FAUCI: This video is well worth your time and full attention. [24:46] – Fauci swore under oath that U.S. taxpayers had not funded gain-of-function virus research at Wuhan in violation of federal policies. More than once, we’ve seen evidence that this was a lie.

This week, Rutgers University professor Richard Ebright tweeted that the data is more alarming than we’ve been told to date. According to his tweets, the U.S./Wuhan collaboration modified bat viruses so they were 10,000 times worse for humans.

Senators Paul and Cotton are calling for Congress to prosecute Fauci for his lies. CLICK https://rumble.com/vm9yqr-tom-cotton-demands-fauci-be-prosecuted-for-his-lies.html [5:16] to see Laura Ingraham’s report.

FAUXTUS: On Thursday, FAUXTUS announced he will be forcing all employers with more than 100 employees to either require their employees get vaccinated against COVID-19 or mandate weekly testing for the virus.

He also threatened all facilities that receive federal Medicare or Medicaid to require 100% employee vaccination or else. Together, the two groups represent about 100 million Americans. His plan does not include requiring vaccination for illegals.

GOP Governors are already telling their attorneys general to prepare for battle against Joe Biden’s unconstitutional vax mandate.

GUN CONTROL: On Thursday, the White House withdrew its nomination of a staunch gun control advocate to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Jen Psaki told reporters they’re talking with Chipman about finding him another role in the administration.

NEBRASKA: On September 3, the Nebraska State Board of Education (SBOE) voted 5-1 to indefinitely postpone the development of Nebraska Department of Education (NDE) Health Standards that included sexually explicit content and Critical Race Theory (CRT) components.

Of the 106 who testified at yesterday’s hearing, 69% opposed the Draft #1 standards, while just 31% expressed support. This, despite emails of SBOE members and NDE employees that showed that members of activist groups like SIECUS, Planned Parenthood, Answer, and GLSEN had been invited, while requests from conservative organizations and parents were ignored.

Note that the vote was only to postpone. Opponents anticipate the SBOE will try to pull the standards off the shelf after a few months of low opposition at SBOE meetings. E.g., in December or January when attendance is hindered by icy roads or a blizzard.

RACISM: On Sept 8, a white woman in a gorilla mask hurled a raw egg at Larry Elder while he was touring a homeless encampment. When one of his staffers confronted her, she slapped him.

Most of Democrat lapdogs in the media ignored the incident. I guess because it happened in Los Angeles, the L.A. Times had to write it up. Their headline was, “Larry Elder cuts short Venice homeless encampment tour after hostile reception.” The lede said, “Someone threw what appeared to be an egg at GOP recall candidate.

Hostile reception.” “Someone.” This is in keeping with their attitude toward Elder’s challenge against white Democrat Newsom. A few weeks ago, a columnist at the L.A. Times called Elder “the black face of white supremacy” and said he “is a threat to Black Californians.”

If Elder were a Democrat, the story would’ve led every morning, evening, and late night show and headlined above the fold on every major newspaper with a heavy emphasis on the whiteness of the assailant, her deeply racist mask, and the fact that under California law, this was a hate crime.

REGENERON-COV: Demand for this experimental COVID treatment has surged in the U.S. in recent weeks. If you’re considering it, please be aware that it is experimental with unknown, possibly serious and unexpected side effects. Also, it was tested on the same aborted fetal cell line that was used by COVID-19 vaccine manufacturers.

UNITED AIRLINES: United Airlines employees who have not been granted a medical or religious exemption and still refuse the vaccine are being fired. Those who have been granted an exemption are being placed on unpaid leave. Is it my imagination or is this a distinction without a difference?

GRAMMY NOTES: This reminds me of the time a clerk at the health food store let Mama Buzz (about 4 yo at the time) come behind the counter to watch him turn peanuts into peanut butter. She studied the process and asked, “Do you put goat cheese into that machine to make goat milk?” I was so impressed with how logically she had thought that out. LOL

“Battle Hymn of the Republic”

Mine eyes have seen the glory
Of the coming of the Lord;
He is trampling out the vintage
Where the grapes of wrath are stored;
He hath loosed the fateful lightning
Of His terrible swift sword;
His truth is marching on.

Chorus
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
Glory! Glory! Hallelujah!
His truth is marching on.

I have seen Him in the watchfires
Of a hundred circling camps
They have builded Him an altar
In the evening dews and damps;
I can read His righteous sentence
By the dim and flaring lamps;
His day is marching on. [Chorus]

He has sounded forth the trumpet
That shall never call retreat;
He is sifting out the hearts of men
Before His judgement seat;
Oh, be swift, my soul, to answer Him;
Be jubilant, my feet;
Our God is marching on. [Chorus]

In the beauty of the lilies
Christ was born across the sea,
With a glory in His bosom
That transfigures you and me;
As He died to make men holy,
Let us die to make men free;
While God is marching on. [Chorus]

Meatless Fridays

Earlier today, Dearest told me that, when he noted that hot dogs were on the menu for next Friday’s parish picnic, he asked the pastor, “Aren’t we supposed to not eat meat on Fridays?” and was told, “That’s only during Lent.”

I’m underwhelmed to say the least. I expect that kind of ignorance from other Catholics, because it’s what I was told many years ago also. But it was wrong. And once I learned that I was wrong, I instituted meatless Fridays in our home.

I would have hoped the pastor would have elaborated more on the actual situation instead of sending my husband home to tell me, on a Friday, as I was serving up fish salad, “You know, Father says we don’t need to do meatless Fridays any more.

The relevant portions of the Code of Canon Law states, “The penitential days and times in the universal Church are every Friday of the whole year and the season of Lent. Abstinence from meat, or from some other food as determined by the Episcopal Conference, is to be observed on all Fridays, unless a solemnity should fall on a Friday. Abstinence and fasting are to be observed on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.” [1250, 1251]

Re: “from some other food as determined by the Episcopal Conference” – On November 18, 1966, the U.S. bishops issued the following directive to American Catholics:

Even though we hereby terminate the traditional law of abstinence binding under pain of sin, as the sole prescribed means of observing Friday, we give first place to abstinence from flesh meat. We do so in the hope that the Catholic community will ordinarily continue to abstain from meat by free choice as formerly we did in obedience to Church law.” [24]

The bishops said it was important to continue the discipline to “remind ourselves that as Christians, although immersed in the world and sharing its life, we must preserve a saving and necessary difference from the spirit of the world. Our deliberate, personal abstinence from meat, more especially because no longer required by law, will be an outward sign of inward spiritual values that we cherish.”

Father was correct in saying that, because the church removed the penalty of sin from eating meat on Friday, we don’t have to abstain from meat on Fridays outside of Lent. But this is a far cry from serving hot dogs at a Friday parish picnic.

Re: “unless a solemnity should fall on a Friday” – Solemnities are extra special feast days on which it would be inappropriate to do penance. Most of them are universal; some are local. Next Friday isn’t one of them.

AFGHAN STAN: From FB – “I find myself sitting in the parking lot at Kroger trying to compose myself. You see, while inside getting groceries, I came upon a little girl prancing down the isle making a crazy noise. I turned around to see this young lady wearing massive boots compared to her tiny body. At first I just giggled and continued shopping.

I ended up in the check out lane behind her and her mother. As good southerners do, we struck up conversation. I told the little girl that I liked her boots. She had a massive grin on her face and began to speak. She let me know that those boots belonged to her Daddy. Today would have been his birthday, but he was killed last year in ‘Afghan Stan.’ To feel better about today, she was allowed to wear his boots.

As her mom started to cry, so did I, as did the cashier. Apparently, the gentleman behind me heard the story and gave the little girl a cupcake out of the dozen he was buying. He told the little girl to always eat a cupcake for her dad’s birthday. He told her that her dad was a hero and that she should be proud to be his daughter.

Please remember why we are able to celebrate America. Let’s stop to think about those who protect the freedom that we often take for granted!”

Students at Portland State are not being taught to think. Rather, they are being trained to mimic the moral certainty of ideologues. … This has created a culture of offense where students are now afraid to speak openly and honestly.

GEORGIA: A new report by the Indianapolis-based Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) says that about 27,000 mail-in ballots in Georgia were returned as undeliverable by the post office during the 2020 election. PORTLAND: Last Friday, Mayor Ted Wheeler announced that the city council intended to vote on an emergency resolution Wednesday to stop “the City’s future procurement of goods and services from, and City employee business travel to, the state of Texas.”

The Portland City Council stands unified in its belief that all people should have the right to choose if and when they carry a pregnancy and that the decisions they make are complex, difficult, and unique to their circumstances.

As it turned out, the council postponed the vote. But Texas Senator John Cornyn doesn’t care one way or the other. “If they don’t want to come to Texas that’s fine, people from every other state, are certainly coming here.

This could explain why, four months after bragging that she was the “last person in the room” with Biden as he decided to fully withdraw U.S. forces from Afghanistan, she’s nowhere to be seen. On Thursday, she was supposed to appear in her own home state on behalf of embattled California Gov. Gavin Newsom. But then she suddenly wasn’t.

WASHINGTON POST: WaPo media reporter Jeremy Barr recently published a story critical of liberal cable outlets allowing former defense officials to use their air time to criticize FAUXTUS’ big fat mess. Because, they, you know, don’t blame everything on Trump and also take air time away from “humanitarians, longtime opponents of the war and advocates who could speak to the human toll of the U.S. presence in Afghanistan.”

FAKE NEWS: As part of its quest to promote fear and enrich Big Pharma, Rolling Stone published a fake story claiming that the emergency room at Northeastern Hospital System Sequoyah was unable to treat gunshot victims, because the facility was overwhelmed by stupid people who had taken ivermectin, “an anti-parasitic drug usually reserved for deworming horses or livestock” as a treatment or preventative for COVID-19.

MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow and thousands of other mindless leftist sheeple promoted this b.s. story that is one big fat lie from beginning to end.

The doctor Rolling Stone interviewed and quoted doesn’t work for NHS Sequoyah. NHS Sequoyah says it is not overwhelmed and has not turned away patients seeking emergency care for any reason. NHS Sequoyah also says it has not treated anyone for complications related to taking any form of ivermectin.

Also, just by the by, that line about ivermectin being “reserved for deworming horses or livestockis a total and easily verifiable lie. The FDA approved ivermectin for use by humans in 1981. Ivermectin was FDA approved in 1998 to treat parasitic infections. Like hydroxychloroquine, it is an ionophore. Two others are quercetin, and resveratrol, both available over the counter. All of them open a cellular door, allowing zinc to enter the cell, where it then interferes with viral replication, providing potential therapeutic benefit in viral and other infections.

A study published several months ago in the American Journal of Therapeutics reported that 18 randomized controlled treatment trials of ivermectin in COVID-19 had found “large, statistically significant reductions in mortality, time to clinical recovery, and time to viral clearance.” The study also found that ivermectin was effective as a prophylactic. But, yeah, there’s NO EVIDENCE that ivermectin is effective against COVID. Riiiight.

When India had a surge in COVID cases earlier this year, ivermectin was put into widespread use in all but one state. In all but that one, cases dropped by 97%. In that one, cases tripled.

The Japanese Medical Association recently endorsed ivermectin for COVID. So why is our own CDC cautioning against it? Why is our own FDA saying we should not use it? And why is our media busily demonizing it? Could it be that the drug is old enough to be available as a dirt cheap generic, so that Merck, the Big Pharma company that originally patented it, isn’t making the big bucks any more.

Plus, you know, Merck has a ton of money tied up in its new, expensive COVID specific drug. Click the bottom link to read about the $1.2 billion deal Merck has with the U.S. government if its drug gets approved. Pre-Trib Rapture?

Yesterday, I read Luke 17:22-35 and couldn’t help but think, “Wow, that sounds like Jesus told us the Rapture will be Pre-Trib.”

Various Catholic prophecies describe a pre-Tribulation event known as The Warning and/or The Illumination of Conscience.

The prophets say the sky around the world will become black and that Jesus on a cross will be visible in the sky from everywhere in the world. They also say that, at this time, everyone (above the age of reason) will see his or her soul as God sees it and will also experience for a few minutes where they would go if they were to die in that moment.

In Luke 17:22-25, Jesus seems to speak to this event. “[Jesus] said to his disciples, ‘The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it. People will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. For the Son of Man in his day will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other.”

In many of Mary’s messages to us, she has strongly urged us to pray, fast, and repent so we will be ready when the day comes. I can’t help but wonder if the Rapture might occur in conjunction with the Warning (aka, Illumination of Conscience). Like, maybe those of us who have heeded the call to personal holiness and are ready on that day will be taken up to Heaven and spared the trials of the Great Tribulation.

It’s a nice thought, right?! But wishes aren’t horses, as they say. However, in the verses right after Jesus uses the phrase “lights up the sky from one end to the other” to describe his return, He speaks of the Rapture.

Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.

It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed. On that day no one who is on the housetop, with possessions inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything. Remember Lot’s wife! Whoever tries to keep their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life will preserve it. I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left. Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.”
