lawsuit also claimed that over 412,000 votes were cast illegally in the state’s 2020 general election.

Powell’s team plans to fast-track an appeal to the Supreme Court.

CALIFORNIA: The inmates are now running the asylum known as Los Angeles County. The new District Attorney has declared that a whole litany of misdemeanors will no longer be prosecuted at all and anyone who can’t afford bail will not be assigned bail.

COVID RELIEF: Nancy “I’m such a good Catholic” has admitted that she been blocking a bipartisan, targeted pandemic relief bill, because she couldn’t stand to let Trump get any credit.

FACEBOOK: On Wednesday, Federal regulators sued to force a breakup of Facebook as 48 states and districts accused the company in a separate lawsuit of abusing its market power in social networking to crush smaller competitors.

The landmark antitrust lawsuits, announced by the Federal Trade Commission and New York Attorney General Letitia James, mark the second major government offensive this year against seemingly untouchable tech behemoths.

The Justice Department sued Google in October for abusing its dominance in online search and advertising—the government’s most significant attempt to buttress competition since its historic case against Microsoft two decades ago.

Amazon and Apple also have been under investigation in Congress and by federal authorities for alleged anticompetitive conduct.

FOX NEWS: [1:48] – Fox News host Chris Wallace showed his Never Trumper panties in a bunch when Trump’s HHS Sec Alex Azar refused to put “President-Elect” before “Biden.”

GEORGIA: Officials with the Coffee County Board of Elections and Registration refused to certify the electronic results of the 2020 General Election.

HUNTER BIDEN: The U.S. Attorney’s office in Delaware is investigating Joe’s son for potential tax crimes.

In September, the Senate Finance and Senate Homeland Security Committees released a report detailing that Biden and his business partners received millions of dollars in wire payments from foreign companies. The Republicans who released the report said that the payments posed “criminal financial, counterintelligence and extortion concerns.”

INSURRECTION ACT: The Insurrection Act empowers the president of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion. Section 252 of the Act states:

“Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.”

The article linked below lays out the case for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act in the face of a mountain of evidence of widespread election and voter fraud that legislators, judges, the DOJ, and the FBI all seem to be willing to ignore.

MASKS: Former Vice President Joe Biden has promised to force Americans to wear a mask for 100 days should he assume office in January.

TEXAS: Lawsuits have to cite what injuries the plaintiff claims to have suffered. The SCOTUS lawsuit cites as its injury is that the Senate is evenly split between the two parties, making the Vice President a likely tie-breaker.

The author of the LifeSiteNews article below considers it “likely” the Supreme Court will hear the case. God, make it so. Amen.

BREAKING: As I am composing this Bits & Bytes, the ACLJ emailed that the Supreme Court has just ordered that PA, GA, MI, and WI respond to the Texas suit by 3 pm today (Thursday).

U.S. SENATE: The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hold a hearing next week on irregularities that took place during the 2020 presidential election.

WHEN SCIENCE DIES: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/whitehousebrief/videos/204720627936796 [7:32] to hear Senator Rand Paul, M.D., talk about the rancorous coronavirus discussion that prohibits us from making good decisions.

YOUTUBE: [3:44] – YouTube (or “Screwtube” as Dan Bongino calls them) has announced that from Dec. 9 it will block and remove content that contains statements “alleging widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election.”

Their excuse is that Dec. 8 is the “safe harbor” deadline and that “enough states have certified their election results.” They’re ignoring the outstanding legal challenges, including one in the Supreme Court, that could change the outcome of the election. They also didn’t mention the Dec. 14th Electoral College vote.

They also didn’t mention that the Texas lawsuit seeks to delay the December 14 statutory deadline to give state legislatures time to consider nominating electors. The only date that is mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021.

Dan Bongino called this move, “The greatest opportunity for Rumble!”

GRAMMY NOTES: Continuing with Mama Buzz’s peg doll saints – Saint Edith Stein (aka, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross) was born to a devout Jewish family on Yom Kippur, October 12, 1891. As a teenager, she became an atheist, then went on to become a philosophy professor. A turning point in her life is when she picked up a book about St. Teresa of Avila. Baptized into the Catholic faith at age 30, she later became a Discalced Carmelite nun, taking the name Sister Teresa Benedicta the Cross. She was executed by the Nazis in the gas chambers of Auschwitz.

A miracle from God is required before the church is permitted to declare a person a “capital-S Saint”, that is someone who is definitely in Heaven. Benedicta McCarthy was named for Sister Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. At age two, she got into the Tylenol and swallowed 19 times the lethal dose. As she lay near death from total kidney failure and a deteriorating liver, her family organized prayer chains, asking anyone they knew to pray specifically for Benedicta to pray for her little namesake. Miraculously, the toddler not only survived, but left the hospital completely healed.

2020: Eighteen states have joined Texas in its bid to have the Supreme Court overturn Joe Biden’s election “victory” by throwing out the voting results from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

They are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.

President Donald Trump, as the presidential candidate, moved to intervene in the Texas v. Pennsylvania, et. al. action at the United States Supreme Court. The President intervened because his rights as a candidate are affected by the Defendant States’ failure to follow and enforce state election laws during the 2020 election.

“I’m honored that the President asked me to represent him in this matter. I think his intervention in this case strengthens an already very strong original action by the state of Texas,’ said attorney John Eastman.

Trump attorney Jenna Ellis added: “We look forward to the Supreme Court resolving these important issues of election integrity that ultimately affect all Americans, and providing a remedy to the corruption that occurred.”

ABORTION: Depravity knows no bounds – The staff of late-term abortionist Leroy Carhart are having fun making a mockery of Christ’s birth by decorating an office Christmas tree with abortion tools.

The star on top is made with sopher clamps, a tool used in dismemberment abortion to grasp, wrench, and tear the arms and legs off of living, unborn babies bodies.

Carhart himself has admitted that what he does is kill babies and that he has no problem doing it after they are viable.

CHINA: A suspected Chinese spy, Christine Fang, spent time and money trying to target up-and-coming politicians in the Bay Area who had the potential to make it big on the national stage. Her weapons were campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and romantic or sexual relationships.

She reportedly got so close to Representative (and failed prez candidate) Eric Swalwell (D-CA) that the FBI had to intervene. She had bundled campaign contributions for him and planted an intern in his office.

EDUCATION: Teachers unions continue to remind us that their primary function is to improve life for teachers and themselves, not students.

CDC Director Robert Redfield recently spoke out against schools closing again, stating “Today, there is extensive data that we have gathered over the last two to three months to confirm that k-12 schools can operate with face-to-face learning and they can do it safely and they can do it responsibly. The infections we have identified in the schools, when they have been evaluating, were not acquired in schools. They were acquired in the community and the household.”

FEAR: [3:22] – Dinesh D’Souza talks about why swing state GOP legislatures are running scared and here’s how the Trump team—and we—can allay their fears.

GEORGIA: Lawyer Sidney Powell said on Monday that she hopes her failed lawsuit in Georgia will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

On Monday, Powell said that U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten “had made up his mind before he hit the bench, and he read from prepared notes when he granted the motion to dismiss.”

“We’re determined to win because the American people have been defrauded from their lawful votes in this election, and that cannot stand,” she added.

MICHIGAN: A Democratic state representative posted a video, carrying on the bold Democratic Party Platform “Make Them Pay.”

“This is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful, walk lightly, we ain’t playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough. And for those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right, be in order, make them pay.” – Rep. Cynthia Johnson

NEWSMAX: Newsmax has emerged as a conservative alternative for viewers upset at Fox News’ swing to the Left. On Monday night, Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports” beat out Fox’s “ The Story with Martha MacCallum” in the 25- to 54-year-old demographic (229,000 viewers to 203,000 viewers). The ratings victory is a first for Newsmax.

PENNSYLVANIA: On Tuesday, SCOTUS refused to block the state from taking further steps to certify the 2020 election results. The justices did not provide any comments and there were no noted dissents. The judicial system is really pissing me off!

Mark Zuckerberg is a traitor

Remember when Democrats were simply APPALLED at the very idea that a billionaire would try to buy an election? That was then. This is now.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) spent massive amount of money on grants to Democratic counties across the United States. They also provided “election tools” to combat “misinformation” and to train election staff.

CTCL is NOT non-partisan. Influence Watch says, “The Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) is a Chicago, Illinois-based center-left election reform advocacy group formed in 2012. The organization pushes for left-of-center voting policies and election administration. It has a wide reach into local elections offices across the nation and is funded by many left-of-center funding organizations.”

Notice WHO helped fund CTCL and WHERE the money ended up.

“Most of Joe Biden’s 221,751 vote margin gain in Georgia compared to Hillary Clinton’s performance in 2016 came from three metropolitan Atlanta counties that received more than $15 million from the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) “safe elections” project.” – Breitbart

ARIZONA: On Nov. 30, Arizona’s Gov. Ducey and Attorney General Brnovich signed off on Secretary of State Hobbs’ certification of the election results. All three officials said they have seen no evidence of fraud that would overturn the election results in the state. Well, yeah. If you “see no” and “hear no”, then you can’t “speak no”, right? These people disgust me.

COVID-19: A new study has confirmed what physicians have known and non-scientists have suspected. Namely, that asymptomatic persons infected with the novel coronavirus have such a low quantity of viral load and short duration of viral shedding that they rarely infect anyone else.

Several highly publicized studies being cited by many governments and public health officials to justify some of their policies are faulty due to their lack of follow-up on the patients to determine if they were truly asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. Pre-symptomatic patients are contagious.

Also, on Dec. 7, a federal judge dismissed an election-related lawsuit brought by Sidney Powell, arguing that the plaintiffs have no standing to bring the lawsuit, should have filed it with a state court, and brought the suit too late.

“Their primary complaint involves the Dominion ballot marking devices. They say that those machines are susceptible to fraud. There’s no reason they could not have followed the administrative procedure act to object to the rulemaking authority that had been exercised by the secretary of state. This suit could have been filed months ago when the machines were adopted,” the judge said.

Is it just me or is the judge’s argument a Catch-22? I mean, if they’d filed before there was any evidence that the Dominion machines had been used to corrupt an election, wouldn’t the judge have thrown it out for lack of evidence?

Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperfer has announced his intention to certify Biden as the winner of the state’s electoral votes. Meanwhile, Georgia’s Lt. Gov. SCOTUS: Texas is going straight to the top with a suit against the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, using the Article III, Section 2, requirement that the Supreme Court has original, rather than appellate, jurisdiction in lawsuits between states.

And, the lawsuit has nothing to do with fraud or voting machines. It is strictly a constitutional issue. Texas claims that the changes made to state election laws by executive or administrative orders, using COVID-19 as an excuse, violate the Electors Clause, Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution, which reads:

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.”

Texas argues that there is no “pandemic escape hatch” in the Constitution. By changing, without legislative approval, how votes were cast and counted, the state legislatures have been deprived of their power to appoint electors rendering the elections there invalid.

Texas also argues that the wide variance of rules and procedures for casting and counting votes within states violates the Equal Protection Clause.

These constitutional violations as well as the haphazard and slipshod administration of a bevy of ill-thought-out, if not outright malicious, rule changes violates the rights of voters in all states. Texas asks the Supreme Court to direct these state legislatures to select electors without regard to the purported vote count.

Dear Lord, grant the Supremes the guts to take this case and adjudicate it according to the Constitution. Amen.

TRANS: SCOTUS has refused to hear an appeal in a suit regarding opposite sex individuals using school bathrooms. The court gave no reason. TWITTER: Since Monday, Nov. 30, Twitter has slapped 111 labels on Trump’s tweets and the tweets from his official campaign account, Team Trump. All other dates, including the “safe harbor” deadline, the Electoral College vote on Dec. 14, and even the congressional vote count on Jan. 6, are dates set by federal law, which the document argues are “arbitrary” and founded on obsolete concerns.

Catching Up With Georgia

There is so much election fraud news for this one corrupt state that it needed it’s own posting.

The Georgia Secretary of State’s office has grudgingly conceded that “ballots were counted unlawfully and in secret.” No duh.

A hearing has been scheduled for Dec. 7 when Sidney Powell will attempt to convince a judge to allow outside experts examine the Dominion Voting Systems machines used for the November election.

On election night, we were told that the Georgia counting of ballots at the State Farm Arena had to be suspended due to a burst water pipe. On Sunday, an investigator said it was an overflowing urinal that had no impact on the area where ballots were being counted.

A county official claimed they were forced to stop counting from 5:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. However, the investigator said the problem was solved within two hours and that ballots were not even moved, because the water was nowhere near them.

N.b., the photo is not from the State Farm Arena incident.

The Georgia Star News requested voting information from county officials. Cobb and Cook Counties complied, but DeKalb County officials claim they don’t know if they have chain of custody forms for absentee ballots put into drop boxes. However, they say they’ll fer shure find out if they have them or not within thirty business days … which of course is after the winners are supposed to take their oaths of office.

On Nov. 19, a District Judge tossed out Attorney Lin Wood’s lawsuit challenging Georgia’s election procedures, saying that as an individual voter, he had failed to show standing.

On Dec. 5, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld that ruling, adding that Wood had not shown he had suffered injury. “And because Georgia has already certified its election results and its slate of presidential electors, Wood’s requests for emergency relief are moot to the extent they concern the 2020 election.”

Wood said he was disappointed with the panel’s ruling, “as my case presents an opportunity for the judicial system to make clear that the Georgia general election was unlawful as a result of substantive changes in absentee ballot procedures by the Secretary of State without approval by the Georgia legislature.

“My vote was diluted by the unlawful voting process and will again be diluted in the runoff election, which is being conducted under the same unlawful rules. My case presents serious equal protection issues which need to be addressed by the judicial system,” he added, before saying he would file a petition with the United States Supreme Court.

On Friday, the Trump Campaign filed an election contest in Georgia state court seeking to invalidate the state’s November 3, 2020 presidential election results. Joining President Trump and the Trump campaign in the lawsuit is David Shafer, Chairman of the Georgia Republican Party, who is also a Trump presidential elector.

The suit was accompanied by sworn affidavits from dozens of Georgia residents swearing under penalty of perjury that they witnessed many violations of election law. Data experts also provided sworn testimony in the lawsuit identifying thousands of illegal votes: 2,560 felons; 66,247 underage voters, 2,423 votes from people not registered; 1,043 individuals registered at post office boxes; 4,926 individuals who voted in Georgia after registering in another state; 395 individuals who voted in two states; 15,700 votes from people who moved out of state before the election; 40,279 votes of people who moved without re-registering in their new county; and another 30,000 to 40,000 absentee ballots lacking proper signature matching and verification.

AOC: I am a little embarrassed to post this, because I try to ignore nasty people. But damn, as a military mom, this self-aborbed nitwit’s sneering really raises my blood pressure. The 116th Congress has 91 military veterans serving; 74 are in the House and 17 are in the Senate. More than two-thirds of them are Republicans.

My kids wore 50 to 75 pounds of gear into war zones where the temperature rose well above 100 degrees. To prepare for this, they trained for months, doing rigorous PT and having super fun hikes while wearing their full gear. And when they were in a war zone, they didn’t do “doubles”, they were just on duty. And when they cried, it was because a battle buddy had been blown to bits by an IED.

So far as I can tell, bar tenders spend a lot of hours on their feet (just like the doctors and nurses who are now serving in Congress), but apart from hauling cartons of full bottles, I can’t think of anything particularly strenuous about tending bar. How dare she make like the previous careers of not just doctors, nurses, and military veterans, but also law enforcement officers, fire fighters, astronauts, farmers, fishermen, and professional athletes are somehow vastly inferior. That only former bartenders know what real work and real suffering is. AGHHH!

Since getting elected to Congress, AOC has had her butt parked in a leather chair all day the same as the rest of them. And also like them, she has had gold-plated, “not Obamacare” health insurance. Now, I have no problem believing that while she was a bartender, she couldn’t afford health insurance. But that time of her life lasted only 5 years.

My husband is a self-employed architect who couldn’t afford health insurance for the decades he was responsible for a disabled wife and helping to raise 3 kids. He’s got Medicare now, but you know what? While he had no health insurance, we for damn sure made sure he had health care. Because health insurance and health care are two very different things.

BOWIE: [3:22] – I hate what some people do to dogs … but I love to see their rescue stories that end with them happy and healthy.

DAN BONGINO: Interview with Mike Flynn – One hour embedded at the link: “In this exclusive interview with General Mike Flynn we cover Barack Obama’s bizarre fascination with Gen. Flynn, Gen. Flynn’s battles to fix the intell community, the 2015 CIS dinner where Lokhova was present, and the real reason Jim Comey targeted Flynn.”

GEORGIA: Fulton County [17:40] – The attorney does a good job of explaining what is going on in the composites of the surveillance videos from absentee and military ballot counting.

Trump’s attorneys are filing to have the Georgia election deemed void due to overwhelming voter fraud. The Constitution has a remedy for the situation, which is to have the state’s legislature select the state’s electors.

But keep in mind that Facebook Fact Checkers said there’s nothing to see here, so just keep on moving’, stupid Republican people.

ALSO, the story at the third link below says the Trump team got hold of one of Georgia’s Dominion voting machines. A forensic examination proved the machine DID switch votes from Trump to Biden.

OREGON: The Oregon Medical Board has indefinitely revoked a doctor’s license after finding that he and his staff refused to wear face coverings during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and encouraged patients visiting his clinic to remove theirs, concluding he is “a serious danger” to public health.

PENNSYLVANIA: More than 70 members of Pennsylvania’s state House and Senate have signed a dramatic letter to the members of their state’s delegation in the United States Congress. It calls on them to OBJECT to, and vote to sustain the objection to, certification of the electoral college votes from Pennsylvania.

POWELL: Sidney talks about her share of the latest election fraud fight.

USA TODAY: USA Today also published a silly “fact check” this week quibbling with the 100% accurate claim that “several Democratic politicians urge social distancing and issuing stay-at-home advisories but host or attend gatherings” because REPUBLICANS don’t always practice social distancing!

The big difference obviously being that Republicans are generally NOT imposing draconian (and probably unconstitutional) lock down mandates on their citizenry so they’re not being Big Fat Hypocrites when they live their lives as they choose.

WILLIAMS: RIP – “There was a time when the black conservative community would have consisted of me and Walter Williams. I know Walter used to say the two of us should never fly on the same plane otherwise the whole movement will disappear if the plane goes down.” – Thomas Sowell

YOUTUBE: OANN is moving to Rumble. And for good reason. The thugs at YouTube barred One America News Network from posting new videos on its YouTube channel, suspended OANN from the Partner program, AND suspended its ability to monetize its existing content. The network’s “crime” was to publicize a cure for COVID-19.

GRAMMY NOTES: Mama’s church ladies group had their saint peg doll exchange. Bunny and Bootz got out their Jesus doll to meet His saints. Mama is going to be introducing us to one saint at a time, starting tomorrow with a 15 year old boy who was martyred during the communist attempt to stamp out the faith in Mexico.

2020: In the face of the Left’s command to us to “unite and move on”, Steve Hilton reminds us of how they behaved after Trump won in 2016.

2020: Roman Balmakov’s report on Georgia, Nevada, Arizona, and Wisconsin is well worth watching [12:50]. In fact, if you only have time for one thing, make it this video.

When I posted this to Facebook, I got a “Independent Fact Checkers say this is false” notice and a link to an article citing the exact same people as unimpeachable sources who are being SUED for flipping Georgia from the real winner to Biden. It also says that the Republicans who testified about what was happening in the video are just Big Fat Liars! Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. So who shall we trust … Epoch Times or Facebook’s uber partisan Face Checkers? Let me think …. Here’s the fact check article if you’re interested.

ABRAMS/WARNOCK: Remember Stacey, the mini-Hillary who never accepted that she just plain LOST the election? She is under investigation in Georgia for seeking to “aggressively” register “ineligible, out-of-state, or deceased voters” before the state’s Jan. 5 Senate runoff elections.

The investigations are into America Votes, Vote Forward and The New Georgia Project groups, one of which was founded by Abrams and was previously chaired by Democratic Senate candidate Raphael Warnock. Warnock, of course, is the Democratic candidate in the upcoming runoff, which will have a decisive effect on party majority in the U.S. Senate.

Pastor Warnock is known for, among other things, preaching that America must “repent for its worship of whiteness” over the success of President Trump’s candidacy and that unrestricted abortion is a human right that is “consistent” with biblical values.

ARIZONA: On Wednesday, Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit on behalf of Arizona’s 11 Republican electors. The complaint alleges that at least 400,000 illegal ballots were counted in Arizona’s general election. It also alleges that Dominion software created security risks and statistical anomalies in the election results. Biden is supposedly 10,000 votes ahead of Trump.

CLICK https://rumble.com/vbke7d-ariz.-lawmakers-outraged-after-viewing-trump-campaign-legal-teams-evidence.html [3:04] to watch the One America News report on the Arizona hearing which was not a publicly sanctioned event. Unable to get the PTBs to pay attention, private citizens did it themselves.

CALIFORNIA: CLICK https://twitter.com/i/status/1334519768334950401 [1:41] to see the amazing display one store in Los Angeles has in its front windows! Not even Hollywood celebs are spared. We the People are fighting back. 🙂

COVID-19: [16:03] – The total number of deaths due to COVID-19 is heavily padded with deaths that were going to happen anyway. One cause is that Medicare pays a 20% add on for the treatment of Covid-19 victims.

IOW, there’s a huge financial incentive for hospitals to report a patient or a death as COVID-19, even if the patient was in hospice dying of cancer or had a heart attack or was poisoned or hit by a bus. In fact, 89% of the people who died from COVID-19 had a Do Not Resuscitate order.

DEFUND THE POLICE: The move to cut police funding started in Minneapolis. And the crime statistics show how stupid the idea is. Carjackings and murders are five times what they were one year ago.

DEMOCRAT HYPOCRITES: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/whitehousebrief/videos/229998551991389 [3:45] to see Kayleigh McEnany out Democrat hypocrisy. The fact that these schmucks don’t follow their own rules is proof positive that the rules are idiotic. “Democrats seek control. … Rules for thee, not for me.”

FEDERAL APPEALS COURT: Sidney Powell’s Georgia case, Pearson v. Kemp, has been granted an expedited appeal. Plaintiffs were to file their initial brief by midnight on Dec. 2, defendants their response by midnight on Dec. 4, and plaintiffs their response to the response by midnight on Dec. 6.

Powell is representing about a dozen voters who argue there was a fraudulent scheme to manipulate the vote count to make sure Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden won Georgia. She is seeking to have outside experts examine Dominion machines.

Georgia election officials are attempting to prevent that from happening, which begs the question … what have they got to hide?

GEORGIA: Sean Hannity interviews Rudy Giuliani [6:04]. The video is embedded at the Fox News link below. Giuliani says there are now 5,000 signed affidavits of eye witness testimony testifying to voter fraud. They also discuss the surveillance video showing suitcases full of ballots being secretly counted in the dead of night after observers were all sent home.

OAN reported that the Dec 3rd Georgia hearing included evidence that the following ineligible people voted … 2,056 who were felons, 66,248 who were under 18, 2,423 who weren’t registered, 1,043 who used a PO Box, 4,926 who voted past the required due date, 10,315 who had died before the election, 395 who voted in two states, 15,700 who had moved out of state, and 40,279 who had changed county of resident, but didn’t re-register to vote.

HEWLETT PACKARD: HP is just the latest California business to flee the Land of Nuts and Berries. Texas Gov. Abbot is delighted that the company is moving to Houston.

“Hewlett Packard Enterprise joins more than 50 Fortune 500 companies headquartered in the Lone Star State, including 22 in the Houston area alone. That is because Texas offers the best business climate in the nation. Our low taxes, high quality of life, top-notch workforce, and tier one universities create an environment where innovative companies like HPE can flourish. We look forward to a successful partnership with HPE, as together we build a more prosperous future for Texas.”

MISSING THE POINT: I’ve mostly ignored everything Biden and his transition team have been doing, but this one needs to be thoroughly mocked. His pick to head up the Treasury Department is former Federal Reserve Chairwoman Janet Yellen. She pledged to use the Treasury Department to address racial inequality, gender disparity, and the climate “crisis.”

The Secretary of the Treasury “is responsible for formulating and recommending domestic and international financial, economic, and tax policy, participating in the formulation of broad fiscal policies that have general significance for the economy, and managing the public debt.”

NEVADA: An audit of 1,440 Nevada mail-ballots found 3% were fraudulent. Representatives of the Trump legal team called each of the 1,440 people; 2% of those phoned said they never received a ballot in the mail; 1% said they hadn’t voted at all.

A witness presented the evidence on behalf of the Trump campaign that vote tallies were recorded on to unencrypted USB drives, that voting machines were not password protected, and that vote totals were altered in the dead of night.

NEW YORK: New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio has been on the news lately, saying that the key to reopening schools is testing and more testing. The courts have ordered that religious institutions must not be treated differently from public institutions. Mayor Schmuck doesn’t care. He says state funding for on-site coronavirus testing will not be extended to students in private schools.

PROJECT VERITAS: One of the undercover recordings exposing CNN’s non-journalistic pandering for the Left exposes how the CNN squashed the Hunter Biden laptop story that was broken by the New York Post.

In one of the leaked recordings, CNN political director David Chalian assures CEO Zucker, “Obviously, we’re not going with the New York Post story.” Instead, David Vigilante suggests that they attack the thing from a media angle – i.e., what are these people doing reporting on this?

RED CROSS: The first COVID-19 infection infection in the U.S. was reported on January 19, 2020 in a traveler returning from China. But an examination of blood donated during routine Red Cross drives between Dec. 13, 2019 and Jan. 17, 2020 showed signs that the virus may have been here sooner.

TEXAS: County Judge Glen Whitley (R) pushed through extending a mask mandate through next year. He earlier demanded that Gov. Abbott fine people for not wearing masks.

Before Thanksgiving, Whitley warned people to only eat at home with immediate family and to wear masks during Thanksgiving. The photo shows his home on Thanksgiving. Those vehicles were not there Sunday evening.

TRANS: A pilot study compared mothers of boys with gender identity disorder (GID) with mothers of normal boys to determine whether differences in psychopathology and child-rearing attitudes and practices could be identified.

The results showed that 53% of the mothers of boys with GID had Borderline Personality Disorder or symptoms of depression. Only 6% of the mothers of normal boys had either of these problems.

UNEMPLOYMENT: Weekly jobless claims are at their lowest since the pandemic. They’re also below expectations.

VIDEO BOMB: This is worth watching! An irate restaurant owner inserted himself into a live news broadcast in Michigan and expressed his outrage over the way the government is screwing over citizens in the name of public health.

Matt Walsh spoke for all of us when he tweeted, “You can either be on this guy’s side or on the side of the tyrants who rule us. I know which side I choose.”

WAPO: The ever-more-ridiculous Washington Post is asking every Republican member of Congress three questions. 1. Who won the 2020 presidential election? 2. Do you support or oppose Donald Trump’s continuing efforts to claim victory? 3. If Joe Biden wins a majority of the electoral college, will you accept him as the legitimately elected president?

Hmmmmm … I don’t recall them asking these questions about Hillary Clinton or Al Gore. Plus, I’d like them to ask the Democratic members of Congress the same questions, except with #3 saying If Donald Trump wins a majority of the electoral college, will you accept him as the legitimately elected president? They never will, but I’d like it.

WIKIPEDIA SUCKS: A Wikipedia editor has decided that Newsmax can no longer be used as a source for factual claims in any Wikipedia article.

WISCONSIN: On Tuesday, Trump’s campaign filed a lawsuit in the state Supreme Court, alleging there is clear evidence of illegal action involving at least 221,000 ballots that altered the outcome of the presidential election. On Thursday, the court refused to hear the case, saying the case must first wind its way through lower courts.

Also on Tuesday, Sidney Powell filed a lawsuit alleging “massive election fraud” and seeking to block certification of election results “pending a full investigation and court hearing.” Powell is also asking the court to order an independent audit of the election “to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election.”

GRAMMY NOTES: Mama’s church ladies group is doing a saintly peg doll exchange for Christmas. Mama chose Blessed Fulton Sheen. She really went above and beyond with this project. She shopped for ages to find just the right shade of fabric, ribbon and paint. I love the shimmery paint she chose for his zucchetto. Very “heavenly.” And his pectoral cross is a real chain and metal cross! 🙂

UNEXPECTED STAR: [19:35] – This is long, but really good. I love Stuart’s nana. She’s like me … cries like a baby when she’s happy!

2020: President Trump’s Dec. 2 speech about election fraud [46:07] – Patriots have donated somewhere between $150 and $170 million since Election Day to help cover the legal expenses of fighting the fraud.

BIDEN: “I don’t want to scare anybody here but understand the facts: we’re likely to lose another 250,000 people, dead, between now and January, because people aren’t paying attention,” Biden said during an economic round table on coronavirus pandemic.

Right. HIDE IN YOUR HOMES because we’ve made zero progress in understanding and treating the disease. (Not.) Sheesh!

There are at least half a dozen effective treatments, at least two of which are touted as cures. Plus, there are vaccines that are about to become available. And even without a vaccine, it’s 99% survivable.

But yeah, sure. You go ahead and wet your pants about how it’s all going to WORSE THAN EVER!

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

CALIFORNIA: Los Angeles – I have just one word for every Leftist in the world trying to keep us shut down to advance their global economic reset. Sweden.

DOMINION VOTING SYSTEMS: On November 8, 2020, Dominionvotingsystems.com, which is Dominion Voting Systems’ proprietary URL, was connected over the internet to Belgrade, Iran, China — and to “the Indivisible (formerly ACORN) political group for Obama.”

Oh … and they’re partially owned by China.

IOWA: Never say, “My vote doesn’t matter.” – The second district seat has been called and certified in favor of pro-life Republican Mariannette Miller-Meeks. With a final tally of 196,964 to 196,958, Miller-Meeks won by the miniscule margin of just SIX votes!

Miller-Meeks, a physician and U.S. Army Reserve colonel, is the 18th new pro-life member. She will be joining 11 returning pro-life women incumbents.

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: Yesterday, Slimers reported that AG Barr said the DOJ has concluded its investigation into allegations of voter fraud and has found no evidence. I saw that headline and figured it would end up filed in the Big Fat Media Lie circular file. Turns out I was right.

A DOJ spokesperson has said, “That is not what the Associated Press reported nor what the Attorney General stated. The Department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as expeditiously as possible. The Department will continue to receive and vigorously pursue all specific and credible allegations of fraud as expeditiously as possible.”

MICHIGAN: Dec 1, 2020 State Senate hearing on election irregularities – CLICK https://twitter.com/SteveDeaceShow/status/1333851483083853824?s=20 [1:31] to hear damning eye witness testimony from an IT worker. She also reportedly testified that she saw “countless workers rescanning the batches without discarding them first” on Election Day and beyond. She said she saw workers rescanning ballots up to “8 to 10 times.”

A GOP poll observer who worked at the TCF Center in Detroit on Election Day testified that she saw numerous military ballots that looked like “Xerox copies”, all marked for Biden. None of the voters were registered, so election workers were manually entering names, addresses and a birth date of 1/1/2020, which would override the system and allow them to enter nonregistered voters.

When she and other GOP observers tried to challenge them, election officials “would tell us ‘no.’” They were also sent upstairs to eat while Democrat poll challengers had food brought to them. None of the bipartisan group of lawmakers disputed her account.

NEVADA: Trump’s legal team is preparing to file a lawsuit alleging that 40,000 people voted twice in Nevada, which, if proven true, could potentially erase Democrat presidential candidate Joe Biden’s lead.

PENNSYLVANIA: Republican lawmakers in Pennsylvania have formally introduced a resolution to stop the state from certifying any of the still-disputed races.

One objection to the count is that the ratio of presidential votes in PA makes no sense. Biden supposedly won 76% of all the votes cast by mail-in ballots, including 21% of those sent in by registered Republicans and 80% of those sent in by independents. But exit polls showed Biden getting just 8% of the Republican vote and 52% of independents.

PROJECT VERITAS: CNN is whining loudly about the release of secretly recorded conversations. Cry me a river, hypocrites.

RIOTS: A professional association comprised of local law enforcement heads from the 69 largest police agencies in the United States and nine in Canada issued a report of compiled data about protests between May 25 and July 31 in member cities.

During that period, there were 8,700 protests nationwide; 574 were declared riots with violence and other criminal acts. More than 2,000 law enforcement officers were injured. In Portland, 62% of the demonstrations turned violent and the nightly protests in Portland continued far beyond the cut off date for the report.

SAVE THE BABY HUMANS: [21:28] – John-Henry Westen interviews Mary Wagner, a Canadian pro-life activist who has been sentenced to six years in prison for offering pregnant women alternatives to abortion.

SPECIAL COUNSEL: On May 13, 2019, Attorney General Bill Barr appointed United States Attorney John Durham to conduct a preliminary review into certain matters related to the 2016 presidential election campaigns. Durham’s work developed into a criminal investigation, which remains ongoing.

On Oct. 19, 2020, Barr upped the ante by appointing Durham a Special Counsel to continue investigating any violations of law related to the inquiries conducted by the FBI’s Crossfire Hurricane operation and, later, special counsel Robert Mueller’s team.

“If Durham believes it is necessary and appropriate, he is authorized to prosecute federal crimes arising from his investigation of these matters.”

TEXAS: Austin – Democrat Mayor Steve Adler told his constituents to “stay home if you can.” He and his crew of eight family and guests flew to Cabo San Lucas for the holidays.

TWITTER: After a mathematician testified about voter fraud to members of the Arizona State Legislature, Twitter canceled his account without explanation. Time to switch to Parler.

VOTE BUYING: It’s illegal – Native Americans in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, Ohio, Texas, Washington and Wisconsin were awarded raffle tickets, cash, gift cards, and prizes for submitting proof that they had voted.
