OKLAHOMA: Gov. Stitt has signed legislation into law that bans nearly all abortions after conception, and there are no exceptions for rape or incest. To put this into context and if you have the time, I recommend this video. D.C.: The bodies of five late-term, very dead fetuses were discovered at the abortuary of Dr. Cesare Santangelo, who does late term abortions.
