MY LIST OF RESENTMENTS

Posted by Pistol Pete

I had every intention of making this my last post.I was as heartbroken as any of you after the catastrophe of this week.I’d planned to divorce myself from politics and turn my computer into a solitaire game-playing machine.I was heartened by some of the comments that have been posted here the last two days and realized you don’t lose until you give up.You people have helped me through some extremely difficult times in my life and giving up would turn me into what I despise the most.It may be awhile until the sense of loss diminishes and the mourning period ends.Until then I’ve come up with an extensive list of things I resent.Consider this an open thread if you want to add anything you resent.

I RESENT

Being forced to see his vile countenance everywhere, smiling that chesire cat smile and lying openly, knowing half the populace will either believe him or don’t care and those who do care can’t do anything about it.He knows the press will never call him on it.

Him bellowing about bringing the parties together to work for the American people.I am fluent in Obamaspeak so loosely translated it means:I won again, you can’t do dick to stop me and you white motherfuckers can kiss my entire black ass.

His  porcine broodsow  issuing edicts on what wholly inedible foodstuffs our schools  must feed our children while she stuffs anything not moving in her cavernous maw.

Being regaled with her taxpayer-funded junkets around the world and the media swooning over how beautiful a camel can look in designer clothes.

Mia Love lost her bid for the House.

Allen West was redistricted out of his seat with the help of some voting chicanery.

That odiferous turd Alan Grayson is back.

Mourdock lost his Senate bid not so much because he said something sophomoric, but Dickless Lugar wanted payback for being primaried out.

Akin lost to a corrupt bitch in Missouri not so much because he stepped on his penis, but the GOP and Rove cut and ran leaving him to fend for himself against a filthy pig with abundant rescources.

Harry the Toad is trying to eliminate the filibuster so he can play the Keeper of the Realm.

The state of Israel is on its own since Barry would ask for a UN resolution of condemnation if Iran launched a nuclear attack. He has promised aid to Israel and we all know what his word is worth. He got 68% of the Jewish vote.

Hundreds of thousands of overseas military ballots arrived a day too late to be counted. They would have swung enough swing states to make Romney the president.

Three million white voters stayed home. The vote total McCain got in 2008 would have beaten Obama, who got two million less votes than he got in his first election.Maybe some were just tired of the mushy moderates we’ve had to swallow since 1988.Ron Paul voters are also suspect.

Our gallant military will be sliced to pieces by a CIC who openly despises them.

Veterans who have earned their benefits will be shown the back of Barry’s hand.

That gutless milksop John Boehner has already surrendered, telling Obastard he’s open to raising taxes in exchange for imaginary spending cuts everybody knows will never happen.

Tingles expressing his gratitude that Hurricane Sandy killed scores of people and destroyed millions of lives so his living god could look presidential and bipartisan thanks to governor Krispy Kreme. He can now spend the next four years cleaning his messiah’s sphincter with his tongue.

The day will come when we look back on when gas was $4.00 and refer to them as the good old days.

We were pushed over the cliff and into the abyss by dead-enders who have surrendered their dignity and self-respect in exchange for a life of Nanny Government giving them a lot of free stuff and making their decisions for them. They don’t give a damn about the deficit, taxes(they don’t pay any), unemployment(who wants to work?), health insurance(they get theirs free), or anybody that actually has skin in the game.

With our 2014 tax returns we will get a form to fill out listing any medical conditions you have, what medications you take and the name and contact information of your insurance carrier. If,like me,you have no insurance, you will pay a hefty fine and be placed in a government program.

The GOP-e is in the process of eliminating or marginalizing the Tea Party class of 2010 so they can go back to having circle jerk parties with the democrat buddies they split the taxpayer and lobbyist pies with.

My grandchildren may never have a good-paying full-time job or know what it’s like to be self-sufficient.

There will be another Republican president one day,but I may not live long enough to see it.I just wish I could see the country I love returned to a modicum of its former greatness before I lay my burden down for the last time.

If you have anymore feel free to post.I’ll be back sometime.

Brilliant MUST SEE Video About Conservativism!

I’ve got goosebumps. Seriously. Please watch and share!

CONSERVATISM IS CALLING [7:38]

This video was not paid for by anyone. It was made by a citizen with a computer and the courage of his convictions.

If the folks you talk to are still thinking Democrats care more about the poor, show them this video and ask one simple question:

“If the government goes bankrupt, how will the people who depend on government checks survive?”

Joe Biden is both a LIAR and a FOOL

This is what Biden said in full:

By the way, they talk about this great recession like it fell out of the sky – like, ‘Oh my goodness, where did it come from?’ It came from this man voting to put two wars on a credit card, at the same time, put a prescription drug plan on the credit card, a trillion dollar tax cut for the very wealthy. I was there, I voted against them. I said, no, we can’t afford that.

Leftists can quibble that he didn’t “lie” exactly, if you apply “I voted against them” ONLY to the last clause about tax cuts.

People with functioning brain cells can tell that’s a bunch of baloney. His statement obviously means:

Ryan voted FOR two wars, a prescription drug plan and a tax cut. I voted AGAINST them all.

But the record shows that he did vote for the two wars and the prescription drug plan.

As for the last one, while it is true he voted against it, the record shows he was foolish to do so.

Conversation with an Obama Supporter

[Saw this at facebook and wanted to share, because “Me” (not Chrissy me) did such an outstanding job of keeping it factual, not personal, and responding with historical data. Obot repeated typical DNC talking points; Me’s response is a model for the rest of us on this.]

Obot: The economy may not be all that great, but Obama stopped the bleeding from the mess that he inherited from Bush. He deserves 4 more years.

Me: Reagan inherited a bigger mess than Obama.

Obot: Obama inherited a depression and Reagan had a depression during his first two years in office.

Me: So you are admitting that Reagan turned around his economy in 2 years; yet Obama has had 4 years. Remember the landslide Reagan victory in 1984? What were those policies that Reagan implemented to cause that economic recovery? Tax Cuts.

Obot: Different times call for different measures. They didn’t work for Bush. Reagan wasn’t fighting 2 wars.

Me: Really? Tax cuts have worked every time they are implemented. During the 60’s with the Kennedy tax cuts; during the 80’s with the Reagan tax cuts and yes, even during the Bush years. Bush inherited a recession and then America got hit with 9/11/01. Our economy was hit with a double whammy. The unemployment under Bush never got as high as the lowest under Obama. In fact, by his own admission tax cuts work; he signed the extension of the Bush Tax Cuts in 2010 and during a Primary debate in 2008.

Charlie Gibson: “When the rate dropped, revenues from the tax increased; the government took in more money; and in the 1980’s when the tax was increased to 28%, the revenues went down. So why raise it at all?
Obama: “I would look at raising the Capital Gains tax for purposes of fairness”

Obama doesn’t look at taxes as a way to raise funds for the government, he looks at it as means of getting even with the rich.

As far as Reagan not fighting two wars; do you not remember the Cold War and how Reagan was instrumental in the fall of The Berlin Wall and the bankrupting of the U.S.S.R.?

[Conversation ended, because Obot dropped out. One hopes s/he was sufficiently gobsmacked by facts to need a time out to ponder, maybe even go look stuff up and LEARN the TRUTH.]

If the roof leaks, you don’t tear out the foundation!

But that’s what ObamaCare amounts to. In 2009, the huge majority of Americans were HAPPY with their health care choices and a solid majority did NOT want ObamaCare passed. The Democrat majority in Washington passed it anyway.

Yes, the health care system fails some, but these are “leaks in the roof” problems that Republicans had PLANS to address. Democrats yapped that Republicans had no plan, but that was just a blatant lie. Republicans proposed multiple health care reform bills in Congress that the Democrat majority REFUSED TO BRING TO A VOTE.

The Republicans plans did NOT involve the government taking control of the health care industry and taxing us all into oblivion. But that’s exactly what Democrats want … bigger government and higher taxes. Why? Because it concentrates all the power and money in THEIR hands.

If elected, Mitt Romney has promised to stop this wholesale demolition of the health care system that actually works well for most Americans. He wants to start over, look seriously at those Republican plans the Democrats ignored and pick the ones that look most likely to “fix the leaks.”

Obama SAYS he won’t raise taxes on middle class

Come January 1, 2013 … exactly 2 months and 14 days from today … EVERY home sale will have an addition 3.8% sales tax added to pay for ObamaCare.

Are you hoping to buy a home of your own where you can raise your kids and build up equity for your retirement? Good luck with that. This new tax is going to add $3,800 to every $100,000 in purchase price.  Whatever size house you can afford today will be out of reach for your budget after the New Year. http://www.gop.gov/blog/10/04/08/obamacare-flatlines-obamacare-taxes-home

Are you preparing to downsize your home and cash in on all those years of mortgage and maintenance to help pay for your golden years? Well, good luck with that. If you sell your home for $400,000, this new tax will steal $15,200 for Obama. http://www.gop.gov/blog/10/04/08/obamacare-flatlines-obamacare-taxes-home

Not tax the middle class? WHO IS HE KIDDING?!

He already has.

There is another tax hidden in ObamaCare that should concern anyone who personally opposes abortion. That tax is a one dollar per person annual fee that goes into a fund that does NOTHING but FUND ABORTIONS. Not “women’s health care” … ABORTION.  That’s right. No matter what your religious or moral position is on abortion, YOU will be FORCED to PAY to KILL unborn children.

Remember this … the majority of Americans OPPOSED ObamaCare BEFORE it was passed. The Democrat-majority House, the Democrat-majority Senate and the Democrat-controlled White House IGNORED the clearly stated wishes of the American people and PASSED IT ANYWAY.

Was this the “Hope” and “Change” you wanted?  To have a powerful government elite do what they please and then LIE to you about it?

Romney’s tax plan – The Reality and the Obamity

Two days ago, the Obama campaign blasted out another email claiming a report by Princeton economist Harvey Rosen says Romney’s tax cuts would require large tax increases on families making between $100,000 and $200,000.

Rosen says he has no idea how the Obama campaign “reached that characterization of my work.”

Sounds to me like a polite way of saying, “WTF did they come up with THAT?!”

According to Rosen himself (not Obama’s version of Rosen), the main conclusion of his study of Romney’s plan was that it could work just the way Romney says it would.

He also says the Tax Policy Center report, the one Obama referred to at the first debate, has three huge flaws in its assumptions.

(1) The TPC report assumes pro-growth tax reform can’t actually produce economic growth, when stimulating economic growth is the WHOLE POINT of the Romney tax cut plan.

(2) The TPC report assumes two tax expenditures worth $45 billion per year are not ‘on the table’ when they MOST DEFINITELY ARE.

(3) The TPC report assumes the costs of Obamacare are still in the budget, when Romney has been clear about REPEALING Obamacare.

Rosen says when you correct for these erroneous assumptions, Romney’s math checks out.

You can check the math yourself @ http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/check-math-romneys-tax-plan-doesnt-raise-middle-class-taxes_653485.html
