AFRICA: I was among those who expected the ‘rona to decimate poor countries. But it hasn’t. Instead, it’s been the wealthier and more well-equipped countries that have had higher death tolls. Sierra Leone had only 125 coronavirus-related deaths. Ghana had 1,445. Tanzania had 800. Togo had 272. And it’s for sure not the vaxxx. In Liberia, only 12% of the population got the shots; they’ve had 294 total coronavirus-related deaths.

FLORIDA: Starting with the fall of 2023, high school students will be required to pass a half credit class in basic financial literacy to graduate from high school.

IDAHO: Gov. Brad Little, R-ID, signed a ban on abortions when a fetal heartbeat can be detected. The law has an enforcement mechanism similar to that of Texas’ pro-life law. Abortionists who commit an abortion after the six-week mark can face legal action from any relative of the preborn child.

J6: Meanwhile, January 6 defendants were denied bail and rotted in jail awaiting misdemeanor charges. One lost hope of ever getting a fair trial and killed himself.

KBJ: On Tuesday, John Pavlovitz, who claims to be a pastor, tweeted, “I can’t fathom the mind of a woman who still votes Republican. I can only feel sorry for whatever story they tell themselves.”

Then, on Wednesday, he tweeted, “Seriously, you can’t align yourself with a serial predator like Donald Trump or with this cadre of shameless misogynists berating Ketanji Brown Jackson and pretend you’re for women. It’s ridiculous.”

Male and female tweeters let him know what a misogynistic a**hole he is.

“Thanks for mansplaining to women how they should vote.”

“How dare women not ask for your input and permission on how to vote. We really went too far when we stopped chaining women to the kitchen stove. /s”

“She is seeking to sit on the highest court in the land. She doesn’t need you to defend her, or hide from questioning because she is a woman. If she does, she has no place sitting on bench. Being a woman or minority isn’t shield from scrutiny. You don’t get to run from tough ?’s.”

“How was Amy Coney Barrett treated by Democrat men during the vetting process? Or how was she treated by the media at large?”

RUSSIA! RUSSIA! RUSSIA!: On Thursday, Trump filed a massive RICO lawsuit against Hillary Clinton, the Democratic National Committee (DNC), former DNC chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Clinton campaign chief John Podesta, the law firm Perkins Coie, the research firm Fusion GPS, former FBI officials Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and Christopher Steele, the ex-British intelligence agent who authored the notorious, fake “Trump-Russia dossier.” The suit asserts that the defendants falsified evidence, deceived law-enforcement authorities and exploited access to “highly-sensitive data sources” in a way that “even the events of Watergate pale in comparison.”

S&G: P is for Pansexual, “a sexual orientation that does not look at a person based on gender.” Are they grooming your kids? You betcha! When my girls were this age, the pediatrician said I didn’t need to do anything more than teach them to tell me if anyone tried to touch them in a place their bathing suits covered.

STANDING UP: Dr. Paul Alexander is a Canadian health researcher who served under Trump at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services during the Covid-19 pandemic. On Monday, he published an article in which he says, “I joined McCullough, Malone, Vanden Bossche, Oskoui, Rische, Tenenbaum, Trozzi, Wolf, Urso et al. willingly, to wage battle for society.”

Pfizer offered him $1 million plus $50,000/month to shut up. Despite his income taking a huge hit for his work exposing the ‘rona fraud, he said no. He wrote, “Those of us who have been cancelled have been hurt, name wise, career, slandered etc. But for each person there is a time in life that we chose to stand up or not.”

VAXXX: The latest CDC data shows that vaxxxed and unvaxxxed children aged 5–11 years catch the ‘rona at the same rate. Young children are at the lowest risk of contracting COVID-19 or suffering severe outcomes. Meanwhile, people continue to be damaged and even killed by the still-not-approved gene therapy shots.

WHAT IS A WOMAN: CLICK https://twitter.com/MattWalshBlog/status/1506966948483059716 [:56] to see a trailer for Matt Walsh’s upcoming movie. He says, “I talked to academics, doctors, sex change surgeons, therapists, psychiatrists, trans activists, and politicians. I asked them simple questions and watched gender ideology crumble right in front of my eyes. You’ll see for yourself soon.”

GRAMMY NOTES: I have been doing quick portraits with charcoal and white pastel pencils on gray paper. No grids, no tracing, just eyeball practice. These are great fun, but so far, none has looked like the reference photos. This one came the closest, but I think he looks more like Alec Guinness as Obi Wan Kenobi than he does like St. Padre Pio, the guy I was trying to draw.

Midterms

BIDENFLATION: Don’t blame farmers for the rising cost of food. In July 2020, urea fertilizer was $200 per ton. Last month, it was more than $600 a ton. A year ago, nitrogen fertilizer cost 30 cents a unit. Today, it is over a dollar a unit.

CALIFORNICATION: On Tuesday, Newsom signed a new California law that eliminates several expenses associated with abortions, including co-pays. Newsom said he wants to make California a “sanctuary state” for abortion.

CINO: House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, D-CA, told an interviewer on Tuesday that she is “very Catholic – devout, practicing, all of that,” while harshly criticizing Catholics for standing against her radical support for abortion. “This really gets me burned up,” she said, adding: “They would like to throw me out. But I’m not going, because I don’t want to make their day.”

FAUXTUS: Welcome to today’s edition of “If Trump had said this.” Jake Schneider suggested, “Jim Acosta and Brian Stelter would be having conniptions if Trump said this. Maddow would be in hysterics. Don Lemon would need a hospital.”

MIDTERMS: The latest poll of 77 battleground congressional districts shows voters blame Democrats for record-high inflation, skyrocketing gas prices, and out-of-control spending. They also said they find Biden to be “out of touch” and “condescending.” Republicans now lead by 4 points in these districts that Biden won by ~5 points in 2020.

SUBURBAN WOMEN: Why are so many of my peers still so stupid about Creepy Joe? Allie Beth Stuckey had a list of suggestions. I think these two might hit the target. “They stopped paying attention after Trump lost” and “inflation hasn’t seriously impact their lifestyle yet.”

CHICAGO: On Monday, Chicago Public Schools finally went “mask-optional” for kids. This was over the violent objection of the Chicago Teacher’s Union. A parent tweeted, “Today my son, who faces severe speech delays and needs to see faces and be able to see his own, toddled off happily to pre-K at school (he goes b/c CPS has therapy options). He was returned to me two hours later with a mask forcibly tied to his face by a teacher. Crying. … ‘Now could I drink hot blood’ – Hamlet, Act III sc. ii.”

CLARENCE THOMAS: Tweet above is a sample of how the ever-classy and oh-so-tolerant Left reacted to news that Justice Thomas was in the hospital, being treated for an infection. The latest word I saw was that he is recovering.

COVID-19: The number of COVID cases has nearly tripled in the U.K. since the nadir of the post-winter drop four weeks ago. Scotland, which has the highest vaxxx rate in the U.K. has recorded its highest infection rates of the pandemic so far. And there are now more COVID patients in Irish hospitals than at any point in 12 months, with nearly 95% of all adults being fully vaxxxed and nearly 100% of seniors both vaxxxed and boosted.

DEMOGRAPHICS: The suburbs were majority Republican in 2016, then switched to majority Democrat in 2020. They’ve now swung back to the GOP. A recent approval poll among suburban voters showed Trump at 47% vs. Biden at 38%.

MICHIGAN: Two Catholic agencies have won significant court cases against the state that attempted to bully them into placing children into homes with same-sex foster or adoptive parents. In both cases, the state has been ordered to pay the Catholic agencies for their legal fees. The total is well over a million dollars.

RUSSIA: Anatoly Chubais, a Kremlin special envoy to Putin, has quit his post at the Kremlin and fled Russia due to his nation’s invasion of Ukraine. Chubais previously served as chief of staff to former President Boris Yeltsin. He is the highest-ranking Russian official to publicly sever ties with Putin over the war with Ukraine.

CATHOLIC: The Pope will consecrate “Russia, Ukraine and all humanity” to the Immaculate Heart of Mary at 6:30 p.m. Rome time on Fri., March 25. Click the link to see the full text of the prayer.

Skeptics note that this will be the ninth time that a pope has failed to fulfill the request of Our Lady of Fatima to consecrate Russia, and only Russia to her Immaculate Heart. were very specific. I dunno why they have always added other stuff, just like this one, but my best guess is politics.

FLAUXTUS: Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh. No. – Dearest was supposed to get together at an outdoor event today with his snootily vaxxxed relatives who wouldn’t let him join them for T’giving or C’mas. Also, Duke University’s Office for Institutional Equity’s glossary has the longest acronym to date – LGBTQQIP2SAA. But I bet I’d get tossed into FB jail if I tried to say that over there.

STORMY DANIELS: The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has ruled that adult-film actress Stormy Daniels owes Donald Trump $300,000.

She has an interesting set of morals. First she signed, then she ignored an NDA. Then, she hired sleazebag Michael Avenatti to try and screw money out of Trump and got screwed by Avenatti. Now she says she won’t pay her court-ordered fine.

I gotta admit … I’m fairly certain she thinks Avenatti should pay her what he owes her and that, if she’d won her lawsuit, she’d have totally expected Trump to cough up the bucks too.

TEXAS: Video clip plays twice, showing tornado winds flip a truck on its side, spin it around a few times then right it again. The truck then drove away! I expect the door is pretty scratched and dented, but it could’ve been so much worse! [:59] – About six tornadoes touched down in this area of Texas, one in the town where the Lone Star branch of the Hyphen Clan resides. They sheltered during the warnings and, thankfully, the twister didn’t damage them or any of their property. Some of their neighbors were not so fortunate.

“Healthcare providers recommend against vaccinations if individuals reacted poorly to past immunizations.  A VIS [Vaccine Information Statement] describes the risks of certain vaccines and explains when they are contraindicated… By removing the parent from the vaccine decision, the MCA undercuts a key purpose of the VIS and a safety check before the vaccination,” Trump-appointed judge Trevor McFadden wrote in the ruling.

Satan Is Real

Writing the musical score for “The Passion of the Christ” was the most difficult assignment of his life, said Hollywood composer John Debney. The experience strengthened his Christian faith but it also led him to realize that Satan exists.

“It is a complete miracle that I became involved with the project and every day the thing that got me through was my faith prayer which was, ‘Lord, if you want me to make it to the finish line, then help me make it to the finish line’,” he told Assist Ministries in 2004.

Icon producer Stephen McEveety, a childhood friend, brought Debney into the movie. The composer was hired on the spot after Mel Gibson listened to some special music Debney had written for the film.

Debney composed the music with the use of his computer at his workstation at home. He said the computers, synthesizers and hard drives would go down and “the digital picture that lives on the computer with the music would just freeze on his [Satan’s] face. Then the volume would go to ten and it would happen all the time.”

The composer said he was scared the first time it happened but, once he got over the initial shock, he learned to work around it.

His experience made him realize that “maybe Satan is a real person… I can attest that he was in my room a lot and I know that he hit everyone on this production.”

Debney said his battle with Satan became really personal. He recounted his experience, four months into the project, when things “became bad” and he felt it was time to address the issue head on.

“The computers froze for about the tenth time that day and it was about nine o’clock at night and so I got really mad, and I told Satan to manifest himself and I said, ‘Let’s go out into the parking lot and let’s go’,” he told Assist Ministries.

“He didn’t manifest himself, but I wished he would have,” said Debney. “It changed for me after that.”

The composer said he was often physically drained during the project but oddly he said he never felt tired, often working in his studio late into the night.

“What I was trying to do with the music was to write first of all the best that I could write and try to be true to the period,” he said. “In the bigger picture, I gave it all up to the Lord and whatever came out.”

COVID-19: Maybe you and your fellow sheeple were duped, but those of us who pay attention and think for ourselves knew this a loooong time ago.

INDIANA: Gov. Holcomb signed HEA 1116 into law. Indiana counties that use electronic voting machines must install “voter-verifiable paper audit trails” to backup the electronic votes.

MEDIA BIAS: Since last Wednesday when the New York Times quietly admitted that the Hunter Biden laptop story was totally true, MSNBC has been the only liberal television network to have even mentioned it. Granted, it was all of two seconds and in the form of a dismissive mention by Cross Connection guest Elie Mystal, but still, that’s two seconds more than ABC, CBS, NBC, or CNN gave to something they all condemned at length as Russian disinformation.

Or maybe “He’s not a trans anything. He’s a dude pretending to be a woman, so he can win competitions. He still has his junk and does not belong in the women’s locker room. I’m annoyed these words need to be said.” – LilPenguin

Plus, you know, he still likes girls. It happens to be perfectly normal for real women to not enjoy having a heterosexual man and his genital junk joining them as they get nekkid and shower and deal with their highly personal and private female stuff. I’m annoyed these words need to be said!

LADY DEMOSTHENES: Lady D. tweeted a sizzling response thread to Bloomberg’s pompous piece on how all the Little People can cope with inflation. “Okay, the Bloomberg opinion piece telling me to shut up and eat lentils and “no one said this would be easy” is my last straw. Look, @bopinion and everyone else pushing a socialist agenda, I’m not looking to join the Venezuelan quick diet.

“I’m not looking to turn my comfy first world country into a third world socialist country where the elected elites get to vote themselves more money while they try to convince me to eat bugs.

“I’m not looking to be told shut up and cope by people who technically work for ME and who are screwing up my economy by printing more money and SENDING IT OVERSEAS while voting in omnibus bills that steal away more of my individual freedoms.

“I’m sick of this. I’m sick of everyone who falls for it, and I’m sick of the willfully obtuse who think socialism means loft apartments and avocado toast for all!

“Take the freaking fleece off your eyes and look around you! They voted themselves pay increases at your expense.

“Politicians aren’t your parents. They are NOT the adults in the room, they do NOT care one iota about you and you can’t rely on them to fulfill any of their empty promises because they are useless liars, one and all.

“Stop telling me to eat cake. Portal was right, the cake is a lie, and y’all better wake up soon and make better choices or you are going to start looking at your local zoo like a grocery store.

“I was born in a first world country and damn it I’m handing my son a first world country to live in and I swear I’m willing to fight anyone who aims to take that from him. Be adults. Stop looking for daddy government to take care of you. Take personal responsibility. End rant.”

LENTEN MEDITATION: [9:34] – “During mental prayer, it is well, at times, to imagine that many insults and injuries are being heaped upon us, that misfortunes have befallen us, and then strive to train our heart to bear and forgive these things patiently, in imitation of our Savior. This is the way to acquire a strong spirit.” – St. Philip Neri

MIDTERMS: Yoga for Common Conditions tweeted, “Hi ‘bout spending 7 hours in Ukraine protecting innocent children from GQP supported Russian bombs – so you can pay a few cents less at the gas station? Thankfully and incredibly, only one firefighter suffered minor injuries, but was treated and released back to the scene, Plainfield Fire Chief Brent Anderson said. ATF will be investigating to find the cause, which is unknown at this time.

WOMEN’S SPORTS: An unidentified mother of an Ivy League NCAA swimmer said female swimmers are “frightened” by the prospect of professional, personal, and academic reprisals if they speak out about the intrusion of biological men, like “Lia” Thomas, into their competitions and locker rooms. DISNEY: Several Disney employees were among 108 arrested as part of an undercover human trafficking and prostitution sting by Florida police. One of them, who worked as a lifeguard at Disney’s Polynesian Resort, sent inappropriate photos of himself to an undercover detective who pretended to be a 14-year-old girl. The others were arrested for attempting to solicit a prostitute.

On the same day as the arrests, Disney employees staged a walkout, demanding Disney do more to fight Florida’s anti-grooming, parental rights bill. DeSantis is expected to sign the bill into law, which will then take effect on July 1.

GENDER: On March 7, a bereaved mother spoke at a Heritage Foundation conference about how the pro-LGBT agenda in the school system and government led to her teenage daughter’s suicide. Lord, have mercy on her soul.

VAXXX: In two separate cases this week, UK coroners concluded that a 34-year-old mother and a 31-year old father had each died from blood-clotting disorders caused by AstraZeneca’s COVID-19 vaxxxine. The AstraZeneca brand uses the same adenovirus technology as the Johnson & Johnson COVID vaccine authorized for emergency use in the U.S.

In the past week, VAERS has added 4,321 serious injuries, including 483 deaths to its ‘rona vaxxx ledgers. The totals now are 1,183,495 reports of adverse events following COVID-19 vaccines; of these, 208,209 qualified as serious and 25,641 died.

Of the 11,728 U.S. deaths reported as of March 11, 17% occurred within 24 hours of vaccination, 22% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination and 60% occurred in people who experienced an onset of symptoms within 48 hours of being vaccinated.

WOMEN’S SPORTS: Because I care about the sanctity of competition, biological integrity, and saving women’s sports, I am celebrating Emma Weyant, the actual winner of the 2022 women’s NCAA 500-yard freestyle event on Thursday night.

The official winner of the 2022 women’s NCAA 500-yard freestyle event is a man who styles himself as “Lia” Thomas. Since coming out as transgender this year and switching from the men’s to the women’s team, Thomas’ ranking has shot from #462 to #1 in the 200- and 500- meter freestyle.

“Any woman – even those who have been highly regarded in the past as feminist and/or LGBT icons – who speaks out against the allowance of biological males in women’s sports gets told to shut up, sit down, and stay in their lane – and the shutuppery is coming from the very side of the aisle who just a few years ago repeatedly shouted through their megaphones about how the GOP was waging a ‘war on women’ because of pro-life bills and judges who appeared to share that philosophy who were being confirmed.” – Sister Toldjah

GRAMMY NOTES: I’m so proud of my hubby!

Midterms Update

APPROVALS: Former President Trump has been out of public office for 14 months … and he’s still more popular than all of the top people in the federal government, including President Biden, Vice President Harris, Speaker of the House Pelosi, and Senate Majority Leader Schumer, House Minority Leader McCarthy, and Senate Minority Leader McConnell.

CHAOS: Dennis Prager says that “extreme secularism” is behind the policies that sacrificed the well-being of children on the “altar of safety. … If they win, you will have totalitarianism because people cannot live in chaos, so they will seek strong rulers to tell them what to do. And the proof is that they sought it during COVID.”

DEMS: You can smell their midterm desperation. Democratic Party activists in Wisconsin have filed a suit in federal court arguing that Sen. Ron Johnson, two-term Rep. Tom Tiffany, and freshman Rep. Scott Fitzgerald should be barred from running for office again.

Their “crime”? Speaking out on 2020 election irregularities and allegedly attempting to manipulate the congressional certification of the presidential election results. Johnson called the lawsuit “total nonsense”, noting that a similar one was dismissed by a court last week.

In other news, the Dem-majority House of Representatives in D.C. (which recently shelved a Republican attempt to reopen the XL pipeline) passed a major piece of civil rights legislation this week when they passed, in a vote of 235-189 along party lines, the Creating a Respectful and Open World for Natural Hair Act, which, if enacted, would prohibit “discrimination based on an individual’s texture or style of hair.” The bill now goes to the Senate.

HUNTER: Well, well … the jerknalists who still style themselves as working for “the paper of record” have finally admitted (in paragraph 23 of an article on page 20) that Hunter Biden’s laptop and corruption investigations are real.

“Twitter suspended a major newspaper’s account for a story everyone is now forced to acknowledge was true. That’s fine, right? We’ll just be moving on?” –Karol Markowicz
