So the final week of our republic will be wasted in a frenetic back and forth over James Comey announcing he will open another investigation into Clinton’s criminal activity based on information from the emails of the filthy pervert who hooked up with Hillary’s galpal. There were a lot of non-political people at the FBI who were incensed at all the work they did gathering enough solid evidence to indict her before Comey decided ‘”Yeah, she did a lot that was illegal, but I’m not going to indict her.” All the democrats had nice things to say about him then. Little Rock man, 22, jailed as woman’s attacker; victim shocked at power substation
Little Rock police arrested a man Wednesday in a sexual-assault case earlier this month in which a woman ended up climbing an electrical structure to get away and caused a power failure.
Courvoisiea Allen, 22, was arrested on multiple felony charges including rape, criminal attempt to commit capital murder and first-degree battery.
The woman told police that Allen held a pocketknife to her throat, forced her to perform oral sex and told her the attack was “payback for all the things that your people had done to my people for centuries,” the affidavit states. The woman reportedly said Allen chased her over a razor-wire fence into the power station, where he pointed a gun at her and threatened to shoot her if she didn’t climb down.

Myron Ebell, director of energy and environment policy at the conservative think tank Competitive Enterprise Institute, is heading Trump’s EPA transition preparation, E&E Daily reported Monday.

Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is facing legal action because of her use of the state’s consumer protection law to demand internal records from several large firearms manufacturers.
Court documents show that Healey is seeking a number of different documents from the targeted companies. Though Healey’s office says the investigation is “narrowly tailored,” it is trying to obtain company documentation on manufacturing standards, marketing practices, and safety-related complaints from consumers across the country.
