LUNACY: Honestly … Looney Tunes make more sense than today’s Cancel Culture does. Pepe Le Pew has reportedly been cut from Space Jam 2 after a NY Times columnist said Pepe Le Pew added to rape culture. He posted a clip of a Pepe cartoon in which “1. He grabs/kisses a girl/stranger, repeatedly, w/o consent and against her will. 2. She struggles mightily to get away from him, but he won’t release her 3. He locks a door to prevent her from escaping.”


What Mr. Fish Wrap did NOT post was the ending of the toon. The film is carefully clipped to show only the 1, 2, and 3 parts. I have not been able to find and don’t remember ever seeing this particular episode. However, based on every other Looney Tunes episode I ever saw, Pepe surely was outwitted and soundly thrashed by his kitty victim before the end.

The way I remember it, “bullying is bad and good will triumph if you use your brain, maximize your assets, and have a sense of humor” was pretty much the only moral in all the Sylvester & Tweety and Wiley Coyote & Roadrunner cartoons. So here’s my message for the evils of Cancel Culture! ::meepmeep::

Maybe the real problem the Humorless Left has with Pepe is that he is funny!

PSA: As a former school bus driver, I’d also like to tell/remind all drivers … do NOT follow long vehicles closely. They have HUGE blind spots behind them. E.g., you can fit FIVE cars behind a Greyhound bus before the driver can see you in his side mirror. A good tip is to check that mirror. Not the one on your car, but the one on the bus or truck or horse trailer or RV or whatever it is. If YOU cannot see the driver’s face, then that driver canNOT see your car! So back off.

ARKANSAS: Gov. Hutchinson has signed into law a ban on all abortions in the state except for those required to save the life of the mother.

ATTITUDES: A year ago, 60% of Americans polled by USA Today/Ipsos said George Floyd was murdered. Now, that number is only 36%. Meanwhile, trust in Black Lives Matter shrank from 60% to 50%, while trust in local police rose from 56% to 69%.

ALASKA: Former President Donald Trump has vowed to campaign against Sen. Lisa Murkowski, a liberal Republican from Alaska who voted to convict Trump.

Murkowski, who claims to be Catholic, is one of only two Republican senators who favor legal abortion.

BUSY, BUSY, BUSY: FAUXTUS has waited longer than 15 of his immediate predecessors to hold a solo press conference. The White House says he’s just too darn busy tackling the pandemic.

Personally, I am not holding my breath on the solo presser. Also, I think the To Do List in the graphic is incomplete. It left out the naps before and after the nothing.

CDC: CDC Director Rochelle P. Walensky said in a recent press release, “We know that people want to get vaccinated so they can get back to doing the things they enjoy with the people they love.”

Yet their recommendations for fully vaccinated people sound almost exactly like the same old thing. Stay at least 6 feet from people you do not live with. Avoid medium- and large-sized in-person gatherings. Get tested if experiencing COVID-19 symptoms. Follow guidance issued by individual employers. Follow CDC and health department travel requirements and recommendations. (A person is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after receiving the last required dose of vaccine.)

But yay hurray, in exchange for risking your hearing, vision, fertility, and life on an iffy, untested vaccine whose manufacturers have FULL immunity from prosecution for ruining your life … the CDC allows as how you could be allowed to socialize with other vaccinated people indoors without wearing a mask or physical distancing. And you could also be allowed to socialize with unvaccinated people from a single household who are low risk while indoors without having to wear masks or social distancing.

Furthermore, the CDC also says that asymptomatic, fully vaccinated people do not have to quarantine and test following a known exposure. Be still my heart! S’funny how I don’t remember the Left ever going crazy pants over the Swine Flu, which was much more lethal. In fact, I specifically recall Biden having to walk back his comments about avoiding public transportation.

The CDC does not appear to mention that people who have recovered from the disease are immune and thus don’t need vaccinating. Neither do they appear to mention that the disease is less lethal than the seasonal flu and has three inexpensive and effective treatments, plus a few more very pricey ones for tougher cases.

But hey, we can’t have people just going back to their lives, right? The Great Reset hasn’t done nearly enough damage yet.

On March 4, 2021, he criticized states that were canceling their mask mandates and said all Americans should continue wearing masks.

PORKULUS: Democrat Senators Manchin (WV) and Casey (PA)who call themselves pro-life voted yes on the mis-named COVID-19 relief bill, despite the fact that it will force taxpayers to pay for the killing of unborn babies in abortions. Manchin’s pro-life voting record is 63 percent while Casey’s is 39 percent … but in today’s Democratic Party, that makes you a “pro-lifer.”

CALIFORNIA: Organizers behind the effort to recall California Gov. Gavin Newsom say they have 1.95 million signatures, enough to trigger a special recall election, ahead of a March 17 deadline.

CANCEL CULTURE: Ebay has jumped on the Ban Seuss wagon, purging from its listing all of the six disputed Seuss titles – And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street, If I Ran the Zoo, McElligot’s Pool, On Beyond Zebra!, Scrambled Eggs Super!, and The Cat’s Quizzer. Meanwhile, one can still list and purchase copies of Hitler’s antisemitic Nazi manifesto “Mein Kampf” on eBay.

Dr. Seuss Enterprises’ announced – on Ted Geisel’s birthday no less – they will no longer publish the six unacceptable books because they “portray people in ways that are hurtful and wrong.”

And the Foundation Against Intolerance and Racism FAIR has put up a website protesting the banning of books. When I checked it, they had put up all the pages from And to Think That I Saw It on Mulberry Street, which is about a boy with a whole lot of imagination. Sadly, his story is now forbidden because one of the things he imagines he sees is a “Chinese man who eats with sticks.” Plus, how racist is this? ALL the faces (in a book that was printed in red, yellow, blue and black on white paper) are white!

CAPITOL BREACH: On Wednesday, a top FBI counterterrorism official testified, “To my knowledge, we have not recovered any on that day from any other arrests at the scene at this point. I don’t want to speak on behalf of Metro and Capitol police, but, to my knowledge, none.”

She also said that the only shots fired were the ones that killed Ashli Babbit, who was unarmed.

On February 1-2, an oil tanker from Iran parked itself off the coast of Israel and deliberately dumped large amounts of crude oil, then returned to Iran.

The tar reached Israeli shores on February 17.

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS: After garbage collectors in Ankara, Turkey, decided to rescue discarded books, they repurposed an old brick factory, set up bookshelves, and made the books available to workers and their families. After word of the project spread, members of the public began donating books. The facility opened as a public library in September 2017, and today, it’s thriving.

VACCINES: In the UK, 35 cases of deafness and 25 cases of blindness have been reported by people who have taken the experimental Pfizer/BioNTech and Oxford/AstraZeneca mRNA COVID vaccines.

In the U.S., these same vaccines have resulted in 50 cases of complete or unilateral deafness and 29 cases of complete or partial blindness.

In the U.S., 966 people have died after receiving these vaccines. In Israel, the death rate following the vaccine has proven to be significantly higher than the death rate following contracting the virus. For the elderly, the death rate is 40 times higher. Among younger individuals, it is 260 times higher.

In the U.S., federal officials are investigating whether the vaccinations contributed to several dozen cases of a rare blood disorder called thrombocytopenia. Several of these people died. The blood disorder was listed by the FDA last year as a possible adverse event outcome from getting a COVID-19 vaccine, alongside other serious adverse events such as Guillain-Barré syndrome and .. you know … death.

The Catholic Medical Association; the National Association of Catholic Nurses, U.S.A.; the American College of Pediatricians; and the Christian Medical and Dental Association recently issued a “Joint Statement on Vaccines and Conscience Protection.”

In short, it says, “Governing authorities must respect an individual’s right to accept or decline a vaccine … because there is no justifiable moral obligation to accept vaccination.”

VOTER REMORSE: These people are real. Hard to believe, but there it is. Their site says, “We believe that on balance, Joe Biden’s policies are more consistent with the biblically shaped ethic of life than those of Donald Trump.”

Now, after supporting a man who promised to encode Roe v. Wade into federal law, they say they feel “used and betrayed” because the mis-named COVID-19 relief bill is funneling big bucks to finance abortion.

Apparently, the Biden campaign promised they would be “engaged” with the group on issues related to abortion, but (surprise NOT) they have not been. My favorite tweet comment: “Mostly you should feel like gullible morons.”

CONNECTICUT: Connecticut is lifting capacity limits on restaurants, retail outlets, libraries, personal services, indoor recreation, gyms, museums, offices, and houses of worship on March 19. In addition, limits on outdoor gatherings at a private residence will increase to 100 people at a private residence or 200 at a commercial venue, with indoor gatherings limits going to 25 and 100 people, respectively.

Beginning April 2, outdoor amusement parks will be able to open. Indoor stadiums will reopen at 10% capacity and outdoor event venues at 50% capacity with a maximum of 10,000 people. Indoor theaters will continue to have a 50% attendance limit, and restaurants and entertainment venues must close by 11 p.m.

The state will keep its mask mandate in place, and bars that only serve beverages will remain shut down.

She blames the school, says they never told her. They say they did and she didn’t pay attention. She says she had three jobs. He’s now in a different school, starting over again with 9th grade and hoping to graduate for real by 2023.

Baltimore has not had a Republican mayor since 1967.

GREAT RESET: Once upon a time, this thing was considered a conspiracy theory. Now it is actually happening. Other names it goes by include Agenda 21, Agenda 2030, Globalism, New World Order, and Fourth Industrial Revolution.

The main goal is to create a New World Order, something that looks very familiar to anyone who has read the Book of Revelation. Some people call it Socialism; other call it Communism. I think of it as Global Feudalism, where 2% (or so) of the elites control all the wealth and all the power while the rest of us are treated like serfs.

The rich and powerful that make up the world’s elite are calling the shots. At the top of the pyramid are people like the British royal family, big banking dynasties like the Rothschilds and Rockefellers, CEOs of giant corporations like Bill Gates and Mark Zuckerberg, the United Nations, the WHO, Democrat elites, NeverTrumpers, and RINOs.

This is why Democrat states are still locked down, while Republican states like South Dakota never closed or opened early (Florida) and are opening (Texas, Arizona, West Virginia). It’s got nothing to do with science or saving lives and everything to do with destroying small businesses and training Americans to do what they’re told when they’re told.

More than 1,600 illegals have been arrested in just one three-day period in the Del Rio Sector of the border. These included more than 25 smugglers and two convicted felons (including a rapist).

CANCEL CULTURE: Former soccer star, Seth Jahn, gave a heartfelt speech to the U.S. Soccer Federation’s Athlete Council in favor of continuing to ban kneeling during the national anthem in place. The ultra-liberal council not only removed the prohibition, but also they fired Seth Jahn for speaking up in favor of it.

CUOMO: [6:21] – In the wake of the nursing home scandal, the cover up of the nursing home scandal, and three accusations from women of sexually inappropriate behavior, Governor Nipple Rings is refusing to resign saying, “I have never done anything in my public career that I have been ashamed of.”

EQUALITY: Multiple studies have shown that, while liberals claim to value equality more than conservatives do, it is actually conservatives who walk the walk.

One of the studies found that white liberals tend to dumb down their vocabulary when speaking to minorities, while conservatives speak the same way to everyone.

FAUXTUS: After seven weeks in office, Dementia Joe has yet to hold a press conference. On Wednesday, he addressed lawmakers on COVID issues via the internet, then said he would be “happy to take questions” from Democratic lawmakers. Seconds later, the White House cut the feed.

FOR THE POLITICIANS: The House narrowly passed H.R. 1, “For the People Act of 2021.” This misnamed abomination is a naked power grab by Democrats that would make federal control of elections the norm.

Here’s what Democrats in the House just voted to do:

  • Legalize ballot harvesting
  • Eliminate state voter ID laws
  • Empower the federal government to draw district lines for the states
  • Allow convicted felons to vote the minute they are released from prison
  • Expand mail-in voting
  • Standardize same-day voter registration
  • Force the disclosure of names of all citizens who donate to non-profit organizations

The bill now goes to the Senate, where the 50-50 party split means anything could happen. In the meantime, twenty Republican state attorneys general have sent a letter to congressional leaders stating that H.R. 1 violates the Elections Clause of Article I of the Constitution and the Electors Clause of Article II.

Every Republican and one Democrat – Rep. Bennie Thompson (D-Miss.) voted against this vicious attack on election integrity and voter confidence. Thompson said, “My constituents opposed the redistricting portion of the bill as well as the section on public finances. I always listen and vote in the interest of my constituents.”

MASKS: On Thursday, Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey [R] caved to pressure from Democrats and President Joe Biden to extend the statewide coronavirus mask mandate for five more weeks.

Both Texas and Mississippi have dropped their state-wide mask mandates, something which FAUXTUS said represented “Neanderthal thinking.”

MISSISSIPPI: Sixty-six of the 84 absentee ballots cast in a June Democratic runoff election in Aberdeen should have never been counted. The election was split by a mere 37 votes, so a Mississippi judge has ordered a new election. One person (photo) has been arrested and three others may follow.

NOMINEES: FAUXTUS’ nominee for director of the Office of Management and Budget has withdrawn herself after massive criticism for having tried to force the Catholic nuns at the Little Sisters of the Poor to fund abortions.

FAUXTUS’ nominee for Secretary of Health and Human Services is stuck in committee. Xavier Becerra, who also targeted the Little Sisters, received a 14-14 party-line vote from the Senate Finance Committee.

SEUSS: Tucker makes an interesting point about the lunacy of Leftists’ banning Dr. Seuss [6:47] – Ted Geisel was a liberal Democrat and a supporter of President Franklin D. Roosevelt and the New Deal.

The report, linked below, argued that the mRNA experimental vaccine from Pfizer has killed “about 40 times more (elderly) people than the disease itself would have killed” during a recent five-week vaccination period.

VACCINE: A new poll shows that 41 percent of voters are not willing to get a coronavirus vaccine due largely to concerns about negative side effects.

Between Dec. 14, 2020 and Feb. 18, 2021, the CDC’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) has recorded 19,907 adverse events following COVID-19 vaccination.

These included 1,095 deaths and 3,767 serious injuries. About a third of the deaths reported occurred within 48 hours of vaccination; 56% received the Pfizer vaccine, and 43% got the Moderna vaccine.

By comparison, during the same time period — Dec. 14, 2020 – Feb. 18, 2021 — VAERS received reports of 83 deaths following flu vaccinations.

In Illinois, a healthy 28-year-old health care worker got headaches and a rash after her first shot of the Pfizer vaccine; after the second shot, she went into a coma and died. The chance of surviving the coronavirus itself was more than 99.98%, even without early treatment.

In addition, 34 pregnant women who submitted to vaccination suffered either spontaneous miscarriages or stillbirths. Twenty-five of the miscarriages occurred during the first trimester, when 80% of all miscarriages occur. But four of the stillbirths occurred in either the second (weeks 13–27) or third trimester (weeks 28–40).

CATHOLIC:Pope Francis says Noah’s flood “is a figure of God’s wrath, who according to the Bible has seen too many bad things and decides to obliterate humanity.”

He goes on to warn that it could happen again if humanity doesn’t buckle down and get serious about climate change. ”A great flood, perhaps due to a rise in temperature and the melting of the glaciers, is what will happen now if we continue along the same path.”

Wait, wut? Does he not remember that one of the very first promises God made to humanity was that he would never flood the Earth again?

DC: Members of the National Guard troops still posted within the Capitol perimeter have reported being served moldy or under-cooked food, including meat that was raw in the middle. Some soldiers even found metal shavings in their food. About fifty soldiers have needed to go to the hospital for GI complaints.

DENMARK: This small Scandinavian nation has become the first in Europe to decide that Syria is safe enough for their hundreds of Syrian refugees to return home. They are being stripped of their visas and will be sent to deportation camps.

Last month, Denmark’s immigration minister said the country had been “open and honest from the start” with these refugees. “We have made it clear to the Syrian refugees that their residence permit is temporary.”

LIBERAL RACISM: The Tucker Carlson video is from July 2019. It’s worth watching. [5:19] – Civil Rights icon Bob Woodson recently said he prefers old-fashioned bigots to “guilty white people” who patronize him by saying they’re “sorry for being white.”

The Chairman of the USCCB’s pro-life committee has said people should stop calling FAUXTUS a “devout Catholic” because of his support for abortion.

PORK: Senate Republican leaders on Tuesday vowed to fight President Biden’s $1.9 trillion COVID-19 stimulus bill, calling it “wasteful.” First up, axing a $140 million rail project that would only benefit Nancy Pelosi’s district.

PROGRESSIVE CHRISTIANITY: GracePointe Church in Nashville is teaching, “As Progressive Christians, we’re open to the tensions and inconsistencies in the Bible. We know that it can’t live up to impossible, modern standards. We strive to more clearly articulate what Scripture is and isn’t.

“The Bible isn’t: the Word of God, self-interpreting, a science book, an answer/rule book, inerrant or infallible. … The Bible is: a product of community, a library of texts, multi-vocal, a human response to God, living and dynamic.”

I don’t understand why people even bother going to a church like this. Why get up early on Sunday to go hear Democrat Talking Points while sitting on a hard pew, followed by bad coffee and stale donuts, when you can sleep in and enjoy a relaxing morning on your own couch, reading all the same stuff in the Sunday Times, while drinking really good coffee and fresh, gourmet pastries?

RAINBOWS: There is an often missed, but very important difference between the LGBTQ+ rainbow and God’s rainbow.

LGBTQ+ stands for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer (or sometimes questioning), and Others (such as pansexual and Two-Spirit). These are all disordered expressions of the sexuality God intends for his children.

The LGBTQ+ rainbow has SIX colors – Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Violet. In the Bible, the number 6 symbolizes man, the evils of Satan, and the manifestation of sin. Man was created on the sixth day. Three sixes is the mark of the Beast of Revelation.

The rainbow God set in the sky to remind us of His promise to never flood the Earth again (Genesis 9:11-13) has SEVEN colors – Red Orange Yellow Green Blue Indigo Violet. In the Bible, the number 7 symbolizes completeness and perfection. God created the Heavens and the Earth in six days, then He rested on the seventh. Seven is three (Holy Trinity of God) plus four (His creation, which He completed on the fourth day, often symbolized in fours such as Air-Earth-Fire-Water and North-East-South-West).

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: New Yorkers learned about Cuomo’s COVID-19 nursing home scandal in April 2020. Throughout the next eight months, the Slime Stream Media would devote all of 51 seconds to the subject.

During the first two months of 2021, as the depths of Cuomo’s duplicity have become apparent, those same newscasts have delivered a scant 10 minutes, 56 seconds. By contrast, they obsessed about Sen. Ted Cruz’s trip to Cancun for 8 minutes, 51 seconds over the course of just four days.

MISS USA: A U.S. District Judge has ruled that the Miss United States of America competition can’t be forced to let transgender women participate in its pageants. He wrote that the organization’s state mission is to promote “natural-born” females and, as such cannot under the Constitution, be required to change its rules.

TEXAS: On Tuesday, Governor Abbot ended his statewide mask mandate and said all businesses in the state can fully reopen.

“With the medical advancements of vaccines and antibody therapeutic drugs, Texas now has the tools to protect Texans from the virus.”

YAY!! It looks like it won’t be an issue for Dearest to fly down for our grandson’s First Holy Communion. 🙂

TOP GUN: [2:45] – LEGO has produced a shot-for-shot remake of this classic film. Top Gun: Maverick” is currently scheduled for a July 2, 2021, theatrical release. Maybe it seems stupid, cuz why not just watch the original, right? Well, two reasons for me. One, Tom Cruise’s messy personal life and over-the-top support for Scientology makes it hard for me to watch his movies. Two, it’s LEGO!

VACCINE: The newly-approved Johnson & Johnson vaccine for COVID-19 was developed with the extensive use of abortion-derived cell lines. The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines were only tested on these cells, making them less morally compromised.

Canada Sucks

Last December, the region of Peel, in Ontario, Canada, issued a directive commanding that minors who are exposed to COVID-19 must self-isolate for 14 days. The directive applied to children as young as three, who were expected to stay in a separate bedroom, eat in a separate room apart from others, and use a separate bathroom. There was a $5,000 fine for non-compliance.

Dr. Susan Richardson, a microbiologist and infectious disease physician, said the directive was not only “cruel punishment” that could “produce significant and long-lasting emotional and psychological effects”, but also not supported by the science.

“An asymptomatic child in a classroom with one child testing positive is at very low risk for acquiring infection. Most importantly, we are losing sight of the fact that if he/she should contract COVID while quarantining at home, they and their siblings are at an extremely low risk of suffering severe disease as a consequence.”

Dr. Martha Fulford, an infectious diseases physician at Hamilton Health Science who focuses on pediatrics called the directives “shocking.”

“I don’t understand how any health-care professional has moved so far away from the fundamentals of public health and of doing no harm that they would think that basically incarcerating a child in a room for 14 days is in any way justified,” she said.

Unsurprisingly, Peel area parents were outraged. The blow back forced the Region of Peel to tweeted this morning, however, that it had made a “mistake” in the flyer and was “sorry.” They supposedly didn’t mean the child had to totally self-isolate. It was just a mistake they made on the flyer. The website states that a “caregiver may need to isolate with the child if they require support with daily living, such as bathing, feeding, and clothing. If you’re caring for a child, it’s important to follow precautions to protect yourself and others in the home.”

These directives, which apparently are still in place, cuz it was only the FLYER that had a “mistake”, fail to take into account statistical research that shows that children, teens, and young adults “do not have a high-risk for significant negative medical outcomes, including fatality” from COVID-19 infection. Never mind the fascist jackbootiness of a $5,000 fine.

Parents were underwhelmed by the “apology” and “correction”: “You mean to tell me we are to believe that if we didn’t catch you doing this crap & retweeted it constantly you wouldn’t have noticed it? Please …you just got caught. Zero credibility & we are now done with your ‘recommendations.’” [Twitter]

I hope none of them get caught doing something as outrageous as taking their kids outdoors during their 14-day quarantine. (Never mind that most everyone catches it during prolonged exposure indoors, or that the sun and exercise are great immune boosters.) Some Canadian bureau-butt-head fine a family many thousands of dollars for showing up at the border two hours after their COVID-19 tests expired … because they’d had car trouble. When they beefed, they were told the government had decided to make an example of them.
