THE FRIDAY POWER-FINALLY-RESTORED GRUDGE

We had a second severe storm in 3 weeks here Wednesday night.Our power went out about 9:30PM and didn’t come back on until late last night.After my first real cup of coffee and a hot shower I jumped on to see what was going on. Ironically,the Rockford City Council had a meeting with ComEd people to ask why it took 3 days for some residents to get their power restored.
PS-ComEd raised their rates 30% 2 months ago to finance their new ‘smart grid.’They said it would save customers money in “the long run”.Trust us,heh heh.
