BEAUTIFUL! Before He Passed Away, Marine Recorded Video Message For Trump/Pence!
As a veteran of our military forces, I take the time to salute Dr. Larry Lindsey for his service and this beautiful video before he passed away. He left this message for President-elect Donald Trump, VP-elect Mike Pence and General “Mad Dog” Mattis.

HE FACED THE END WITH THE COURAGE AND DIGNITY THAT SETS PEOPLE LIKE HIM APART.
I’M POSTING THE ENTIRE MESSAGE IN HIS HONOR.

President Trump, Vice President Pence and General Mattis I would like to say that the greatest honor of my life has been to wage this battle with you. I haven’t been prouder to being a Marine than anything I’ve ever done in my life. Having a hand in some small way in fighting for my country has meant the world to me.

There is no greater honor for me than to have great men like you leading this country back to its foundation and back to God. Mr. Trump I have no doubt in my heart and my mind that you will be perhaps the greatest president in the history of our country.

Vice President Pence, I am so honored to call you my vice president. You’re an incredibly good man and probably the only vice president in 150 years to have any brains. And I appreciate that about you.

General Mattis, it appears I am out of ammunition but I continue to fight with my last breath. I do not fear death for I know where I am going and I am only going home for a rest.
It is you people the good people of America for whom I cry, my loved ones and my friends, and the sacrifices they continue to make in this fight for our country. Dying is the easy part. Dying is the comforting part if you know who your God is and you know that he holds your hand. And I do. I praise God for a wonderful life. So many blessings I have known… I want you to know, each and every one of you that we have taken on a challenge that is only just begun. The real battle lies ahead.

And General Mattis, I want to request sir, Give ’em hell and Semper Fi. God Bless.

This administration cannot end fast enough

DEC 7th, 2016: ANOTHER DAY OF INFAMY

The few remaining survivors of that horrible day 75 years ago now have the odd distinction of being attacked twice at Pearl Harbor…once by the Japanese, and once by the Obama administration.

Yes, we understand the symbolic importance of showing Japan and the United States united on this historic anniversary – but it could so easily have been presented to the public without accusing those aging heroes who fought, bled, and saw their friends and shipmates blown to pieces, drowned, or burned alive of “personal bitterness” if they haven’t just “moved on” and made their peace with the horror of the sneak attack.

This appalling statement makes it clear that, in the mind of this administration, this anniversary is not about those who fought or died at Pearl Harbor, but rather about one more fatuous photo-op with a foreign figurehead for the sole benefit of the second greatest American tragedy to originate in Hawaii: Barack Hussein Obama.

The bill, which now moves to the Senate floor, was part of Congress’s response to scandals within the Veterans Affairs Department that saw soldiers waiting so long for doctor appointments that some died. Some VA health clinics were over-prescribing opioids, and the VA had a massive backlog of claims benefits.

Groups planning to protest President-elect Donald Trump’s inauguration next month monopolized the National Park Service permits to use public spaces around Washington during the event — until Bikers for Trump showed up.
Bikers for Trump founder Chris Cox said he had to negotiate with National Park Service officials to find space for the motorcyclists because anti-Trump groups had scooped up nearly every location for their “disruption” events surrounding the Jan. 20 inauguration.

One major plan is being readied by Rep. Jason Chaffetz, the chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee. He is also interested in making it easier to fire workers who perform badly and wants to reduce the federal civilian workforce, which currently numbers 2.1 million employees, not including U.S. Postal Service employees.

This was President Obama’s vacancy and President Obama’s nomination. Please don’t tacitly give up on it because it was stolen by unprecedented obstruction and contempt. Instead, do to them what they have done to us. Sometimes, when they go low, we need to go lower, to protect a thing of great value.

Vets group wants Congress to wait for Trump to pass more aggressive VA reform bill
A massive veterans reform bill backed by the Department of Veterans Affairs will face resistance in Congress’ lame-duck session starting Tuesday from a group intent on letting the new Republican-controlled Senate and President-Elect Donald Trump have a say in how expeditiously VA employees can be fired.
With only a couple of months left as VA Secretary, Bob McDonald is making one final appeal to Congress to pass the reform bill that’s the culmination of his two-year tenure. The 400-page Veterans First Act contains dozens of provisions to streamline the appeals process for disability compensation, allow more leeway in disciplining employees and grant VA medical staff the ability to work flexible hours, among other things.

Why Did Trump Win? Obama
Donald Trump’s upset victory is being attributed to many factors, from Hillary Clinton being a corrupt and flawed candidate to the rise of the angry white male. Never mind that Trump secured more white women support than did Clinton. Maybe it was due to the FBI investigations and Director Comey’s schizophrenic opening and closing the investigations.
What really gave Trump his victory is one person: Barack Obama. This election was nothing less than a complete and total repudiation of his presidency, his policies, his “fundamental transformation of America” that he promised and delivered.

Honoring Our Veterans

This is the solemn remembrance of all who serve or have served in defense of this country. It was first called Armistice Day and was designated so because the First World War ended on 11/11/18. The Armistice was signed at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month. No, I didn’t Google it, I already knew it. I am among the fortunate who were educated back when teachers taught and classrooms weren’t incubators for mind-numbed robots.

This is the day we honor our warriors, like Grunt’s son and Chrissy’s warrior princesses. I would like to recognize anyone who lurks here that has family serving. You have our undying gratitude for your strength, your courage, and your devotion to your country. I have always maintained that the left hates the military because they cannot comprehend a sense of duty and loyalty to something so precious people are willing to risk life and limb to preserve it. It’s called “guts.” They don’t understand it and never will.

This Veterans Day, start fixing the Veterans Administration
Just in time for Veterans Day, when we honor those who served their country in uniform, the inspector general of the Department of Veterans Affairs has unearthed another scandal.

This time, it’s that scheduling staff at a clinic in southern Arizona systematically zeroed out patient wait times for thousands of appointments to make it look like goals were being met.
Veterans Day would be a hollow and meaningless celebration if America didn’t value its veterans enough to keep its promises to them, no matter how many politicians or bureaucrats have to be thrown out to make this happen.

As I was typing this it occurred to me. This is the 241st birthday of the Marines. What better gift could we have given them than a commander-in-chief they can be proud of? Someone who appreciates their sacrifice and would not betray them the way the last one did. It is hard to imagine what it was like to obey the commands of someone who has little but contempt for you and what you do. May Almighty God keep you in His arms.
