2020: Stop the Steal D.C. Rally – CLICK https://twitter.com/DrewHLive/status/1337810193636212741 [1:50] to see thousands of patriots sing our national anthem while Marine One flies overhead!

Sebastian Gorka, former deputy assistant to President Donald Trump, said he was disappointed with the Supreme Court’s Texas decision, “But I said from the beginning, I told the president four weeks ago, the legal argument is only a minor part of this battle. This is a political and moral battle. He can still win,”

Lt. General Michael Flynn said, “We are in a crucible moment in the history of the United States of America. And remember, the courts do not decide who the next president of the United States will be … We the people decide.”

A TIME TO HEAL: Rep. Bill Pascrell (D-N.J.) on Friday urged House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to refuse to seat any of the 126 Republican House members who signed an amicus brief supporting a lawsuit aimed at overturning the results of the presidential election.

Pascrell cites Section 3 of the 14th amendment – which states that anyone who “engaged in insurrection or rebellion” cannot serve in federal office – claiming the lawsuit seeks to “obliterate public confidence in our democratic system” and that those who signed it committed “unbecoming acts that reflect poorly on our chamber.”

So … not at all like him and his bully cronies who have spent the past four years fraudulently investigating, impeaching, and generally persecuting a duly elected president.

AIRLINES: WTF … I can’t even finish reading this. Grrr. Traveling with small children is hard enough!

BIDEN: Joe “I’m a devout Catholic” Biden demonstrates how he puts his faith into action with a “First Dogs Champ & Major Biden” Instagram account postings. He’s really taking the high road on that Mean Tweeter he allegedly “beat” with a statistically impossible number of votes.

CHINA: A Chinese database has been leaked containing the names of almost two million Chinese Communist Party (CCP) members who are allegedly living and working in major corporations, academia, and governments all around the world. Among them are 52,000 Americans.

CORONAVIRUS AID: A bipartisan group of senators is taking a second crack at its coronavirus aid relief plan by splitting its $908 billion proposal into two bills. The first bill contains aid for local and state governments, supported by Democrats, and liability protection from coronavirus-related lawsuits, favored by Republicans. The second bill would likely be less controversial and contains $748 billion for small businesses, unemployment benefits, vaccine distribution, testing, and aid for schools.

COVID-19: The total death rate is not unusual, our hospitals are not and have not been overwhelmed, and there are now multiple tests and effective treatments for the novel coronavirus. It’s past time to tell the Democrats to go screw themselves.

“I’m a pandemic skeptic. I know the Wuhan virus is real and very dangerous for some people. Still, I cannot get excited about a disease with an average 99% survival rate. I believe the Democrats weaponized the virus to defeat President Trump, and I think that Democrats are still working the virus to weaken working- and middle-class Americans (i.e., Trump supporters) while enriching the Democrats’ corporate cronies. I’m cynical, paranoid, or a realist – or all three.” – Andrea Widburg

A pharmacist tweeted about the absurdly low (near zero) number of cases of flu, speculating that the false coronavirus test positives may be unreported flu cases. He suggests the COVID-19 numbers are being skewed upward, on purpose, for political purposes.

DOMINION AUDIT: The security group that performed a forensic audit of the Antrim County Nov 2020 election results has issued its report. (See pdf below.) The purpose of the audit was to test the security of the Dominion Voting System. Their conclusion is that the election results for Antrim County should not be certified.

“We conclude that the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposefully designed with inherent errors to create systemic fraud and influence election results. The system intentionally generates an enormously high number of ballot errors. The electronic ballots are then transferred for adjudication. The intentional errors lead to bulk adjudication of ballots with no oversight, no transparency, and no audit trail. This leads to voter or election fraud. Based on our study, we conclude that The Dominion Voting System should not be used in Michigan. We further conclude that the results of Antrim County should not have been certified.”

ELECTORAL COLLEGE: The 538 members of the Electoral College are set to meet today in state capitals across the country to cast their ballots for president and vice president. President Trump remained undaunted: “We’re going to continue to go forward.”

HUNTER: The Republican members of the U.S. Senate Committees on Finance and on Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs have published their report on Hunter Biden’s corrupt involvement in foreign affairs that pose serious national security concerns.

Those of us who have been paying attention are familiar with the material. The Slime Stream Media hasn’t been and still won’t. If “Trump” were substituted for “Biden”, Morning Joe, Joy Behar, et al. would be red-faced, shrieking, and spewing spittle. But for Democrats, it’s all ::crickets:: as per usual.

“It is overwhelmingly evident the New York Post’s initial Hunter and Jim Biden story wasn’t based on hacked material, wasn’t Russian misinformation, is clearly something people deserved to know before voting, and that big tech and America’s corporate media tried to make sure that didn’t happen – and that once again rather than alter their behavior or ask for forgiveness, they’re going to instead attempt to gaslight you about all of it.” – Ben Domenech

CLICK https://rumble.com/vbt429-dan-ball-w-hogan-gidley.html [8:56] to hear OANN interview Trump’s 2020 National Press Secretary, Hogan Gidley, about the media’s absolute refusal to cover the story at all.

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: CNN’s April Ryan wants the name of the person who taped a meeting between Joe Biden and civil rights leaders this week and then leaked the tape to the press. According to Ms. Ryan, that person has some ‘splainin’ to do. Her message is clear – during the Biden administration, there must be no unfavorable reporting on the administration!

NEVADA: An examination of the state’s DMV records showed that 110,164 non-citizens obtained driver’s licenses, 6,260 of them were illegally registered to vote, and 3,987 of them voted. The latter numbers may contain false positives, but there are enough matches to merit further investigation.

Republicans have also uncovered evidence of blatant vote-buying, deceased voters, and people voting twice. But Nevada’s Attorney General has declined to investigate or prosecute ANY of it. He did, however, join19 other state attorneys general in opposing the suit Texas filed with the U.S. Supreme Court.

PFIZER: Just a reminder for those of you who care … the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine that is coming out very soon was not made using the cells of aborted babies, but it was TESTED with them.

Pfizer is also recommending people with a significant history of allergic reactions not receive the vaccine.

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY: [1:26] – Archbishop Cordileone of San Francisco says, “After weeks of demonstrating we can celebrate the Mass safely, the state of California has put San Francisco and San Mateo Counties into the purple tier, which bans indoor worship altogether. … Catholics in San Francisco are absolutely committed to public safety in conducting worship services. Our protocols require masks, social distancing, sanitation and ventilation. But the government still chooses to treat worship as less important than shopping for shoes.”

In Washington, D.C., Cardinal Wilton Gregory of Washington has filed a lawsuit against Mayor Bowser for her “arbitrary” and “discriminatory” restrictions on churches as Christmas approaches. The Becket Fund for Religious Liberty is representing the Archdiocese.

GRAMMY NOTES: Here it is tyranny. But in Afghanistan, it’s just SOP. My sil said when he was in that Muslim hell hole, there were women whose male relatives had all died fighting in their endless war. Since the Taliban did not permit women to leave their homes unless accompanied by a male relative, they were left to starve.

TRUMP: President Trump has secured yet another peace deal in the Middle East, this time between Israel and Morocco. This is the fourth time in four months that a Muslim country has chosen to normalize ties with Israel.

I searched “peace deal morocco” and got ZERO hits from the Slime Stream Media. Fox News, U.S. military, conservative, Christian, Jewish, and Muslim news outlets covered it.

ABORTION: [10:15] – Luhra Tivis was a firm believer in legal abortion rights until she spent a year working at a late-term abortion facility. The abortionist she worked for told her that he only did late-term abortions for compelling medical reasons.

She learned for herself that that was a lie. As a medical secretary and transcriptionist, she handled all the medical records which showed that 98% of the approximately 1,000 third trimester babies aborted while she was there were perfectly healthy and that many of the remaining two percent had only minor problems.

BEDFELLOWS: George Soros’ Open Society Foundations (OSF) has announced that their new president will be Lord Mark Malloch-Brown, chairman of the Smartmatic voting company.

Malloch-Brown has had ties with Soros since at least the early 1990s, Soros is a long-time megabucks Democrat donor and Smartmatic is at the center of the Dominion Voting Systems controversy.

COVID-19: In the past, researchers attempting to develop vaccines against coronaviruses (e.g., SARS-COV-1, MERS, RSV) discovered they can cause a very serious problem called ‘paradoxical immune enhancement phenomenon.’ The vaccines not only failed to prevent infection, but actually caused the disease to be far worse.

CUOMO: New York’s Democratic Governor Andrew Cuomo says, “I am honored to receive the 2020 Edward M. Kennedy Institute Award for Inspired Leadership. I learned about humanity, leadership and putting people first from the great Senator Ted Kennedy.

Let’s just say I’m not expecting to meet either of these men on New Earth.

DECENCY: American Express, Mastercard, and PayPal have cut off payments to PornHub after it was discovered the site contained videos depicting rape and children. Visa has halted payments pending its own investigation.

FLYNN: The corrupt joke-for-a-judge who refused to dismiss Flynn’s case after the DOJ dropped it just had to have his last little nyah nyah. What a jerk.

FBI: According to the Thomas Paine Podcast, high-ranking federal sources say the FBI has widened a criminal probe into 2020 presidential election fraud and are on the trail of 500,000 manufactured/phony ballots for Democratic candidate Joe Biden. The states in play are Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Georgia and Michigan. The podcast is at the link.

GEORGIA: Attorney Lin Wood has filed an appeal to the Supreme Court asking the justices to review his case that argues Georgia’s 2020 presidential election was unlawful because state officials changed the manner of processing absentee ballots in a way that was contrary with the state election code.

IRONY: On Wednesday, Democratic senators were trying to decide if Sen. Dick Durbin of Illinois could continue as their whip (the No. 2 spot in the party’s caucus) while also assuming the top spot on the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (RI) proposed a rule change that would force Durbin to choose between the two positions.

Sen. Tim Kaine (VA) proposed a rule change that would allow Durbin to hold both posts if he resigned from the Senate Appropriations Defense Subcommittee.

Democrats passed BOTH measures … then blamed the resulting idiocy on flawed ballots.

SCOTUS: The Texas challenge is dead in the water. The justices voted 7-2 not to hear the case and the two who would have said they wouldn’t have granted relief anyway.

“The State of Texas’s motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied for lack of standing under Article III of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another State conducts its elections. All other pending motions are dismissed as moot,” the order reads.

Cases keep getting tossed for lack of standing. If voters, candidates, and states don’t have standing because they supposedly can’t demonstrate they’ve been HARMED by election fraud, then what the hell kind of system to we have?

I need chocolate.

STOP THE STEAL: Pray Now – CLICK https://www.theepochtimes.com/video-theres-an-accountability-tidal-wave-coming-ali-alexander-national-organizer-of-stop-the-steal_3615128.html [37:30] to hear Ali Alexander, the national organizer of “Stop the Steal,” talk about the movement and what it hopes to achieve. “Joe Biden is not more popular than Barack Obama. … There are not, structurally, 81 million votes available to Joe Biden.”

TRUMP’S LEGAL TEAM: On Friday, the team said it is considering filing separate lawsuits to district courts in the wake of the U.S. Supreme Court’s rejection of a lawsuit from Texas. We need to pray the courts will have the courage to allow hearings.

Rudy Giuliani called the Supreme Court’s decision a “terrible terrible mistake. Basically the courts are saying they want to stay out of this, they don’t want to give us a hearing, they don’t want the American people to hear the facts.

“These facts will remain an open sore in our history unless they get resolved. They need to be heard they need to be aired and somebody needs to make a decision on whether they’re true or false. And some courts are going to have to have the courage to make that decision.”

VATICAN: In 2017, Pope Francis gave us a homoerotic Nativity set in St. Peter’s Square. This year, he’s served up a heaping plate of butt ugly.

Some tweet responses to the initial photos:

“This is shapeless, unappealing and unworthy of the joy we are trying [to] muster after this difficult year.”
“And to think a few hundred yards away are Michelangelo masterpieces. What do you think he would say if he saw these?”
“This year’s Vatican nativity scene is apparently based on Fisher-Price Little People.”
“I’m not Christian and even I’m offended.”
“I wonder how heavy these things are and how hard it would be to toss them into the Tiber.”

VIRGINIA: [1:00] – “Stay home for Christmas” … because we don’t want to let anyone know there are safe and effective treatments for COVID-19.

Video Demonstration of Election Fraud

In recent days, I have reported how Dominion Voting Systems was built to allow cheating. I have also noted that Coffee County, Georgia, which uses these machines, has refused to certify its election results because of their lack of confidence in the final count.

The two videos below were filmed by a Georgia county election supervisor. They show Coffee County Elections Director Misty Martin demonstrating how easy it is for a dishonest election official to employ the security loopholes (which are features, not bugs) within Dominion’s adjudication process to eliminate or add votes.

In the first video, Martin walks us through Dominion’s adjudication process, which involves an election supervisor analyzing scanned ballots. The process is meant to put a human eye on ballots that the machine couldn’t figure out.

Martin shows how the software allows one person to easily process any ballot however he or she sees fit. Votes for one candidate can be eliminated or even turned into votes for another with a few clicks. And blank ballots can be counted as votes for any candidate.

In the second video, the camera is taken varying distances away from the computer, demonstrating how difficult it is for observers to see exactly what the adjudicator is doing.

Martin also demonstrates what a cinch it is for one person, secreted behind closed doors, to scan BLANK ballots and then adjudicate them as votes for a particular candidate. She also demonstrates that the software has NO PROBLEM scanning the same ballot multiple times, which is something that at least one election observer says she saw happening.

Gabriel Sterling, Georgia’s voting systems implementation manager, criticized Martin’s demonstration, noting that the adjudication process is supposed to be performed in the presence of a full voter review panel with the system logging the changes and showing who made them for later review.

“It’s a little disingenuous to say, ‘Oh, it’s a massive hole in the system.’ No, it’s how the system is supposed to work.”

BUT … it’s a LOT disingenuous to say the very problems that people have filed HUNDREDS of affidavits about couldn’t POSSIBLY have happened.

Republican observers in many of the disputed areas have complained they were kept too far away to see what was really happening and in some places were literally driven out of the building. And at least one election workers has testified that she saw the same ballots being scanned in multiple times.

The number of ballots sent through the adjudication process was significant. In Fulton County, Georgia’s most populous county, 106,000 ballots were adjudicated by the night of Nov. 4.

Biden “won” all of Georgia by only 12,000.

Bits & Bytes

ABORTION: [2:30] – Abortionist pitches an angry, foul-mouthed fit over pro-lifers standing on the public sidewalk by his building, showing photos of what he does for a living.

CATHOLIC: Joe “I’m a faithful Catholic” Biden has shown for the bajillionth time that he’s a heretic.

COVID-19: Ivermectin works [10:10] – A highly respected leader in the care of coronavirus patients delivered passionate testimony during the recent Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee hearing. He has been part of a group of physicians who looked hard for existing drugs that work on this disease. (Kinda stinks of Big Pharma profits, doesn’t it?)

He says the government recommendations have focused entirely on new, untested drugs, while dismissing existing, well-tested drugs. Four large trials have proven that “Ivermectin is effective as a prophylactic and as a treatment. … It is proving to be a wonder drug. … It is an immensely powerful anti-viral and anti-inflammatory drug. … Any further deaths will be needless deaths.”

MEDIA MALPRACTICE: [12:00] – Tucker Carlson reports on the infuriating suppression the Left Stream Media practiced during the run up to Election Day. Specifically, they totally suppressed the Hunter Biden story.

TEXAS: In its suit against four battleground states, Texas presents three constitutional challenges to the Supreme Court. One is that these states violated the Constitution’s Elector Clause when they allowed non-legislative alterations to their voting procedures. Two is that these states violated the Equal Protection Clause when they applied differing standards to the legality of votes. Three is that these states violated the Due Process Clause when their irregular election practices reached “the point of patent and fundamental unfairness.”

The remedy Texas seeks is for the Supreme Court to mandate that the defendant states comply with the Constitution, and that means that electors are selected by the states’ legislatures. Texas makes this point clear, stressing: “Plaintiff State does not ask this Court to decide who won the election; they only ask that the Court enjoin the clear violations of the Electors Clause of the Constitution.”

GRAMMY NOTES: Continuing with Mama Buzz’s peg doll saints – When Maximilian Kolbe was 12, the Mother of God appeared to him. He asked her what would become of him. She showed him holding two crowns, one white, the other red. She asked if he was willing to accept either of these crowns. The white one meant that I should persevere in purity, and the red that I should become a martyr. “I said that I would accept them both.”

He joined the Conventual Franciscans and was ordained a priest in 1918. He earned two doctorates, one in philosophy at age 21 and the other in theology at age 28. He promoted devotion to Mary throughout Poland and founded monasteries in both Japan and India. To this day, the monastery in Japan remains prominent in the Roman Catholic Church in Japan.

When Germany invaded, Kolbe remained in the monastery where he opened up a temporary hospital to aid those in need and provided shelter for refugees, including 2,000 Jews. On February 17, 1941, the monastery was shut down; Kolbe was arrested by the German Gestapo and taken to the Pawiak prison. Three months later, he was transferred to Auschwitz.

Never abandoning his priesthood, Kolbe was the victim to severe violence and harassment. Toward the end of his second month in Auschwitz, men were chosen to face death by starvation to warn against escapes. Kolbe was not chosen but volunteered to take the place of a man with a family. This man survived the war and was present at the ceremonies when Kolbe was beatified and then canonized.

It is said during the last days of his life Kolbe led prayers to Our Lady with the prisoners and remained calm. He was the last of the group to remain alive, after two weeks of dehydration and starvation. The guards gave him a lethal injection of carbolic acid. The stories tell that he raised his left arm and calmly awaited death.

The miracles that were used to confirm his beatification were the July 1948 cure of intestinal tuberculosis in Angela Testoni, and in August 1950, the cure of calcification of the arteries/sclerosis of Francis Ranier; both attributed to Kolbe’s intercession by their prayers to him.

ABORTION: The link goes to a detailed list of which COVID-19 vaccines contain or have been tested on aborted fetal cells.

ARIZONA: On Dec. 9, a lawsuit filed by Sidney Powell was dismissed by Obama-appointed federal Judge Diane Humetewa. She said the allegations “are sorely wanting of relevant or reliable evidence” and objected to the “extraordinary relief” sought.

The suit was filed on behalf of the state’s 11 GOP electors and others. It alleged that manipulation of election software and other fraud in the state resulted in violations of the U.S. Constitution and state election laws. The lawsuit also claimed that over 412,000 votes were cast illegally in the state’s 2020 general election.

Powell’s team plans to fast-track an appeal to the Supreme Court.

CALIFORNIA: The inmates are now running the asylum known as Los Angeles County. The new District Attorney has declared that a whole litany of misdemeanors will no longer be prosecuted at all and anyone who can’t afford bail will not be assigned bail.

COVID RELIEF: Nancy “I’m such a good Catholic” has admitted that she been blocking a bipartisan, targeted pandemic relief bill, because she couldn’t stand to let Trump get any credit.

CLICK https://www.facebook.com/whitehousebrief/videos/435236520835887 [4:34] to hear Rep. Dan Crenshaw tear her a well deserved new one.

FACEBOOK: On Wednesday, Federal regulators sued to force a breakup of Facebook as 48 states and districts accused the company in a separate lawsuit of abusing its market power in social networking to crush smaller competitors.

The landmark antitrust lawsuits, announced by the Federal Trade Commission and New York Attorney General Letitia James, mark the second major government offensive this year against seemingly untouchable tech behemoths.

The Justice Department sued Google in October for abusing its dominance in online search and advertising—the government’s most significant attempt to buttress competition since its historic case against Microsoft two decades ago.

Amazon and Apple also have been under investigation in Congress and by federal authorities for alleged anticompetitive conduct.

FOX NEWS: [1:48] – Fox News host Chris Wallace showed his Never Trumper panties in a bunch when Trump’s HHS Sec Alex Azar refused to put “President-Elect” before “Biden.”

GEORGIA: Officials with the Coffee County Board of Elections and Registration refused to certify the electronic results of the 2020 General Election.

HUNTER BIDEN: The U.S. Attorney’s office in Delaware is investigating Joe’s son for potential tax crimes.

In September, the Senate Finance and Senate Homeland Security Committees released a report detailing that Biden and his business partners received millions of dollars in wire payments from foreign companies. The Republicans who released the report said that the payments posed “criminal financial, counterintelligence and extortion concerns.”

INSURRECTION ACT: The Insurrection Act empowers the president of the United States to deploy U.S. military and federalized National Guard troops to suppress civil disorder, insurrection, and rebellion. Section 252 of the Act states:

“Whenever the President considers that unlawful obstructions, combinations, or assemblages, or rebellion against the authority of the United States, make it impracticable to enforce the laws of the United States in any State by the ordinary course of judicial proceedings, he may call into Federal service such of the militia of any State, and use such of the armed forces, as he considers necessary to enforce those laws or to suppress the rebellion.”

The article linked below lays out the case for President Trump to invoke the Insurrection Act in the face of a mountain of evidence of widespread election and voter fraud that legislators, judges, the DOJ, and the FBI all seem to be willing to ignore.

MASKS: Former Vice President Joe Biden has promised to force Americans to wear a mask for 100 days should he assume office in January.

TEXAS: Lawsuits have to cite what injuries the plaintiff claims to have suffered. The SCOTUS lawsuit cites as its injury is that the Senate is evenly split between the two parties, making the Vice President a likely tie-breaker.

The author of the LifeSiteNews article below considers it “likely” the Supreme Court will hear the case. God, make it so. Amen.

BREAKING: As I am composing this Bits & Bytes, the ACLJ emailed that the Supreme Court has just ordered that PA, GA, MI, and WI respond to the Texas suit by 3 pm today (Thursday).

U.S. SENATE: The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee will hold a hearing next week on irregularities that took place during the 2020 presidential election.

WHEN SCIENCE DIES: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/whitehousebrief/videos/204720627936796 [7:32] to hear Senator Rand Paul, M.D., talk about the rancorous coronavirus discussion that prohibits us from making good decisions.

YOUTUBE: [3:44] – YouTube (or “Screwtube” as Dan Bongino calls them) has announced that from Dec. 9 it will block and remove content that contains statements “alleging widespread fraud or errors changed the outcome of a historical U.S. presidential election.”

Their excuse is that Dec. 8 is the “safe harbor” deadline and that “enough states have certified their election results.” They’re ignoring the outstanding legal challenges, including one in the Supreme Court, that could change the outcome of the election. They also didn’t mention the Dec. 14th Electoral College vote.

They also didn’t mention that the Texas lawsuit seeks to delay the December 14 statutory deadline to give state legislatures time to consider nominating electors. The only date that is mandated under the Constitution is January 20, 2021.

Dan Bongino called this move, “The greatest opportunity for Rumble!”

GRAMMY NOTES: Continuing with Mama Buzz’s peg doll saints – Saint Edith Stein (aka, St. Teresa Benedicta of the Cross) was born to a devout Jewish family on Yom Kippur, October 12, 1891. As a teenager, she became an atheist, then went on to become a philosophy professor. A turning point in her life is when she picked up a book about St. Teresa of Avila. Baptized into the Catholic faith at age 30, she later became a Discalced Carmelite nun, taking the name Sister Teresa Benedicta the Cross. She was executed by the Nazis in the gas chambers of Auschwitz.

A miracle from God is required before the church is permitted to declare a person a “capital-S Saint”, that is someone who is definitely in Heaven. Benedicta McCarthy was named for Sister Teresa Benedicta of the Cross. At age two, she got into the Tylenol and swallowed 19 times the lethal dose. As she lay near death from total kidney failure and a deteriorating liver, her family organized prayer chains, asking anyone they knew to pray specifically for Benedicta to pray for her little namesake. Miraculously, the toddler not only survived, but left the hospital completely healed.

2020: Eighteen states have joined Texas in its bid to have the Supreme Court overturn Joe Biden’s election “victory” by throwing out the voting results from Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin.

They are Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Utah and West Virginia.

President Donald Trump, as the presidential candidate, moved to intervene in the Texas v. Pennsylvania, et. al. action at the United States Supreme Court. The President intervened because his rights as a candidate are affected by the Defendant States’ failure to follow and enforce state election laws during the 2020 election.

“I’m honored that the President asked me to represent him in this matter. I think his intervention in this case strengthens an already very strong original action by the state of Texas,’ said attorney John Eastman.

Trump attorney Jenna Ellis added: “We look forward to the Supreme Court resolving these important issues of election integrity that ultimately affect all Americans, and providing a remedy to the corruption that occurred.”

ABORTION: Depravity knows no bounds – The staff of late-term abortionist Leroy Carhart are having fun making a mockery of Christ’s birth by decorating an office Christmas tree with abortion tools.

The star on top is made with sopher clamps, a tool used in dismemberment abortion to grasp, wrench, and tear the arms and legs off of living, unborn babies bodies.

Carhart himself has admitted that what he does is kill babies and that he has no problem doing it after they are viable.

CHINA: A suspected Chinese spy, Christine Fang, spent time and money trying to target up-and-coming politicians in the Bay Area who had the potential to make it big on the national stage. Her weapons were campaign fundraising, extensive networking, personal charisma, and romantic or sexual relationships.

She reportedly got so close to Representative (and failed prez candidate) Eric Swalwell (D-CA) that the FBI had to intervene. She had bundled campaign contributions for him and planted an intern in his office.

EDUCATION: Teachers unions continue to remind us that their primary function is to improve life for teachers and themselves, not students.

CDC Director Robert Redfield recently spoke out against schools closing again, stating “Today, there is extensive data that we have gathered over the last two to three months to confirm that k-12 schools can operate with face-to-face learning and they can do it safely and they can do it responsibly. The infections we have identified in the schools, when they have been evaluating, were not acquired in schools. They were acquired in the community and the household.”

FEAR: [3:22] – Dinesh D’Souza talks about why swing state GOP legislatures are running scared and here’s how the Trump team—and we—can allay their fears.

FYI: We may not all have a means to do as he recommends, but we can ALL pray for them to be blessed with courage and fortitude!

GEORGIA: Lawyer Sidney Powell said on Monday that she hopes her failed lawsuit in Georgia will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

On Monday, Powell said that U.S. District Court Judge Timothy Batten “had made up his mind before he hit the bench, and he read from prepared notes when he granted the motion to dismiss.”

“We’re determined to win because the American people have been defrauded from their lawful votes in this election, and that cannot stand,” she added.

MICHIGAN: A Democratic state representative posted a video, carrying on the bold Democratic Party Platform “Make Them Pay.”

“This is just a warning to you Trumpers. Be careful, walk lightly, we ain’t playing with you. Enough of the shenanigans. Enough is enough. And for those of you who are soldiers, you know how to do it. Do it right, be in order, make them pay.” – Rep. Cynthia Johnson

NEWSMAX: Newsmax has emerged as a conservative alternative for viewers upset at Fox News’ swing to the Left. On Monday night, Newsmax’s “Greg Kelly Reports” beat out Fox’s “ The Story with Martha MacCallum” in the 25- to 54-year-old demographic (229,000 viewers to 203,000 viewers). The ratings victory is a first for Newsmax.

PENNSYLVANIA: On Tuesday, SCOTUS refused to block the state from taking further steps to certify the 2020 election results. The justices did not provide any comments and there were no noted dissents. The judicial system is really pissing me off!

Dear God, STOP THE STEAL!!! Pour down on the Supremes all the graces they need to live up to their oaths and uphold the law. Amen.

Mark Zuckerberg is a traitor

Remember when Democrats were simply APPALLED at the very idea that a billionaire would try to buy an election? That was then. This is now.

Mark Zuckerberg’s Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) spent massive amount of money on grants to Democratic counties across the United States. They also provided “election tools” to combat “misinformation” and to train election staff.

CTCL is NOT non-partisan. Influence Watch says, “The Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) is a Chicago, Illinois-based center-left election reform advocacy group formed in 2012. The organization pushes for left-of-center voting policies and election administration. It has a wide reach into local elections offices across the nation and is funded by many left-of-center funding organizations.”

Notice WHO helped fund CTCL and WHERE the money ended up.

“Most of Joe Biden’s 221,751 vote margin gain in Georgia compared to Hillary Clinton’s performance in 2016 came from three metropolitan Atlanta counties that received more than $15 million from the Mark Zuckerberg-funded Center for Technology and Civic Life (CTCL) “safe elections” project.” – Breitbart

2020: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/aklavan/videos/409741483775118 [8:44] to see Black Biden Democrat in Harlem play “Is this racist?” with quotations by Biden or Trump. Then, Ami Horowitz informs them who said what and they’re shocked. Of course. So far, so predictable. But … then he asks if they believe Democrats take the Black vote for granted and hears a surprising level of disgust with “their” party! They are so ripe for Candace Owens’ BLEXIT message!

ALONE and CHOKING: CLICK https://biggeekdad.com/2015/11/this-video-could-save-your-life/ [1:45] to see the maneuver. I was actually wondering about this very thing a couple of days ago when I had inhaled some crumbs and was coughing my lungs inside out.

ARIZONA: On Nov. 30, Arizona’s Gov. Ducey and Attorney General Brnovich signed off on Secretary of State Hobbs’ certification of the election results. All three officials said they have seen no evidence of fraud that would overturn the election results in the state. Well, yeah. If you “see no” and “hear no”, then you can’t “speak no”, right? These people disgust me.

After a Maricopa County judge turned down Arizona GOP Chairwoman Kelli Ward’s petition to reverse the state’s certification, Ward filed an appeal with the Arizona Supreme Court. The court says it will decide the matter without hearing oral argument.

BLUE BLOODS: In the December 4 season premiere “Triumph Over Trauma”, Commissioner Frank Reagan (Tom Selleck) argued with City Council Speaker Regina Thomas (Whoopi Goldberg) over “systemic racism and oppression” in the police. Rather than roll over and take it like every other network show, Frank stands up for his officers and tells the speaker, “Regina, you need to get your head out of your ass.”

CHINA: CLICK https://twitter.com/realDonaldTrump/status/1336161955845959680 [7:25] to hear Tucker Carlson’s report on a video of a Chinese economics professor who said, “We have people at the top of America’s core inner circle of power and influence.”

The ChiComs have been trying to buy the United States for decades. It has been a source of great concern to me personally that China owns a bunch of our national debt. This is perhaps the most dangerous threat America faces.

God, have mercy on U.S.

COVID-19: A new study has confirmed what physicians have known and non-scientists have suspected. Namely, that asymptomatic persons infected with the novel coronavirus have such a low quantity of viral load and short duration of viral shedding that they rarely infect anyone else.

Several highly publicized studies being cited by many governments and public health officials to justify some of their policies are faulty due to their lack of follow-up on the patients to determine if they were truly asymptomatic or pre-symptomatic. Pre-symptomatic patients are contagious.

DENMARK: Danish citizens took to the streets for nine consecutive days to say “Hell No” to a proposed law to require COVID-19 vaccinations. In the face of such strong public opposition, the government abandoned the idea.

Also, on Dec. 7, a federal judge dismissed an election-related lawsuit brought by Sidney Powell, arguing that the plaintiffs have no standing to bring the lawsuit, should have filed it with a state court, and brought the suit too late.

“Their primary complaint involves the Dominion ballot marking devices. They say that those machines are susceptible to fraud. There’s no reason they could not have followed the administrative procedure act to object to the rulemaking authority that had been exercised by the secretary of state. This suit could have been filed months ago when the machines were adopted,” the judge said.

Is it just me or is the judge’s argument a Catch-22? I mean, if they’d filed before there was any evidence that the Dominion machines had been used to corrupt an election, wouldn’t the judge have thrown it out for lack of evidence?

Georgia’s Secretary of State Brad Raffensperfer has announced his intention to certify Biden as the winner of the state’s electoral votes. Meanwhile, Georgia’s Lt. Gov. Geoff Duncan said Monday that he believes the presidential election in his state was run in a “fair and legal” way and it was not rigged. Sidney Powell is appealing to the Supreme Court.

ISRAEL: [1:54] – Amid an escalating armed conflict in northern Ethiopia, Israel has kick started an operation aimed at airlifting around 2000 Ethiopian Jews from the country. The first flight of this mission arrived on Thursday.

SCOTUS: Texas is going straight to the top with a suit against the states of Pennsylvania, Georgia, Michigan, and Wisconsin, using the Article III, Section 2, requirement that the Supreme Court has original, rather than appellate, jurisdiction in lawsuits between states.

And, the lawsuit has nothing to do with fraud or voting machines. It is strictly a constitutional issue. Texas claims that the changes made to state election laws by executive or administrative orders, using COVID-19 as an excuse, violate the Electors Clause, Article II, Section 1, of the Constitution, which reads:

“Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress: but no Senator or Representative, or Person holding an Office of Trust or Profit under the United States, shall be appointed an Elector.”

Texas argues that there is no “pandemic escape hatch” in the Constitution. By changing, without legislative approval, how votes were cast and counted, the state legislatures have been deprived of their power to appoint electors rendering the elections there invalid.

Texas also argues that the wide variance of rules and procedures for casting and counting votes within states violates the Equal Protection Clause.

These constitutional violations as well as the haphazard and slipshod administration of a bevy of ill-thought-out, if not outright malicious, rule changes violates the rights of voters in all states. Texas asks the Supreme Court to direct these state legislatures to select electors without regard to the purported vote count.

Dear Lord, grant the Supremes the guts to take this case and adjudicate it according to the Constitution. Amen.

TRANS: SCOTUS has refused to hear an appeal in a suit regarding opposite sex individuals using school bathrooms. The court gave no reason. The decision is a blow to parents and grandparents seeking to spare their children the “embarrassment, humiliation, anxiety, intimidation, fear, apprehension, and stress produced by using the restroom with students of the opposite sex.”

TWITTER: Since Monday, Nov. 30, Twitter has slapped 111 labels on Trump’s tweets and the tweets from his official campaign account, Team Trump. Many of these tweets included videos from Fox News, OAN, and Newsmax. In one instance, a tweet from Team Trump questioning why a label had been placed on another tweet was also given a label.

WHITE HOUSE: The refurbishment of the White House Tennis Court and Grandchildren’s Garden along has been completed with construction of a new building. Construction of the building was funded by private donations.
