Organizer Of Protest That Left 5 Cops Dead Arrested For Felony Theft

Officers of the Dallas Police Department arrested Dominque Alexander on Thursday, the black activist that organized the 2016 anti-police protest in Dallas that left 12 officers shot and five dead.

Alexander faces charges of felony theft, stemming from a previous employer who claims the activist received payments between $2,500 and $30,000 from clients without transferring them to the company, the Dallas Observer reported.

Alexander pleaded guilty in 2009 to causing serious bodily injury to a 2-year-old and was subsequently sentenced to probation, FOX 4 Dallas reported. His repeated probation violations led to a final sentence of two years in prison in August 2016, but a judge counted his years of probation against his two-year sentence, and he spent less than a month in jail.

Michelle Obama outshines all Democratic prospects for 2020

The Best Laid Plans

The original plan for today was to concentrate on the looming threat posed by that fat little brat in NoKo who would be simply pathetic if it were not for the fact he is so dangerous. I still plan to do it, but first things first.

When AG Sessions announced that Obama’s executive order illegally creating DACA was going to be undone by Trump, the reaction was predictable, as it always is when the left doesn’t get their way 100% of the time. It would be a monumental waste of time to post even a smidgen of the wailing from media whores, bloated political layabouts, and glitterati who think their opinion is so much more important than yours, and you need to pay attention because they’re really, really smart.

It is obvious that the alternative to President Trump that we were faced with would be far, far worse, but damn, he is frustrating the hell out of us. He would sign ANY legislation Congress sent him, just to say he did it. The lazy bastards in the GOP are in no hurry to do anything they could be called on and their friends the democrats aren’t about to help.

“Congress now has 6 months to legalize DACA (something the Obama Administration was unable to do),” Trump tweeted. “If they can’t, I will revisit this issue!”

“Congress now has the opportunity to advance responsible immigration reform that puts American jobs and American security first,” Trump said in a statement following Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ announcement about the rescinding of DACA. Trump’s call for a legislative amnesty is a departure from his campaign rhetoric in which he said there would be “no amnesty.”

Trump to Congress: Legalize DACA (or I Will Revisit)

But by late Tuesday, Trump appeared to have turned into a paper tiger on the key campaign promise to get rid of DACA, saying he would “revisit this issue” if Congress did not “legalize DACA.”

It is unlikely that Trump’s “America First” base, which supported Trump in part because of his focus on illegal immigration, will be satisfied with anything approaching a repeat of DACA — either by Congress or presidential pen.

Perhaps sensing a possible cave, conservative commentator Ann Coulter tweeted before the announcement that millions of voters “not only won’t vote for [Trump] again, but will never vote Republican again if they pass this DACA amnesty.”

The reason President Obama, in his unconstitutional role as pretend legislator, unilaterally created DACA was because the actual legislative branch did not have the votes to pass an actual law.

And the reason is simple.

Americans were sick and tired of Washington bending over backwards for illegal aliens while we take it up the back door.
But instead of accepting that the American people – through their representatives – were saying “no” to the DREAM Act, Barack Obama simply passed the DREAM Act with the stroke of a pen.

As if he was both the Executive branch and the Legislative branch.

In other words, Obama violated the constitutional Separation of Powers to enact a law Congress couldn’t pass.

And at the time he did this, most Republicans in Congress were outraged.

Even Paul Ryan whined like a stuck pig about how unconstitutional DACA was.

But that was all for show.
They know if Trump ends DACA, they will be forced to act on the so-called DREAM Act.

And the last thing these guys want is to once again be seen screwing over their constituents while being caught in yet another campaign lie.So if Trump ends it — and they are forced to betray their voters while siding with Democrats and illegal aliens – Republican incumbents know they’ll be in trouble in 2018.

And when the choices are war or dishonor, Congressional Republicans will always choose dishonor.

Report: Obama ready to “speak out” if Trump cancels DACA

THE FORMER PRESIDENT HAS THREATENED TO TAKE TIME OUT OF HIS BUSY VACATION SCHEDULE TO SPEAK BEFORE THE SWOONING MEDIA, WHO’VE BEEN CAST ADRIFT SINCE HE WAS FORCED TO LEAVE OFFICE.

Why attack Trump now? I think there’s more to it than DACA just being near and dear to Obama’s heart. He knows that congressional Republicans are going to be jammed up here to an unusual degree. Immigration is a fraught issue for the GOP under the best of circumstances but DREAMers are an especially hard case due to their having come here as children.

I wrote a real nice post on general subjects yesterday, and when I hit the “post” button, the gods of WordPress must have been hungry because they ate it. Gone. Never to be seen again. Even the all-seeing, all-knowing Bluebird couldn’t find it. Hopefully the beast’s hunger has been sated and this one will survive.

Being the most intelligent people on the planet, the readers of this blog know that DACA stands for ‘Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals,’ or DREAM act for those less informed. This was another dirty trick by the mulatto asshat known as Barack Obama. It continued his streak of never doing anything that had a positive benefit for the country, only harming it.

Loophole Allowed Over A Thousand DACA Recipients To Receive Citizenship


THIS WAS A BLATANT ATTEMPT AT LEGALIZING AS MANY ILLEGALS AS HE COULD… MORE VOTERS, MORE DEMOCRATS
The figures released indicate that 2,181 DACA recepients that have received green cards have applied for citizenship and 1,056 of these have successfully become citizens.
The Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program was started by former President Barack Obama in 2012 and has protected roughly 800,000 illegal immigrants from deportation and granted them work permits. Trump vowed on the campaign trail to end the program and will make an announcement Tuesday on DACA’s future.
The Dreamers were all part of DACA, the legally questionable amnesty program that’s under scrutiny right now as President Trump decides whether to scrap the Obama-era amnesty.
The House and Senate Judiciary Committees revealed that more than 45,000 DACA recipients were approved for “advance parole,” which is permission to leave and reenter the U.S. despite not being in permanent legal status here.
But under a quirk of law, those granted advance parole can then ask to adjust their status and gain legal residence — and eventually citizenship — as long as they have a qualifying relationship.
The Obama administration had seemed intent on keeping the data secret, refusing to answer requests from Congress. The Trump administration complied.

About those “massive job losses” if DACA ends
The staggering numbers on display are sure to send a shock wave through the nation’s economy because a new “report” projects that the end of DACA would result in job losses in excess of the population of some smaller island nations.
Holy Guacamole, Batman! 700K jobs lost? An additional 30K per month after that? Almost half a trillion in lost economic output? Why, that’s pretty much the entry point to a new great recession. Except that you need to consider both the source of this “report” and what it is that they’re actually talking about.
First of all, Fortune is citing a paper from the Center for American Progress, which is essentially an unofficial arm of the Democratic National Committee. It was founded by John Podesta and the front page of their web site is nothing but one article after another about how horrible Trump is and why the Social Justice Warriors should just be allowed to reorganize society as they please.

The Obama Legacy

The amount of havoc and destruction intentionally caused by the former muslim-in-chief is immeasurable. President Trump can undo some of the harm caused through executive order — doing away with onerous regulations, undoing the blatant land grabs and climate fraud and rebuilding our military. He is nominating many constitutionalist judges but he can do nothing about the ones Obama inserted like legal suppositories, thanks to the gone and forgotten Harry Reid. These judges will haunt our legal system for years to come.

Obama-appointed Judge Nelva Gonzales Ramos struck down the Texas voter ID law on Wednesday that requires ID’s to vote. Judge Ramos believes it is racist to believe blacks and Hispanics are able to fill out paperwork and purchase an ID card.

Earlier this year the Trump-Sessions DOJ asked a federal court to dismiss the department’s earlier claim that the ID law was enacted with the intention of discriminating against minority voters.

Americans need ID cards to function successfully in society.
But Democrats love their voter fraud.
A federal court judge in Texas struck down the state’s voter ID law on Wednesday, ruling it had a discriminatory intent and effect against Hispanic and black voters.

Court blocks major pipeline approvals, says feds didn’t consider ‘climate change’
A federal court has halted a major natural gas pipeline project from being built on grounds that federal regulators did not consider the “carbon emissions that the pipelines will make possible.”
The lawsuit was odd given at least some of the natural gas would have been used to retire older, coal-fired power plants. Natural gas emits less carbon dioxide than coal when burned for energy, and lowering U.S. CO2 emissions is ostensibly a goal of the environmental movement.
Judge Janice Brown countered in her dissenting opinion that FERC did not have to consider the effects a pipeline might have on global warming because that was the purview of other federal and state agencies.
Brown pointed out that FERC could approve a pipeline, but it had no power to approve the power plant that took the gas.
Brown wrote “the truth is that FERC has no control over whether the power plants that will emit these greenhouse gases will come into existence or remain in operation.”

In the first half of 2017, the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs has processed some 67 regulatory actions, ranging from notices to final rules. During the first six months of former President Barack Obama’s first term, the department coursed through three times as many, processing 216 regulatory actions.
New regulations spiked even more under former Presidents George W. Bush and Bill Clinton. The Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs processed 310 under Bush and a whopping 993 under Clinton.

Trump’s Historic First 200 Days

If you only get your news from the MSM and Left-wing social media, you are no doubt TOTALLY SURE that President Trump is carrying our country to Hell in a basket.  Nothing could be farther from the truth.

Stock Market: Since the 2016 presidential election in November, the Dow, a benchmark index of stock performance, has set 48 record-setting closing highs. Millions of Americans are benefiting in their retirement savings accounts.

2017_08 Trump Bull Market

National Debt: Our national debt has decreased by $102 Billion since Trump’s inauguration. During Obama’s first 200 days, it increased by more than $1 Trillion. Trump also shaved $1.6 billion off the cost of his Air Force One and the military’s F-35 airplanes.

Generosity: President Trump donated his first quarter paycheck to fund Antietam battlefield restorations and his second quarter paycheck to fund a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) camp.

Inflation: US inflation rate decreased 1.6% in June, an eight month low. This is in part due to President Trump’s energy policies that are making gas and electricity cheaper which, in turn, means Americans have more to spend on other stuff..

Manufacturing: The US Manufacturing Index soared to a 33 year high, the best number since 1983 under President Reagan.

Trade: Trump also killed the TPP, opened up our exports of beef and LNG gas to China, and made Mexico drop the amount of refined sugar it exports to us, which will help our sugar mills sell more.

Regulations: Candidate Trump promised he’d remove 2 old regulations for each new one he implemented. As president, his administration has so far removed SIXTEEN old regulations for each new one it has implemented. He also pulled out of the Paris accord, which was burdening our economy unfairly.  Removing burdensome government regulations allows companies to spend less time and money on compliance and more on areas that create new jobs.

Jobs: During Trump’s first 200 days, U.S. employers added more than one million new jobs. During that same period in Obama’s administration, we lost more than four million.

Housing: There have been nearly twice as many US housing sales in the past couple of months as there were under President Obama in 2009 during the same time period. Also, houses are on the market for only an average of 45 days. (In 2011, it was 84 days.)

Government Assistance: During Obama’s eight years, the number of food stamp recipients rose by 10.7 million. After just 200 days under Trump, that number has dropped by more than 1.1 million.

Illegal Aliens: The numbers sneaking across our borders has dropped 67%. SCOTUS held up Trump’s travel ban and ICE has arrested 66,000 illegals, most of them violent criminals, including 6,000 members of the vicious MC-13 gang.

Women: With Canadian PM Justin Trudeau, Trump launched the United States-Canada Council for Advancement of Women Entrepreneurs and Business Leaders.

Unemployment: The Unemployment Rate decreased from 4.8% to 4.3%. During Obama’s first 200 days, it increased from 7.8% to 9.5%.

Keep in mind that, since President Clinton decreed that “Discouraged Workers” were not “Unemployed”, the “Unemployment Rate” has tended to increase when the economy improves, due to discouraged workers becoming hopeful enough to begin searching for jobs again. The opposite also occurs. As the economy worsens, the “Unemployment Rate” can actually go down as people who want to work become too discouraged to continue seeking employment. This is why I prefer the “Percent of Americans Employed” metric. Clinton didn’t screw with that one, so it’s still meaningful across multiple administrations and without tedious explanations about why it’s stupid.  This is also why both the decrease under Trump and the increase under Obama reflected less of the good and bad changes in their respective economic policies.

According to Red Jahnke at Investor’s Business Daily, Trump has already built a virtual wall on our southern border called “deterrence” — the deterrent effect of actually enforcing immigration law.

Homeland Security reports that apprehensions have plummeted to about 50% of what they were under “Open Borders” Obama.  Trump claims the numbers sneaking in are down by more than 75%.

One coyote said he has taken only one client over the U.S. border since Trump’s inauguration vs. the one to two groups he took each month under Obama.

Miller then jokingly told Thrush that they could make a carve-out in the bill to specifically allow The New York Times to take in as many unskilled workers as they want, at the cost of creating jobs for American citizens.

“What you’re proposing, or what the president’s proposing here, does not sound like it’s in keeping with American tradition when it comes to immigration,” Acosta said. “The Statue of Liberty says, ‘give me your tired, your poor, your huddled masses,’ it doesn’t say anything about speaking English or being able to be a computer programmer.

“Well, first of all, right now, it’s a requirement that to be naturalized you have to speak English, so the notion that speaking English wouldn’t be a part of immigration systems would be very ahistorical,” Miller responded.

A Manhattan federal court judge will decide by the end of this month whether to dismiss a defamation lawsuit Sarah Palin filed against the New York Times for accusing the former Alaska governor of inciting gun violence.

In the meantime, Judge Jed Rakoff suspended discovery, blocking Palin’s lawyers from grilling two dozen Times reporters to prove the Gray Lady is biased against her.

1 Million Illegal Immigrants To Have California Driver’s License By 2018

More than 905,000 illegal immigrants have a California driver’s license at this point, and that number could rise to more than a million by January of 2018.

Top EPA official resigns over direction of agency under Trump

The former EPA official made $249,000 in her last year of employment, according to the website FederalPay.org, which compiles federal salary data.

For comparison, the average American’s salary is $44,000, according to the Census Bureau, and a senator or congressman makes $174,000 a year.

Southerland’s base salary was $185,100 in 2016. She got a $64,155 bonus that year, and, according to FederalPay.org, she was in “highest-paid ten percent of employees” at EPA.
