“The laws being discussed are already implemented in cities across this country. We have decades of evidence proving they do not work. St. Louis, New York, Chicago, Washington, Atlanta — are gun control utopias and they are plagued with the most violence.”

BANANA REPUBLIC: On Thursday, federal agents arrested the Republican Michigan gubernatorial candidate, Ryan Kelley, and charged him with having committed four misdemeanors during the January 6, 2021 protest. Also on Thursday, the House’s J6 Kangaroo Committee began public hearings on how to keep Trump from running in 2024.

END TIMES PROPHECY: Luz de Maria reports that Our Lady said, “Watch out for those who call themselves Christians yet who despise the cross, who claim to be followers of my Son, and yet despise their brothers and sisters. … Remain in a state of grace. Resist sin. … Keep your spiritual senses in a state of alert. This time is serious and difficult. … The unexpected will come like the wind. I am your mother. I will not abandon you. Take refuge in my Immaculate Heart.”

FAUXTUS: The latest Quinnipiac poll shows Slow Joe has slipped even further into the hole in traditionally Dem demos.

GEORGIA: The team at VoterGA released a report on Thursday showing how hand counts proved the Dominion voting machines have again switched votes from one candidate to another and declared the loser the winner. In the recent election, one precinct’s machines awarded Raffensperger 15% more votes than he actually got. In another, Dominion showed a candidate who wasn’t even on the ballot with more than 3,000 votes and the candidate who actually got 49.7% of the votes with zero.

GOOD GUY WITH GUN: Aka, “Stories The Media Will Ignore” – On Thursday morning, a man aggressively attempted to enter Walnut Park Elementary School in Gadsden, Alabama, where children were attending a summer literacy program. He was unable to enter, because all the exterior doors were locked. The school’s principal saw the attempted intruder and immediately put the school in lockdown before calling the school resource officer. When the officer encountered the man, he attempted to take the officer’s weapon, so he’s dead now. He never got near the kids.

HYPOCRISY: [14:06] – On the very same day that an armed, pro-abort man was arrested outside Justice Kavanaugh’s home, Nancy Pelosi refused to allow the House to vote for increased security for the justices. The Senate had already passed the same bill by a unanimous vote.

The Washington Post (where “Democracy dies in darkness”) buried news of the arrest in its “Local Crime” section. FAUXTUS and Schumer are ::crickets:: about the arrest.

Meanwhile the January 6 committee is trying to blame Trump for the J6 violence, despite the fact that, before the march, Trump forcefully told his supporters to march peacefully. Fortunately, since Americans aren’t all as stupid as the hosts of The View, the prime time televised hearings were a total ratings bomb.

MICHIGAN: The Sheriff’s Department of Isabella County has had to put a limit on in-person responses to 911 calls. It’s only June, but with the cost of gas, they’ve already used up their annual fuel budget.

In typical fashion, Joy Behar ignored all data and logic in favor of telling Lindsey to shut her pie hole: “Once black people get guns in this country, the gun laws will change, trust me.” And the Democrat sheeple in the audience applauded. ABORTION: On Tuesday, the Colorado Catholic bishops told Colorado Catholic legislators that if they voted for the Reproductive Health Equity Act (RHEA), they are not to receive Holy Communion until they have repented and gone to Confession. The RHEA eliminated any and all restrictions on abortion right up until the moment of birth. The governor signed it into law in April.

And police have arrested an armed Californian who apparently traveled cross country to kill Justice Kavanaugh and his family. Don’t hold your breath waiting on the Slime Stream Media to report on the horrors of a hyper-politicized nutjob with a gun threatening to kill a judge. Now, if it was a right-winger who was mad at Sotomayor, then we’d hear about it ad nauseum.

DEEP STATE: FBI emails made public during the Sussmann trial show that, in October 2016, then-POTUS Obama approved of having the intelligence community publicly accuse the Russians of hacking the Democratic National Committee (DNC) before investigators had obtained any evidence about the source of the alleged hacking.

Dems are famous for plotting blockbuster revelations like this, intended to fatally damage the Republican candidate right before an election. They call it the “October Surprise.” Their revelations don’t have to be true, just last minute. The media is more than happy to trumpet Democrat lies, while laughing at smeared Republicans scrambling without sufficient time to prove their innocence.

LOUISIANA: Despite their Democrat governor’s opposition, the state legislature has enacted a law to protect women’s sports from transgender males.

MINISTRY OF TRUTH: On Tuesday, Senators Charles Grassley and Josh Hawley revealed information they obtained from whistleblowers showing that Homeland Security’s attempt to create a Disinformation Governance Board (DGB) was never intended to be what they told Congress – i.e., a simple “working group” to “develop guidelines, standards, [and] guardrails” for protecting civil rights and civil liberties.”

Instead, it was always intended to be a “gatekeeper for Administration policy and response to whatever it happened to decide was … mis-, dis-, and mal- information.” Or “MDM” for short.

While DHS claimed the DGB wouldn’t be political, some of the examples of MDM that were listed in a memo included highly politicized items like “[c]onspiracy theories about the validity and security of elections” and “[d]isinformation related to the origins and effects of COVID-19 vaccines or the efficacy of masks.”

NONUPLETS: The record-breaking Malian nonuplets just celebrated their first birthday “in perfect health.” They are the world’s only known naturally-conceived nonuplets and hold the Guinness World Record for most babies delivered in a single birth to survive. Their mom and dad had a 3-year-old daughter when they were told they were expecting seven babies. Babies 8 and 9 were a birthday surprise; the little ones were so jam-packed, the doctors hadn’t been able to accurately count them! Incredibly, their mama made it to 30 weeks carrying nine babies who ranged in birth weight from just 1 pound 1 ounce to 2 pounds 2 ounces.

SAN FRANCISCO: Two years ago, George Soros backed Chesa Boudin for DA of Frisco. He’d never tried a case before and, as soon as he took over, he fired the most seasoned prosecutors and replaced them with inexperienced public defenders who had never tried murder cases. His commitment to progressive policies (no cash bail, not prosecuting quality-of-life crimes, putting fewer people behind bars regardless of their crimes) certainly contributed to a 25% increase in homicides, a 42% increase in burglaries, a 31% increase in car theft, and a 45% increase in arson.

I’m guessing this was precisely what Soros wanted of him. But voters said enough and voted 61% to 39% to recall him. He blamed his loss on right-wing billionaires … in a city that is 90% Democrat.

TONE DEAF: This week, Sen. Debbie Stabenow (D-Mich.) bragged about how she doesn’t have to care about the price of gas, because she can afford to drive an electric vehicle. Nothing says “elitist” like “I can afford to drive an insanely expensive car, so I don’t have to care about the petty problems of my silly little voters.”

Resurrection Accounts

The Resurrection of Jesus is recounted in each of the four Gospels – Matthew 28, Mark 16, Luke 24, and John 20. There are a lot of variations and discrepancies in them that skeptics point to as evidence that the Resurrection never happened.

But Richard Middleton writes, “The Gospels testify to historical events, they are filtered through the memories of those who were there and those who recorded these memories in writing, possibly at second hand. The variations of detail about Jesus’s Resurrection are precisely the sort that are typically found in eyewitness accounts of real events, and suggest that there was no collusion between witnesses. … Since no two people (not even believers in the Resurrection) ever see things in exactly the same way, I find that the very complexity and variation of the Gospels (including the Resurrection accounts) ring true to life.”

Below is a brief run down of these variations that I put together.

Who went to the tomb?

Matthew – Mary Magdalene and the other Mary.

Mark – Mary Magdalene, Mary (the mother of James), and Salome.

Luke – The women who had come from Galilee with Jesus: Mary Magdalene and Joanna and Mary the mother of James and the other women with them.

John – Mary of Magdala.

Who did they meet?

Matthew – An angel of the Lord rolled the stone and talked to them, then they met Jesus on the way back.

Mark – The stone was already rolled away, a young man was inside the tomb, sitting on the right side, clothed in a white robe.

Luke – The stone was already rolled away, two men in dazzling apparel were standing inside the tomb, clothed in dazzling garments. Later, Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene.

John – The stone was already removed. Mary Magdalene went to Simon Peter and John and told them the Lord’s body had been stolen. They ran to the tomb and found the burial cloths, then returned home. But Mary stayed. She saw two angels in white sitting inside the tomb, one at the head and one at the feet where the body of Jesus had been.

What did the angel/men say?

Matthew – Angel: “Do not be afraid! I know that you are seeking Jesus the crucified. He is not here, for he has been raised just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples, ‘He has been raised from the dead, and he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him.’ Behold, I have told you.”

Mark – Man: “Do not be amazed! You seek Jesus of Nazareth, the crucified. He has been raised; he is not here. Behold, the place where they laid him. But go and tell his disciples and Peter, ‘He is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him, as he told you.’”

Luke – Two men: “Why do you seek the living among the dead? He is not here, but has risen. Remember how he told you, while he was still in Galilee, that the Son of Man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men and be crucified and on the third day rise.”

John – Two angels ask Mary Magdalene why she is weeping and she says, “They have taken my Lord, and I don’t know where they laid him.”

What happened then?

Matthew -The women went away quickly from the tomb, fearful yet overjoyed, and ran to announce this to his disciples. On the way, they met Jesus:“Do not be afraid. Go tell my brothers to go to Galilee, and there they will see me.”

Mark – The women went out and fled from the tomb, seized with trembling and bewilderment. They said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid. Jesus appeared to Mary Magdalene, who went and told his companions He was alive and had been seen by her, but they did not believe her.

Luke – The women returned from the tomb and announced all these things to the eleven and to all the others, who did not believe them. Peter got up and ran to the tomb, bent down, and saw the burial cloths alone; then he went home amazed at what had happened.

John – Mary Magdalene, who had stayed at the tomb after Peter and John left, saw Jesus, who told her to tell the disciples that he was going to the Father. She went and announced to the disciples, “I have seen the Lord,” and what he told her.

END TIMES PROPHECY: On Jan. 15, 2022, a visionary named Lorena reported that St. Michael the Archangel told her, “The pre-Tribulation has already begun for a long time and the Tribulation is about to begin. When everything is at its worst, God the Father will send the Illumination of Consciences so that men repent and can return to God.”

He lives across the street from the FBI. But rather than phone or knock on his door to request a voluntary surrender, they leaked to the press and waited until he was at the airport, so they can perform for the cameras.

He says this is unprecedented, and it may be if only because he was a senior White House official. But what they did to Roger Stone was worse, alerting the media and sending a SWAT team to his home so they could storm in while being filmed taking down one of Trump’s men. Mrs. Stone is DEAF, so she was awakened at dawn by scary guys in guns standing by her bed!

Navarro talks about what it’s going to cost him to hire a lawyer and fight this. The Stones lost everything … all their savings, their home, cars, reputations. The only thing he didn’t lose was his freedom, because after he was convicted and sentenced to 40 months in prison, Trump commuted his sentence and later pardoned him.

Interestingly, he was convicted for defending Trump of the false Russian collusion claims, but was convicted and sentenced to prison. Recently, we saw how Sussmann, one of the people who perpetrated the Russia hoax on behalf of Hillary, was acquitted. This is not who we’re supposed to be about in this country, but it is how “justice” works in Democrat ‘Merikkka.*

*The people in the white KKK hoods were all Democrats. The people who fought a Civil War to preserve their right to own slaves were all Democrats. The people who passed all those Jim Crow laws Democrats now weep crocodile tears about were all Democrats.

MONKEYPOX: On Monday, the CDC recommend that people go back to wearing masks when traveling because of monkeypox. The only U.S. cases have been among men who have had sex with other infected men, plus a few of the unfortunates who have had sustained contact with them and their belongings, because they share their households.

NEW JERSEY: The Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) has notified the New Jersey Secretary of State that the Jersey’s voter rolls contain tens of thousands of registered voters who have missing or fake biographical information. For example, nearly 2,400 active voters are allegedly more than 100 years old, including many who are a lot more based on their registered birth dates.

Even odder are the ones with birth dates that haven’t happened yet; are the clerks complicit or just stupid? In addition, more than 8,200 people are registered twice, 61 more are registered three times, seven more are registered four times, three more are registered five times, and one is registered six times.

It occurs to me that, if PILF can find this, then the people running the elections in NJ could find this. Oh wait, they’re all Democrats. Never mind.

OREGON: More than a year ago, Oregon became the first state in the nation to decriminalize possession of personal amounts of heroin, cocaine, methamphetamine, and other drugs. It’s been an utter failure.

Supposedly, drug treatment programs were going to be magically funded by tax revenue from the state’s legal marijuana industry, which didn’t happen. And, golly gee whiz, druggies didn’t much care. During the whole year, only 136 people entered treatment. Meanwhile, overdoses jumped by 700% in just one county.

And … this’ll shock you (not) … legalizing addictive drugs led to, can you imagine, a staggering increase in the amount of the crap dealers shipped into the state. Marijuana and oxy increased by more than 10 times; fentanyl increased by more than 20 times.

MARIJUANA: 90,010 lbs. seized in 2020 > 966,328 lbs. seized in 2021.

OXYCODONE: 1,189 doses seized in 2020 > 10,188 doses seized in 2021.

FENTANYL: 27,282 doses seized in 2020 > 482,111 doses seized in 2021.

BABY FORMULA: Rep. Kat Cammock says the Biden regime has been shipping pallets of baby formula to the border for months, where they are holding it in anticipation of the latest caravan coming from Mexico.

In better news, the Abbott Nutrition baby formula plant in Sturgis, MI, has finally reopened, nearly four months after the FDA shut it down. The closure of the plant was a central factor in America’s nationwide baby formula shortage.

CANCER: [7:31] – A small trial in which cancer patients were given monoclonal antibodies produced the first ever result of 100% remission in every patient.

EDUCATION: A Wisconsin judge has sided with parents who sued Kettle Moraine School District for hiding children’s “gender transitions” saying the rights of parents supersede those of school district administrators in determining what is best for their children. Evidence shows that 85-95% of children who are confused about their gender grow out of it if they are allowed to go through puberty normally.

VAXXX: A French study suggests that the vaxxx may have contributed to the emergence of a new type of sporadic Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD). CJD is a rare disease caused by an abnormal protein in the brain called a prion. Prions naturally occur in the brain and are usually harmless, but when they become diseased or misfolded, they will affect nearby prions to also become misshapen, leading to deterioration of brain tissue and death. The new form is more aggressive and rapid in progression than the traditional form. There is no treatment for either form.

GRAMMY NOTES: I’m blown away right now. A friend of our own Mama Buzz is at the Shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes and, get this, they had a video chat! Mama got to “walk” around the grotto area where Mary appeared to Saint Bernadette and where the healing waters still flow. What an incredible blessing for both of them. ❤

Be Perfect

Below is a link to the video showing the restoration of the little icon pictured above (before and after) with the translations of the inscriptions. If you watch it as a spiritual meditation, I think you’ll find that it goes far beyond just being an interesting look at an art restoration project.

I couldn’t help but think about God working on our souls as I watched the restoration. During the Sermon on the Mount, Jesus told us, “So be perfect, just as your heavenly Father is perfect.” – Matt 5:48. Thinking you’re a good person, because you haven’t done anything illegal or dastardly lately, is about as close to being perfect as this icon was at the beginning.

I spent quite a lot of time hunting down what the inscription means and I’m so glad I did! The letters on the top line, on either side of Mary’s halo, means Theotokos, which is Greek for Mother of God, the doctrine that Mary was not merely the uterine incubator, but Jesus’ true, physical mother.

The small letters on the right by Jesus’ halo are a Greek abbreviation for Jesus Christ. His pose with a book and two fingers raised, which is called Christ Pantokrator, represents His role as the All-Powerful, Omniscient One who “will come to judge the living and the dead.”

The hardest part for me to figure out were the letters on the left, above Mary’s shoulder. I finally deciphered it as being Greek for “The Mercy.” This reminds me of the last prayer of the Rosary that starts, “Hail Holy Queen, Mother of Mercy, Our life, our sweetness, and our hope.”

This provides such a beautiful balance to the Christ Pantokrator. I love how she presents Him to us with her right hand, while holding Him close with her left. Their big eyes and the expressions on their faces speak to me of how much they knew of what He would suffer.

In the conclusion of his encyclical Veritatis Splendor (1993), St. Pope John Paul II wrote, “Mary is Mother of Mercy because her Son, Jesus Christ, was sent by the Father as the revelation of God’s mercy (cf Jn 3:16-18). Christ came not to condemn but to forgive, to show mercy (cf Mt 9:13). And the greatest mercy of all is found in His being in our midst and calling us to meet Him and to confess, with Peter, that He is “the Son of the living God” (Mt. 16:16). No human sin can erase the mercy of God, or prevent Him from unleashing all His triumphant power, if we only call upon Him.”

I believe the Tribulation period may have started last fall and that we are most urgently in need of the guidance being offered by God through His seers and Bible teachers. Democrats want to ban anything that doesn’t require you to physically do something time consuming to your weapon to get the next bullet into the chamber. These include single shot pistols, double barrel shotguns, pump or bolt action rifles/shotguns, and historical guns, like breech loaders, used in military re-enactments.

MONKEYPOX: The CDC says there are 17 current cases of monkeypox in the U.S., sixteen of which are in men who had sexual relations with other men.

PRO-WHAT: The terms “pro-life” and “pro-choice” are essentially meaningless, which is why I prefer to identify as “anti-abortion.” There are people who identify as “pro-life”, like Joe Biden, who support abortion on demand up to natural birth. And there are people who identify as “pro-choice” who support sharp restrictions on abortion, such as allowing it only during the first three months. In addition, Gallup’s historical record shows that people’s identifications are heavily influenced by media coverage, suggesting they themselves don’t know what the terms mean.

In addition, True the Vote has given state lawmakers cell phone tracking data showing that certain individuals visited ballot drop boxes an average of 21 times. These people, believed to have been ballot traffickers, visited ballot boxes a total of 5,700 times.

Who needs to go more than once, or maybe if you’re going back for your elderly parents or something, twice? I don’t understand why ballot boxes are even a thing. I’ve been homebound by disability for decades and have always submitted my ballots through the USPS.

The plants recommended for treating the skin disease are calendula, mugwort, nettle, and geranium.

ELECTION FRAUD: Two Democrats in Arizona have been indicted for illegally harvesting ballots for their candidates in 2020. Alma Yadira Juarez has pleaded guilty to a reduced charge, while Guillermina Fuentes awaits her court date. She faces four felony charges, which include paying people to let her fill out their ballots.

Fuentes appears to have been the ringleader of a sophisticated ballot harvesting operation in San Luis. A former mayor of San Luis who now serves as an elected board member of the Gadsden Elementary School District, she is well known by the voters.

It’s interesting how hard the AP reporter (link below) worked to downplay the significance of this woman’s fraud. After Stacy and Hillary lost, Dems and their shills were positively SHRIEKING about election fraud. Now, “it never happens“, except when it does happen and then, “it doesn’t matter.” Kinda like Benghazi.

HYDE AMENDMENT: A group of 48 Senate Republicans sent a letter to Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer stating that they will vote to block any bill that doesn’t include the Hyde amendment or other pro-life protections. The Daily Caller reports: “In the letter, the lawmakers say any legislation that undermines the Hyde Amendment, which ensures that U.S. tax dollars are not spent on abortions, will be shot down. The lawmakers added that the Hyde Amendment has saved close to 2.5 million preborn children over the course of 45 years.”

FAUXTUS has claimed numerous times that the Second Amendment was never “absolute,” but always included prohibitions of certain weapons as well as limits on who could own them. That’s not even close to true. There were no restrictions on gun ownership until the 1930s.

We have a background check and disclosure process to try and prevent unstable or dangerous people from owning firearms. Disqualifying conditions include criminal convictions, dishonorable discharge from the armed forces, mental disorders, and narcotics abuse.

When Hunter Biden filled out his application for a handgun in 2018, he did not reveal his history of drug abuse. He got the gun and he handled it so negligently that his then-girlfriend tried to dispose of it, because she was afraid of what he’d do with it.

Hunter has never been charged. And since his dad has never pressed for his son to face justice, we can conclude that when he says “we must do more”, he does not mean “we must vigorously enforce the gun laws we already have.”

Under Biden, the ATF has been using minor clerical errors as an excuse to drive firearm retailers out of business. Since Dems stole control, federal firearm license revocations for retailers have increased 500% over previous years.

The NRA website has an article from October 27, 2019 by Michael D. Faw. It’s call “Truth About Good Guys With Guns” (link below). One interesting thing he notes is that rising numbers of gun sales has coincided with decreasing numbers of gun crimes.

Faw also reports that two studies, using different methodologies, estimated that guns are used in self-defense in America somewhere between 55,000 and 2.5 million times per year. “Even if the lowest number here (55,000) is the most-accurate, this would mean that Americans use guns to defend themselves at more than four times the homicide rate.”

The NRA website also has a regular feature called “The Armed Citizen” where stories about armed citizens stopping crimes are gathered. One example:

“On Saturday, Feb. 5, a person in Snellville, Ga., called police to say they had found a person lying dead in the street. Investigating officials were able to determine that the person had been shot after allegedly initiating an assault on a person in a parked vehicle. According to reports, a man was sitting alone in his car in a parking lot when he was approached by the other man who was armed and began assaulting him. The individual sitting in the car was also armed, however, and was able to defend himself, shooting the attacker. As of press time, no charges had been filed in the investigation. Officers noted that Georgia is a stand-your-ground state and allows for the use of force, including deadly force, in self-defense. (news.monroelocal.org, Monroe, Ga., 2/6/22)”

On a personal note, what Zeldin says about no consequences for making fake accusation in New York is true. We saw this up close and in person when a teen we had taken in was accused of “stealing” a soda. The clerk hadn’t seen it on the crowded-with-POS-crap counter and neither noticed the amount was off by 89 cents.

The manager call us and the teen went down immediately to pay for soda, but it turned out she had a grudge against this teen for accidentally outing the manager’s adulterous affair to her husband! So the manager insisted on pressing charges. The paper we got clearly said the value of the “stolen” item was 89 cents. The cop apologized to us, but had to fill out and file the report.

So Dearest had to take time off work, Teen had to take time off school, and her public defender had to show up in court FOUR SEPARATE TIMES, because the prosecutor couldn’t be bothered to even show up to either pursue the charge or dismiss it. That manager also NEVER had to show up or suffer any consequences AT ALL for her petty, mean-spirited, and costly action. Finally, the judge threw the case out in disgust.
