He had all his records sealed by court order before he started hi political career.Virtually nothing was known about him at the time and the media wasn’t about to tell anybody what he really was.As a student of Saul Alinsky he ruled for 8 miserable years,almost by fiat.It took almost the full first two years to shove Obamacare down the nations’ throat,even with majorities in both chambers.His arrogance would not allow him to accept someone else could be smarter than he was.Not his generals,not his finance experts,not his foreign policy people.He did what he wanted to,when he wanted,then he squeezed in some 300 rounds of golf and monthly vacation trips for he and his brood,all without a word of dissent from his willing accomplices in the press.
Now comes president-elect Donald Trump.Son of a millionaire,he studied business and went on to create an empire of his own.His life has always been an open book and he has no secrets.Unlike nearly every politician on the Hill who got a degree in political science before they went about getting elected to public office so they could get fabulously wealthy without ever actually accomplishing anything.We know everything about Trump,since he was thoroughly vetted before he ever ran for office.He tapped into the frustration and the rage of 60 million people who were tired of being preached to,ridiculed and burdened with onerous regulations that made life almost unlivable.
Unlike Obama,Trump has run businesses before,met payrolls and knows how to get the best bang for the buck.I’m confident he will surround himself with people who are capable of doing what must be done and getting results.Delegating responsibility is a basic tenet of running a successful company.One man had everything handed to him,had the full support of the entire radical left and never did anything to make the lives of ordinary(straight,white,Christians)any better.He made no secret of the contempt he held them in.
There is no way to gauge what kind of president Trump will be but he has the tools and the support to make this country great again.We’ll see soon enough what life will be like.At this point avoiding having to listen to the shrill cackling of pompous wanna-be queen is enough for me.

This is the solemn remembrance of all who serve or have served in defense of this country. It was first called Armistice Day and was designated so because the First World War ended on 11/11/18. The Armistice was signed at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month. No, I didn’t Google it, I already knew it. I am among the fortunate who were educated back when teachers taught and classrooms weren’t incubators for mind-numbed robots.
This is the day we honor our warriors, like Grunt’s son and Chrissy’s warrior princesses. I would like to recognize anyone who lurks here that has family serving. You have our undying gratitude for your strength, your courage, and your devotion to your country. I have always maintained that the left hates the military because they cannot comprehend a sense of duty and loyalty to something so precious people are willing to risk life and limb to preserve it. It’s called “guts.” They don’t understand it and never will.

As I was typing this it occurred to me. This is the 241st birthday of the Marines. What better gift could we have given them than a commander-in-chief they can be proud of? On Tuesday, faced with a choice between a highly competent if uncharismatic female candidate and the deranged distillation of the angry white male id, America chose the latter. (Or, at least, the Americans whose votes count most in the Electoral College chose the latter: Hillary Clinton won the popular vote.)
The fact that white women displayed so little gender solidarity is not that surprising; many women have always identified more with their race or religion than their sex. Near Trump Tower in Manhattan Tuesday afternoon, I saw a vendor selling buttons that read “Hot Chicks Vote Republican.” Women at Trump rallies donned shirts emblazoned with “Adorable Deplorable.” Given what our society values in women, it’s understandable that large numbers of women wouldn’t want to see themselves in someone reviled as shrill and unfuckable.

My memory is not so short that I’ve forgotten the way he treated the Tea Party members who were elected in 2010. How he bragged about destroying them. He’s the ultimate DC insider. When news broke that Scalia had died unexpectedly Feb. 13, McConnell stunned the White House by almost immediately releasing a statement declaring the Senate would block any Obama nominee to replace him on the bench.
“The American people should have a voice in the selection of their next Supreme Court Justice,” McConnell said in a statement less than an hour after the news of Scalia’s death broke. “Therefore, this vacancy should not be filled until we have a new President.”

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell hinted Wednesday that he doesn’t support the controversial idea of changing Senate rules to kill Democratic filibusters, and instead indicated that this move might be seen as an overreach by Republicans.
When Democrats ran the Senate, they changed the rules to allow for simple majority votes for judicial nominees, but not Supreme Court nominees, which can still be filibustered. But despite speculation that Republicans will take this next step, McConnell indicated some resistance to it when asked.
The option of ending filibusters on high court nominees has been raised because Republicans have blocked President Obama’s nominee, Merrick Garland, for months now. As a result, Democrats are expected to block Donald Trump’s nominee once he takes office next year, and some Republicans say another rule change is needed to ensure the nominee can get through.
There is much to do and not much time to get it done. In two years there will be another fight and nobody knows what the landscape will look like. Suffice to say Trump is no weak-kneed moderate pansy.

Tens of millions of voters cast ballots Tuesday for Hillary Clinton. Except for a relative handful of wealthy and connected people, nobody actually wanted to vote for her.
She is the most corrupt, compromised, dishonest, self-dealing, delusional and unlikeable candidate perhaps to ever run for president.
I used to wonder why President Obama would want to hand his legacy over to such fake and felonious monster. Then I realized that he doesn’t really care about anything but himself and for as long as she is around, people will miss him.
Anyway, Mrs. Clinton’s campaign was about everything and anything and, in the end, nothing.
In the Republican revolution, Mr. Trump gave voice to voters who have been ignored by GOP leaders for decades. He gave them a voice and together they changed the party’s stance on immigration, trade, economics, national security and globalism.
He uprooted and altered the very language the party spoke. The whispered tiptoeing of political correctness was slain.
The same revolution that exploded the Republican Party this year is still boiling inside the Democratic Party. Eventually, it will explode. And the longer it seethes, the more devastating the explosion will be.
