CARBON EMISSIONS: The Paris Climate Accord is a joke. Trump pulled us out of it and we reduced our emissions more than any other developed country in the world. Meanwhile, 89% of the increase in greenhouse gases came from two countries who had signed the agreement – China, which alone accounted for 69% of the increase, and India.

ELITISM: Matt Meyer, president of the Berkeley Federation of Teachers, has fought to keep Berkeley schools for as long as possible because of the alleged COVID dangers of in-person learning. His two-year-old daughter attends an in-person preschool.

EUGENICS: [2:41] – In California, more than 1,000 female prisoners have been sterilized without their consent. Most of them are Black. The excuse given? It’s cheaper than welfare.

IMMIGRATION: FAUXTUS got a lot of flack over his new “not cages for kids”, so Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has instructed ICE to “purchase airplane tickets and cover other transportation costs for minors whose relatives are already living in the United States.” (And never you mind if those relatives are themselves illegal, you racist.)

LESS WHITE: After Coca-Cola got blasted for requiring employees to complete a racial sensitivity seminar that encouraged its participants to “be less white” and “less oppressive”, LinkedIn announced it will no longer host the seminar.

MAGA: Democrats still haven’t figured out that the best way to oppose Trump is to abandon their extremism. A big part of the Trump’s popularity is the insanity on the Left. – Catholic Vote

RELIGION: Churches that pander to this mentality have empty pews. What’s the point of getting up early on the weekend to sit on a hard pew, say nonsense words, and then drink bad coffee and stale donuts, when you can celebrate yourself by sleeping late, then enjoying the Sunday Times, excellent coffee, and fresh pastry from the comfort of your soft couch?

SCIENCE: Democrats constantly say they follow the science, while Republicans are a bunch of flat earthers. FAUXTUS’ transgender Assistant Secretary for Health is the perfect example of why that is a Big Fat Lie.

She simultaneously removed her mother from a facility that came under her edict and put her into one that did not. She claimed her mother made the decision.

  • 2021: Nominated to the position of Assistant Secretary for Health and confirmed by the Senate, despite sharp criticism from fellow physician, Sen. Not only do these chemicals and surgeries cause permanent damage, but also research shows that the majority of adolescents with gender issues outgrow them.

So this specialist in adolescent medicine – who apparently has no trouble identifying an eating disorder as something that needs to be fixed, not pandered to – has fully embraced the scientifically absurd position that some people are born (reincarnated) into the “wrong gender body.” That is not science. It’s religion.

BIG BROTHER: Two California Democrats – Rep. Anna Eshoo and Rep. Jerry McNerney – sent a letter to a dozen different cable companies asking, “Are you planning to continue carrying Fox News, Newsmax, and OANN? If so, why?”

The letter was followed up with a House subcommittee hearing on how to weed out what Democrats call “disinformation and extremism” in the media, which Democrats consider “a tangible and destabilizing threat.”

CREATED EQUAL: Despite making a significant effort to celebrate black voices, Amazon Prime abruptly decided to stop streaming “Created Equal: Clarence Thomas in His Own Words”, a popular documentary about our only sitting black Supreme Court justice. Payback for his dissent on the election fraud cases?

DAN BONGINO: CPAC speech [14:59] – We’re not vanquished until we agree we are. So don’t agree. Dan makes one of the same points Kristi Noem does, which is that WORDS and ACTIONS both matter. Listening to Dan’s speech I’m thinking, yes, I’ll keep fighting.

However, I will definitely keep fighting, because there isn’t a doubt in my mind that the Left is serving Satan and that the consequence of following him is eternal damnation. The Warning

Over the past five centuries, an End Times event has been prophesied repeatedly by Catholic visionaries. The event is called The Warning or The Illumination of Conscience, a time when God will reveal Himself to everyone on Earth and reveal to each one how He sees them.

It will last a very short time, but its effects on the world will be huge.

For some, the truth will be devastating, even lethal (due to the shock). Some will harden in their sins and reject God forever, while others will see it as a sign of hope for the world and will turn from their sins and beg for God’s mercy.

For those who are prepared, the event will be joyful, for those who truly love the Lord can only be happy to see where they can improve to be more like His perfect vision for them.

ARIZONA: On Friday, a judge ordered Maricopa County to provide some 2.1 million ballots from the Nov. 3 election to the Arizona state Senate and allow access to its election equipment to conduct an audit.

BORDER: There has been a record surge in unaccompanied minors crossing the border and more are expected.

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris savaged President Donald Trump for keeping “kids in cages.” But now they’re doing the same thing — and undoing the Trump policies that had mitigated the underlying problem.

CANADA: The Magpie River in Côte-Nord, Quebec, has been granted legal personhood by the local municipality. In accordance with Innu customs and practices, the Alliance has granted the river nine rights: 1) the right to flow; 2) the right to respect for its cycles; 3) the right for its natural evolution to be protected and preserved; 4) the right to maintain its natural biodiversity; 5) the right to fulfil its essential functions within its ecosystem; 6) the right to maintain its integrity; 7) the right to be safe from pollution; 8) the right to regenerate and be restored; and perhaps most importantly, 9) the right to sue.

MUSLIM MODERATES: This piece will mean a lot more if you first watch the “Muslim Hostility” video above – On Thursday, the Pontifical International Marian Academy (PAMI) in Rome launched a 10-week webinar series titled “Mary, a model for faith and life for Christianity and Islam” in collaboration with the Grand Mosque of Rome and the Islamic Cultural Center of Italy.

The series is pushing Mary as “a Jewish, Christian and Muslim woman” who responds “to the genetic codes of Judaism, Christianity and Islam.” Even on it’s face, that statement should strike everyone as absurd. Yes, Mary was a Jew and she is a Christian. Not only was Islam not even invented until hundreds of years after her time on Earth, but also it denies that Jesus died and rose from the dead.

The idea that she somehow became a Muslim in Heaven should be deeply offensive to every Christian who honors the Perpetual Virginity of the Blessed Mother, because Islam apparently presents Mary, the Mother of Christ, as being married to and copulating with Muhammad in Paradise.

N.b., the call-to-monotheism link below refutes this claim, saying that, while the line about Mohammed having once said, “Surely Allah will marry me to Mary,” is in a hadith, it is a “weak” hadith. That is, there is little historical evidence that it dates back to Mohammed.

That being said, during his televised Arabic-language program, Dr. Salem Abdul Galil — previously deputy minister of Egypt’s religious endowments for preaching — gleefully declared that, “our prophet Muhammad — prayers and peace be upon him — will be married to Mary the Virgin in paradise.”

NEW MEXICO: On Friday, Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham (D) signed a radical pro-abortion bill into law, legalizing abortion up to birth legal and eliminating conscience protections for doctors and nurses.

Grisham issued a statement celebrating the new law, because it will supposedly promote “equality for all.”

“Anyone who seeks to violate bodily integrity, or to criminalize womanhood, is in the business of dehumanization. New Mexico is not in that business – not any more. Our state statutes now reflect this inviolable recognition of humanity and dignity.”

NIGERIA: On Friday, armed attackers abducted 317 girls from a boarding school in northern Nigeria. The attack is the latest of several mass kidnappings in the West African nation.

According to the AP, a number of large factions of armed men in Zamfara, a state in northwestern Nigeria. The government describes them as bandits and say they often use abductions to obtain money and get their jailed members released.

Law enforcement and military forces are working to rescue the girls.

OUIJA BOARDS: When I was quite young, a teen neighbor got one for Christmas and it inspired my mother to warn me off, citing the Bible and Church teaching. I am grateful; I think it saved me a world of hurt.

PORKULUS: The House has passed a new $1.9 trillion “spend America into bankruptcy” spending bill. This so-called “COVID relief bill” is a poorly disguised wolf in sheep’s clothing that plunges us even deeper in debt to advance the Progressive Globalist Elite’s agendas.

The final version passed by the House was scrubbed of protections for the unborn that had been in all previous relief bills, including the Hyde Amendment that protects pro-life Americans from having their tax dollars used to kill unborn babies.

COVID-19: The White House press corps is outraged at the plan to charge them $170 each for the required COVID-19 test that allows them to get into a daily briefing. The White House says that testing all the journalists over the past year has busted its budget. I get that. But why $170 per? The tests are sold individually for significantly less. Surely, the White House could get them in bulk for even less than the retail price, right? Also, if every one of those people has tested negative before being permitted into the briefing room, why are they always wearing masks that make it difficult for anyone to understand them when they ask a question?

And here’s another. A North Carolina high school civics teacher had his students report whether they consider themselves Democrats or Republicans. One mother said, “My daughter was worried. She said, ‘I just want to cry. Everybody is being so mean to me.’ That teacher put a target, he outed these children.” She said the teacher has apologized and that she hopes future lesson plans in civics will start with civility.

ELECTION INTEGRITY: The RNC has launched a new initiative to bolster election integrity. RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel said, “We must do everything in our power to ensure that future elections are run free, fair, and transparent, and that includes holding election administrators accountable. Voters across the country are keenly interested in knowing that their states and localities are doing everything they can to clean up their voter rolls and faithfully administer their states’ election laws.”

During his Thursday show, Dan Bongino says election reform is one of the two most important issues for Republicans going forward. The other is the cancel culture.

ERIC SWALWELL: On Thursday, Representative Eric Swalwell (D-CA) said that Sens. Ted Cruz (R-TX) and Josh Hawley (R-MO) have “forfeited their right to question security precautions at the Capitol” because they voted not to certify the 2020 presidential results.

Last December, it was revealed that Swalwell had had close relations with suspected Chinese spy Fang Fang (who also went by Christine Fang). She worked as a “bundler” for Swalwell’s 2014 House re-election campaign, raising money convincing high-money donors to write big checks. An intern she recommended was hired to Swalwell’s Congressional office.

Swalwell cut all his ties to Fang after he was alerted by the FBI that Fang was under investigation as a possible spy for the CCP. Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) suggested Swalwell “probably ought to just resign from Congress.” The Democrat-majority House of Representatives has him sitting on the House Intelligence Committee.

NEW JERSEY: Infringing on parents rights is a key element of the Left’s plan to destroy America. And in New Jersey, they made another gain.

On Monday, Democrat governor Phil Murphy signed a new law that prevents law enforcement officials from informing parents when their minor children are caught smoking marijuana or drinking alcohol.

Parents were blindsided by the legislation, having never been given the opportunity by lawmakers to offer any feedback before it passed.

NON-EQUALITY ACT: The House passed their misnamed “Equality Act” in a 224 to 206 vote. The bill now moves to the Senate for consideration. If they pass it, FAUXTUS has promised to sign it into law.

If enacted, which seems likely given the Democrats have a slim majority in the Senate, it will make those with distorted sexual orientations and gender identities protected classes under civil rights law. The bill would also eliminate religious liberty protections in the Religious Freedom Restoration Act of 1993.

Opponents justifiably fear it will dismantle Title IX protections for girls’ sports, shut down religious foster and adoption agencies, eliminate conscience protections for health care workers, expand taxpayer funding for abortion, censor teachers and ministers on gender and sexuality issues, and force women’s shelters and female prisons to house vulnerable women with biologically intact males.

Three Republicans voted with House Democrats in favor of this abomination: Pennsylvania Rep. Brian Fitzpatrick, New York Rep. John Katko, and my own New York Rep. Tom Reed.

POLICE STATE: Feminist author Naomi Wolf once served as an adviser to former President Bill Clinton during his 1996 re-election campaign. In 2007, she published a book she wrote about totalitarianism and how tyrants consolidate power, The End of America: Letter of Warning to a Young Patriot.

On Monday, she told Tucker Carlson that “under the guise of a real medical pandemic, we’re really moving into a coup situation, a police state situation.” She believes it “should bring together left and right to protect our Constitution.”

In her book, she wrote that tyrants “always do the same 10 things” and that in the U.S., we are now at step 10. “That’s the suspension of the rule of law, that’s when you start to be a police state, and we’re here. There is no way around it.”

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS: An ER nurse with a career spanning more than 35 years was on the way to her daughter’s wedding when she made an impromptu stop after witnessing a two-vehicle crash. Clad in a beautiful floor-length gown, she set to work, and after saving a life, she arrived at the wedding venue just in time to walk her daughter down the aisle.

RUSH LIMBAUGH: Rush Limbaugh was laid to rest Wednesday in a private ceremony at a St. Louis, Missouri cemetery. He died on February 17 at the age of 70 after a battle with lung cancer.

SAINT OF THE DAY: Gregory was an Armenian monk who lived humbly and taught at the monastic school. He is usually pictured holding a book, because he compiled 91 prayers into an encyclopedia of prayer for all nations. His Book of Prayer, written more than 1,000 years ago, is still in print.

He is venerated as a saint by both the Roman Catholic and Armenian Catholic Churches. On April 12, 2015, Pope Francis officially proclaimed Saint Gregory of Narek to be a Doctor of the Church.

“Doctor of the Church” is a title given to certain saints whose writing provides outstanding spiritual guidance to the faithful in all times and places.

SPYGATE: Recently declassified reports show the FBI’s efforts to spy on the Trump campaign were more far reaching than previously disclosed. Agents directed confidential human source Stefan Halper – codenamed “Mitch” – to make secret recordings, pressed for intelligence on numerous GOP figures, and sought to find “anyone in the Trump campaign” with ties to Russia who could acquire dirt “damaging to Hillary Clinton.”

SYRIA: In 2017, Jen Psaki criticized Trump’s decision to authorize air strikes on Syria. “What is the legal authority for strikes? Assad is a brutal dictator. But Syria is a sovereign country.” In 2019, Sleepy Joe said, “Trump’s erratic, impulsive actions are the last thing we need as Commander-in-Chief. No president should order a military strike without fully understanding the consequences. We don’t need another war in the Middle East, but Trump’s actions toward Iran only make that more likely.”

On Thursday night, FAUXTUS approved an airstrike on infrastructure in the still-sovereign country of Syria. Official say the strike was in response to a series of recent rocket attacks against U.S. targets in Iraq. FAUXTUS said it was a message to Iran: “You can’t act with impunity.”

State of the Union Address

The U.S. Constitution mandates in Article II, Section 3, that presidents “shall from time to time give to the Congress information of the state of the union, and recommend to their consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient.”

It’s always been up to POTUS to decide when and how they fulfill this obligation. Until Wilson, most of them have submitted their reports in writing. But modern U.S. presidents have generally given their annual “State of the Union Address”, live before a joint session of Congress at some time in January or February.

And why not? It’s a great opportunity for the president to get a lot of attention, something they have exploited increasingly as technology has advanced. In 1923, Coolidge’s was broadcast over radio for the first time. In 1947, Truman’s was the broadcast on television for the first time. In 1965, LBJ moved his from mid-afternoon to prime time to maximize his television audience. And in 2002, Dubya had his broadcast live over the internet.

Only on a handful of occasions did modern presidents interrupt the tradition. In 1944, FDR’s scheduled delivery was canceled due to his poor health, but the speech was transmitted in writing. And in 1986, Reagan’s was postponed after the Challenger space shuttle exploded.

The only modern president I could find who did not deliver an annual address was Jimmy Carter during in his inaugural year of 1977. I looked for quite a long time, but was not able to find any reason that he skipped the opportunity to lay out his vision for his administration. In addition, while he technically fulfilled his constitutional obligation by submitted an “Annual Report to the Congress for 1977” in writing, it wasn’t published until March of 1978 … more than month after he delivered his 1978 State of the Union speech before Congress on January 19, 1978.

In January, FAUXTUS said he would be talking about his “Build Back Better Plan” during his first address to a joint session of Congress “next month.” Multiple sites quote AP reporting that it was likely to be held on February 23. One included the AP link below, which no longer shows the report. Best guess … they scrubbed it to avoid embarrassing President Dementia. However, one included this screen shot:

On February 16, press secretary Jen Psaki was asked about it and said, “I’ve not Nancy Drewed that one out today, but it was never planned to be in February and we don’t have a date for a joint session at this point.”

Thomas Lifson wrote the obvious at American Thinker, that is that “The lickspittle media are rushing in with ‘fact checks’ to assure the nation that there is no requirement or deadline for a SOTU speech.” But hey … we all know the real reason, right?

NOTE: In 2019, VOA News (link below) published an article that claimed, “Recent presidents — Reagan in 1981, George H.W. Bush in 1989, Clinton in 1993, George W. Bush in 2001, Barack Obama in 2009 and Trump in 2017 — have chosen not to deliver official State of the Union addresses during their first years in office. Those speeches would have come soon after their inaugural addresses. However, many, including Trump, have delivered major speeches in front of Congress that have had the feel of the State of the Union without the title.”

I googled “SOTU YouTube” for each of those years and found videos of said “major speeches in front of Congress that have had the feel of the State of the Union without the title.” They are all labeled “State of the Union.”

HERO: Henry Darby is the principal of North Charleston High School, where 90% of the students live below the poverty line. Disturbed by their pressing, real life needs, he got a second job at Wal*Mart, where he works three night shifts a week to earn money to help out where he can.

He doesn’t think it’s anything special, but when his supervisor found out what his day job is, she didn’t agree. At all. She got Wal*Mart to donate $50,000 to the school. Then, someone started a GoFundMe campaign that, as of this writing, has raised $27,425 toward its $30,000 goal.

LIZ CHENEY: When she voted to impeach Trump, Rep. Liz Cheney [R-WY] planted herself firmly in the NeverTrump camp with the rest of the elitist RINOs. The fact that she was censured by her own state’s GOP and recent polls showing Trump’s popularity hasn’t waned have apparently had no impact.

At a recent Reagan Institute event, she said, “It’s very important, especially for us as Republicans, to make clear that we aren’t the party of white supremacy.”

No, we don’t. A new NBC News poll showed that support for the GOP by Hispanic blue-collar voters went from 23% (2010) to 36% (2020). Likewise, support for the GOP by Black blue-collar voters went from 5% to 12% over the same time period.

Columnist David Marcus replied, “Cheney’s claims are utterly baseless, and quite frankly, if she really believes the GOP is a racist party, the moral thing to do is to quit the party immediately.”

I think it would be more to the point for the Party of “We fought the Civil War to keep slavery legal”, of the KKK, of Jim Crow laws, and of the genocidal Planned Parenthood’s preference for siting abortion clinics in minority neighborhoods to try and explain to us why they aren’t the party of racism.

RANDOM ACTS OF KINDNESS: On Tuesday, I recounted a story Mama Buzz heard on the radio. She just sent me a link to the written story. “I’m on the side of the road crying…I have to tell you why.”

ROE V WADE: The long-awaited film, Roe v. Wade, will premiere at CPAC today in Orlando, Florida with producer Nick Loeb and Academy Award-winning actor Jon Voight. It tells the backstory behind the infamous U.S. Supreme Court abortion ruling. It will be available on DVD starting in April. Amazon has it for pre-order, saying it will ship in early May.

SOUTH DAKOTA: Gov. Kristi Noem has signed a Born Alive act into law. In the great state of South Dakota, babies who survive abortion must be given the same medical and comfort care a premature baby of the same age would get.

WASHINGTON POST: On February 19, one of WaPo’s regular columnists fumed that a TV character chose life instead of aborting her unborn baby. Kate Cohen wrote, “Dammit! I was hoping that the young, professional woman, upon learning she was pregnant right after her jerky boyfriend left her, might decide to have an abortion. Instead, it turns out, she doesn’t even consider it.”

“I’m so tired of this,” she continued. “The ability to put a stop to an unwanted pregnancy is part of a kit of tools women have that allow us to determine the course of our own lives. It’s freedom care.”

2A: The U.S. Concealed Carry Association wrote a letter to FAUXTUS telling him that his gun control proposal would potentially make about 105 million law-abiding gun owners into criminals.

“While we can agree that there are several ‘common sense’ and long overdue changes needed to our nation’s gun laws, we firmly believe that the path forward should be focused on supporting and protecting responsible, law-abiding Americans—not criminalizing and punishing them.”

Democrats say “common sense gun control” like it’s some kind of holy mantra. And we let them take an inch. Then another inch. IMO, they’re way past “common sense” at this point,

BAIL: The four worst states in the union keep finding new and ever more absurd ways to become even worse. New Jersey, New York, and California have all limited the use of cash bail and Illinois has just eliminated it altogether. Police round up criminals and the courts set them free. Victims be damned.

CHICOMS: The Chinese Constitution supposedly guarantees Chinese citizens the freedom to believe and worship as they choose. In reality, the Chinese Communists do nothing of the sort.

The Chinese regime bans Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members from holding to anything but atheistic materialism, while declaring faith in anything else as incompatible with Communism “as fire and water.”

Monitoring and harassment of religious believers is routine. Their homes are broken into without warning, their books are seized and destroyed, and those caught printing, distributing, or reading religious materials end up suffering jail terms, harsh labor, and other forms of abuse.

A few days ago, Beijing issued a top policy directive declaring that promoting Communism and purging religious belief is one of its top priorities.

COMMUNISM vs SOCIALISM: I heard somewhere that the “far left” and “far right” thing originated from the British government, where the pro-Communists were seated on the far left of the chamber, while the pro-Fascists were seated on the far right. The story goes that the moderates sat in the middle … so the two extremes wouldn’t bust out in fist fights all the time.

I have no idea if it’s true, but it makes more sense than to claim that Fascist regimes such as the “National Socialist German Worker’s Party” – i.e., NAZIs – were “far right” in the sense we understand it.

Communists and Fascists alike hate God, Catholics, Christians, Jews, the disabled, homosexuals, traditional values, strong families, free elections, and civilians owning guns. And they both favor top down government control with a big emphasis on military might and expansionism.

FRONTLINE: [50:48] – In a recent interview with Michelle Malkin, Dr. Simone Gold, founder of American Frontline Doctors (AFLD) discussed the lack of authentic informed consent with regards to experimental vaccines, censorship as a “crime against humanity,” and how she was subjected to a raid on her home by a massive FBI SWAT team to arrest her for having been present in the U.S. Capitol Building on January 6th.

HERO: Seven-year-old Michael Martinez heard the family’s carbon monoxide detector beeping, but did not hear his parents or sister getting up. Michael, who has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheel chair, crawled to his parents’ bedroom and woke them up before it was too late. His mom says, “He’s our little hero. He saved our family.”

IRAN: Trump wisely recognized that the ideology driving Iran’s policies are an existential threat to the U.S. and Israel, so he jumped off Obama’s “believe the nice jihadists will honor their nuclear deal” wagon and imposed comprehensive economic sanctions.

Iran has correctly sniffed out the weakness in the current U.S. administration and is preparing to demand we actually compensate them for the $1 trillion they say the sanctions cost them.

LIES SCOTUS TOLD ME: Roger L. Simon’s commentary on the recent SCOTUS disappointments is worth reading in full. Simon is founder and CEO of PJ Media.

MARYLAND: Montgomery County is set to reopen its schools. They have taken out all the cafeteria tables and replaced them with desks, put up caution tape around non-essential areas, and placed tape on the floor to ensure students maintain the appropriate social distance.

Students will rotate between classroom learning and virtual learning each week, and the school system plans to give self-administered COVID tests to every in-person student and teacher once a week, and require individual health assessments weekly.

None of it is good enough for the teachers union, which held a rally to protest going back to their jobs.

At the rally, featured speaker Jeremy Levine revealed how little some teachers think of the profession to which they dedicated their lives.

“Enough is enough. You will not sacrifice our lives, disrupt our communities, and endanger our students for what? Test scores? Or a few folks to get their free babysitters back?”

ME TOO: On Wednesday, a former aide to Gov. Andrew Cuomo published a shocking piece on Medium accusing her former boss of making inappropriate sexual comments and advances. She says that kind of behavior was par for the course for his administration.

In one incident, Lindsey Boylan says the governor asked her if she wanted to play strip poker. In another, he kissed her on the lips.

Cuomo’s office flatly denies any of her allegations are true.

MEXICO: Mexico’s President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, popularly known as Amlo, has unveiled plans to cut back on “green” energy, buy a whole lot of coal, and reactivate two coal-fired plants on the Texas border.

RANDOM ACT OF KINDNESS: A home surveillance video camera caught this scene in Houston, TX. The car thief was thankfully not dumb enough to keep the baby who was in the back seat.

Roughly 20 minutes after the baby was abandoned, Amazon delivery driver Juan Carlos Flores pulled up in his van and saw the baby. He said, “I wanted to cry. How could someone have a heart to leave the child on the side of the road?”

Baby and mother were reunited within minutes. The carjacker was still at large at the time the report was posted.
