I'm a 60 something wife, mom and grandmom who is homebound/disabled by severe hypersensitivity to chemicals. I fill my days with learning, loving and art. My favorite values are truth, generosity and gratitude.
Democrats claim to be ALL about supporting women … except when they dump on conservative women. But that’s okay, because we all know that conservative women aren’t real women.
Remember back in 2010, Rep. Janis Baird Sontany (D-TN-3) said of female Republican legislators, “You have to lift their skirts to find out if they are women. You sure can’t find out by how they vote!”
I’m pretty sure that would now qualify as a transphobic remark, but she’s no longer in office, so nobody cares. Plus, Democrats don’t get canceled for stuff they said umpteen years ago before the rules all changed the way Republicans do. But I digress. Some twat defended Olbermann’s offensive dismissal of Barrett’s credentials with …
Riiight. Never mind that paralegals don’t even have licensing requirements. “In larger metropolitan areas, it’s quite common for employers to demand that paralegal candidates hold two-year degrees and a post-degree certificate or even four-year degrees in paralegal studies. On the other hand, in small firms outside the major metro areas, a basic entry-level pre-degree undergraduate certificate program might be acceptable for entry-level employment.”
And let’s just never mind that Justice Kagan’s career path hasn’t been much different than Barrett’s. Kagan was 50 years old while Barrett was 48 when they became Supremes. They both got their J.D.s at highly respected universities, clerked for two years (Circuit and SCOTUS), worked for private firms for a while, then went into teaching. Kagan also spent some years working as special counsel for then-Senator Biden and then-President Clinton, then later served as Dean of the Harvard Law School.
Barrett’s critics said she wasn’t qualified for the Supreme Court, because she had only been on the bench of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals for three years. But Kagan never served on any bench before being elevated to the highest one in the land. The closest she came was the 15 months she served as Obama’s Solicitor General, during which time, she argued six cases before the Supreme Court. But prior to that, she had never argued a single case in court.
2A: On Thursday, SCOTUS struck down a 108-year-old New York State gun law that required applicants seeking a concealed carry license to demonstrate a “proper cause” to do so. The vote was 6-3, a number we’ve seen a lot lately in this ideologically-divided court.
COVID-19: Remember when the World Health Organization (WHO) was leading the charge to silence anyone who suggested the ‘rona came from the Wuhan virology lab? Now, they’re admitting not only that it leaked after a catastrophic accident at the Chinese lab, but also that the virus itself was created with the aid of U.S. biotechnology.
END TIMES PROPHECY: [28:40] – I remember thinking, many years ago, “They’ll only find the true site of the Temple when the End Times come.” And here we are.
LAUNDRY: When Leo Robinson, pastor of Good Church in Flint, Michigan, realized his community’s biggest need was a laundromat, he set about converting the basement. “There’s no laundromat in a four-mile radius. Over 75 percent of our people in this area depend on public transportation, so you can only imagine taking all of your clothes, getting on the MTA to go to the laundromat to sit for three or four hours to do your laundry, and then come back on that bus route. That’s taking up most of your day.”
He also noted studies connecting limited access to clean clothes to lowered school attendance. “In our three-mile radius, … all [our] schools are struggling with absenteeism. All of them say a lot of the kids aren’t coming because of their dirty clothes. One counselor said that she takes kids’ clothes home herself to wash them. So I know it’s a big deal.”
Robinson currently has 8 machines, thanks to a donation of four washers and four dryers from Whirlpool, which he calculates will only be enough for 100 families. The need is a lot bigger than that. If you have any spare cash, https://www.gofundme.com/f/holbrook-avenue-church-of-god.
LIFE AFTER LIFE: [5:35] – In September 2019, Charlotte Holmes died for 11 minutes. She went to Heaven and Hell, then the Lord sent her back to tell us about it.
MAYRA FLORES [R]: CLICK https://www.facebook.com/watch?v=570435827765468 [9:34] to hear the newest member of Congress take her oath and make a statement. She is a Respiratory Care Practitioner who worked on the front lines during the pandemic; her husband is a border patrol agent and they have four children.
If Mayra were a Democrat, the media would be weeping with joy. But she’s not. She is very conservative, so her position as the first female, Mexico-born member of Congress representing a traditionally Democrat district in south Texas is a thorn in their sides. She is a Pro-Life, Pro-Second Amendment, and Pro-Law Enforcement.
PRO-ABORTS: On Sunday, pro-aborts smashed all 11 windows and three glass doors of the Lennon Pregnancy Center in Dearborn Heights, Michigan. They also spray painted pro-abortion graffiti on the wall. I’ve yet to hear any so-called pro-“choice” leaders condemn these attacks on organizations that do nothing but provide choices other than abortion.
PSA: This https://www.facebook.com/reel/559391559105114 is a Facebook Short that I think is meant to be funny. But really, it’s just dangerous. I was in the same room with a CRT when it imploded. Thankfully, the electron gun went between the other two people in the room. We found it on the floor about 16′ away; there was a dent in the wall about 10′ up. I’m guessing that between the weight and force, it could have easily killed anyone it hit. The two guys who were close to the thing were not wearing any protective gear, but did happen to wear glasses, so they didn’t get any shards of phosphor coated glass in their eyes. But they had to be treated for phosphor poisoning and were picking glass shards out of their skin for weeks. I was very, very lucky to have been standing directly behind one of them. I suffered only one very tiny scratch on my hair line.

Confession is a critical part of preparing ourselves to meet Our Lord. Sadly, there are many false beliefs that people hold about this beautiful Sacrament. Below are the five most common of these myths debunked.
Truth: This objection usually comes from Protestants who wonder why a person needs any more forgiveness if they’ve already put their faith in Christ. Thus, they see Confession as something separate from and additional to the grace of Jesus.
There are two problems with this objection.
First, the power of Confession depends entirely on the sacrifice of Christ. Christ earned infinite grace on the cross, and the Sacrament of Confession is one important way that grace is applied to an individual. In other words, Confession isn’t a source of grace separate from Christ, it’s an instrument for its application.
Second, this objection usually comes from a misunderstanding of the Christian life. Some Protestants think that after a person’s initial conversion, there is no more additional cooperation and growth in grace needed for salvation. The Catholic Church, on the other hand (following the Bible), teaches that the Christian life is one of continual conversion and growth in holiness by the grace of Christ.
Myth 2: Confession was invented by the Catholic Church and is not in the Bible.
Truth: This might surprise some people, but the core of the Sacrament of Confession is explicitly established by Christ himself in Scripture.
In the Gospel of John, after he has risen from the dead, Jesus appears to his disciples and this happens:
“Jesus said to them again, ‘Peace be with you. As the Father has sent me, even so I am sending you.’ And when he had said this, he breathed on them and said to them, ‘Receive the Holy Spirit. If you forgive the sins of any, they are forgiven them; if you withhold forgiveness from any, it is withheld.‘” (John 20.21-23)
Right there, Jesus explicitly gives his Apostles the power to give and withhold forgiveness of sins, which is the basis for the Sacrament of Confession. And the Church practiced this from the beginning.
According to the Catechism of the Catholic Church, the form we use today has not changed since the seventh century.
Myth 3: Confession is optional.
Truth: Confession is definitely not optional for Catholics. It is, in fact, required in two ways.
First, according to the precepts of the Church, all Catholics are required to go to Confession at least once each year.
Second, the Sacrament of Confession (or the desire thereof with perfect contrition), is necessary for salvation for baptized individuals in a state of mortal sin (cf. Council of Trent.)
So the Sacrament of Confession isn’t just a nice optional form of Catholic counseling if you want it. Rather, it is an essential part of being a practicing Catholic and attaining final salvation.
Myth 4: Confession is only for “really bad people.”
Truth: The previous answer to Myth 3 helps to correct this myth. If you are Catholic, you are required to go to Confession once a year anyway.
But most importantly, we are all sinners. As Scripture says, “If we say we have not sinned, we make him [Jesus] a liar, and his word is not in us.” (1 John 1.10) So if you don’t think you need the grace of Christ’s forgiveness, you may need to take a closer look at your spiritual life.
Myth 5: Confession is scary.
Truth: If someone has never gone to Confession, or hasn’t gone in a long time, they might expect that the priest will be shocked by their sins and react in a cruel or harsh way.
The experience of the vast majority of Catholics today attests that the opposite is the case. If anything, most priests are too easy. Priests have heard everything before (sin is common and boring), and they usually respond with some counsel and encouragement and then assign a very light penance (often simply saying a few prayers). Exceptions to this nowadays are rare.
So if you are a baptized Catholic, and haven’t gone to Confession for a while, you should go!
BORDER: Video clip from Jun 17, 2022 speech Donald Trump at the Faith and Freedom Coalition in Nashville, Tennessee contains a short list of what we believe and why we can not compromise with the morally bankrupt left. CATHOLIC: [1:02] – Sunday, June 19th was the Solemnity of The Body and Blood of Christ. Formerly known as the Feast of Corpus Christ, this is the special holy day when Catholics celebrate the Real Presence of Jesus’ Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity in the bread and wine of Holy Eucharist. It has been celebrated since 1264.
The homilies were supposed to be about the Eucharist. But the congregation at Old St. Patrick’s Church in the Archdiocese of Chicago did not hear any homily. Instead, they heard a “Gospel reflection” given by two homosexual men. And it wasn’t about the Eucharist, but about Pride Month and Father’s Day. The two speakers described as “miracles” their same-sex civil marriage and the adoption of two daughters, comparing those moments to the multiplication of the loaves and fishes in the Gospel reading.
Those men and the priest who set this up are facing some severe chastisement from Our Lord. Millstones come to mind.
EDUCATION: Thomas Sowell talks about one reason our schools are failing to educate. [4:48] – There has been a 9.4% decline in college enrollments since the spring of 2020, affecting private and public colleges, but not conservative religious colleges, many of which have seen record growth.
END TIMES PROPHECY: [3:23] – Gisella Cardia reports that, on June 7, 2022, Our Lady said to her, “My children, the war will continue and will take many countries. Pray for France and Italy; they will be those who will suffer many losses. Pray for America, because a good part of it will be erased. … Pray for those with closed hearts, that they may be saved during the Warning; the times are getting closer and closer. Pray, because even the worst of sinners could be saved before the King of Kings. Children, pay attention. Famine will spread quickly, as will other diseases to come. Children, never trade your soul for a piece of bread. Listen to my words. … Look at the climatic variations. From the strong heat, there will be strong cold. From the tornadoes, it will pass to the strong hail. Get used to the changes, because they will be many.”
HETERONORMATIVITY: Comments on Twitchy – “Do they realize that the word ‘heteronormativity’ is in and of itself a stereotype of the heterosexual community? Can we say that heterophobia is now a thing?”
“Most of the rainbow community don’t even agree with this, it makes them look bad, and they hate it.”
“Funny how they are as ‘mainstream as ever’ yet they never shut up about being oppressed and marginalized.”
JAPAN: A Japanese court has ruled that the country’s ban on homosexual marriage is constitutional. Japan is the only G7 country to resist legalizing same sex marriage.
MAINE: In a big win for religious rights, the Supreme Court voted 6–3 that a state tuition assistance program is unconstitutional. Fewer than half of Maine’s 260 school administrative units operate a public secondary school of their own, so the state provides tuition assistance for these students to attend private schools. The program even allows parents to use the money to send their kids to school in a foreign country. But it specifically excluded religious schools. The petitioners said the program violated the Free Exercise Clause and the Establishment Clause of the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution, as well as the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment. SCOTUS agreed.
NIGERIA: On Sunday, gunmen raided St. Moses Catholic Church and Maranatha Baptist Church, killing three Catholics and kidnapping more than 30 worshippers, most of them Baptists.
More Christians are killed for their faith in Nigeria than in any other country worldwide — at least 4,650 in 2021 and nearly 900 in the first three months of 2022 alone.
At the second link is a video, taken in mid-May, of approximately 50 kidnapped Christians that the Islamists are threatening to kill if they don’t get ransom money from somebody.
A priest told LifeSiteNews, “These things are happening every day, every week, every month, for years since the inception of this government of Muhammadu Buhari. In fact, he [Buhari] is the number one supporter, sponsor, and leader of Islamic terrorism as far as Nigeria is concerned.”
S&G: The billionaire Pritzkers of Illinois are using their Hyatt Hotel bucks to try and erase God’s dimorphic definition of sex in favor of “Synthetic Sex Identities (SSI).” The Pritzkers donate megabucks to hospitals that, surprise, surprise, offer “gender affirming” castration and mastectomy services. They also donate to educational efforts, from pre-K through college, to promote curricula that affirm their twisted gospel.
The Pritzkers are allied with transhumanists like Martine Rothblatt, creator of SiriusXM Satellite Radio and founder of a new religion called Terasem. Devotees look forward to a future where technology will extend their lives indefinitely. They say, “We are making God as we are implementing technology that is ever more all-knowing, ever-present, all-powerful and beneficent. Geoethical nanotechnology will ultimately connect all consciousness and control the cosmos.”
I remember people spouting nonsense just like this. The Tower of Babel and the launching of the Titanic come to mind. “Pride goeth before the fall” and all that. Cuz God is really not amused by His children flipping the bird at Him.
VAXXX: The study linked below found that the Pfizer and Moderna mRNA COVID-19 vaccines increased the risk of serious adverse events by more than they reduced the risk of COVID-19 hospitalizations.
WISCONSIN: All three Planned Parenthood facilities in Wisconsin have temporarily stopped scheduling abortions past June 25, in anticipation of Roe being overturned. Wisconsin has a law dating back to 1849 banning abortions that Governor Evers is trying to eliminate. If it remain in place, then preborn children will be protected in Wisconsin. However, Planned Parenthood is busy referring patients to abortion-friendly states nearby.
As I reported previously, the FDA and CDC are recommending the Pfizer and Modern vaxxxines for children as young as 6 months old. It beggars belief that they are even discussing vaxxxing kids, who are at near zero risk of getting anything more than a mild case and acquiring lifelong immunity from it.
But the White House and the CDC have both nodded sagely as they recommended the shots and assured us all that severe reactions to the vaxxx are exceedingly rare. So yeah, let’s all jab our babies. Or not.
On Sunday, the Vaccine Safety Research Foundation (VCRF) published a new poll about adverse reactions that, sadly, I found less than sterling. The first problem is the small sample size of only 501 respondents. The gold standard for polls is 1,000 individuals. It’s obvious that Pollfish’s methods are pretty much garbage, since they don’t even report the Margin of Error; good pollsters always include the MOE in their reports. I’m guessing Pollfish hasn’t got a clue what their MOE is.
Problem two is that reliable pollsters randomly select, as much as is practical, from among the population to which they wish to extrapolate. E.g., if they’re interested in voting projections, they will randomly select from among registered voters. Most often, this means they call phone numbers that were randomly selected by a computer program, then talk to the subset of telephone users who also answer their phones and who take the time to answer the survey questions. So, the poll results cannot really be extrapolated to the entire targeted population, but it’s as close as pollsters get most of the time.
By contrast, the VCRF poll wasn’t even close to being a random selection of American adults, because they just troll electronic devices with invitations to participate in their polls. I’d guess VCRF hired Pollfish, because it’s all they could afford.
Problem three is that the poll never asked, “Were you vaccinated?” Yet VCRF went ahead and had the 501 respondents answers adjusted upward, based on the fact that 23% of Americans refused the jab. But I see no reason at all to assume that people who refused the jab would even bother to respond to a poll whose first question is, “Were you injured by the COVID-19 vaccine?” In fact, I have a suspicion that people who were injured, or know and love someone who was injured were more likely to respond than those who have never seen any problems.
Because of problem three, I am reporting the raw results (rounded up or down just for simplicity). VCRF is reporting the higher, stratified results, which you can see at the pdf below. And given problems one and two, you probably need to take even the raw numbers with a grain of salt, albeit a fairly small one.
THE POLL
Q1: Have you or anyone in their household or your extended family been injured by the COVID-19 vaccine? YES 52% vs. NO 48%.
Questions 2 and 3 were answered by the approximately 260 people who answered YES to Question 1.
Q2: Did the injury require a doctor visit, a hospital stay, or both? YES: 89% vs. NO 11%.
Q3: Is the injured person still suffering today? YES 60% vs. NO 40%.
Question 4 was answered by the approximately 156 people who answered YES to Question 3.
Q4: If you answered YES to question 3, how seriously are you still being affected today? Only 17% said the injury was just a “minor annoyance.” The remaining 83% said the injury impacted their personal lives, made it impossible for them to work a full day or at all, and/or probably would shorten their lives. (The poll allowed “check all that apply” and the total number of answers is higher than the number of respondents who said they had been injured.)
Given that politicians and agencies that we know (a) have taken big bucks from Big Pharma and (b) lied to us repeatedly about anything and everything to do with the ‘rona, I’m inclined to believe that these numbers are significant, if only because they exist. Kinda like the VAERS numbers exist.
I mean, they’re telling us that serious adverse reactions are exceedingly rare. But if the percentages are at all valid for the American vaxxxed population, something like 44 million Americans had a reaction bad enough to go see a doctor and/or need hospitalization and 30 million who consider their injury to be somewhat-to-very problematic today.
It would be really easy to dismiss such big numbers, given that the government is saying they don’t exist and the media is refusing to report on them. But if vaxxx injuries really are a big nothingburger, then why do the social media platforms actively censor any discussion of them?
COVID-19: The White House’s COVID-19 response coordinator assured us it’s safe to jab the kiddies, because “there have not been any serious side effects of these vaccines.” Uhhhhhhh … I guess if you don’t count severe allergic reactions, blood clotting, heart inflammation, paralysis, or, you know, death as “serious”, then sure.
END TIMES PROPHECY: The video recounts a message that Luz de Maria says that St. Michael the Archangel gave her on June 12, 2022. The following is a brief summary: Surrender all your works and actions at all times to our King and Lord, Jesus Christ, in reparation for the offenses of humanity and for the salvation of souls. Unite in prayer so that the intensity of the great earthquake that will soon occur at the place where great tectonic plates converge will be diminished. Pray for Argentina, for Chile, for Central America, for the United States, for Japan, for Spain, for France.”
FAUXTUS: On Wednesday, CINO Joe issued an executive order giving the Department of Health and Human Services the lead role in ensuring that minors can undergo “gender transition” surgeries. The order pits the federal government against Republicans such as Florida Gov. DeSantis, who is seeking to ban Medicaid from funding transgender treatments.
“You can’t get a tattoo if you’re 12 years old. When they say gender-affirming care, what they mean a lot of times is you are really — you’re castrating a young boy, you’re sterilizing a young girl, you’re doing mastectomies for these very young girls. For these young kids, 80 percent of the cases resolve themselves as they grow up. And so you’re doing things that are permanently altering them, and then they’re not gonna be able to reverse that,” DeSantis said.
J6: Adam Schiff says he has evidence … EVIDENCE, I tell ya … that Donald J. Trump was directly involved in a conspiracy to destroy the United States. Will Schiff show it to us? Well, no. But don’t let his endless, totally debunked lies about Russiagate bother you. THIS time, he swears he’s totes for real.
PRO-ABORT: Jane’s Revenge vandalized a Minnesota Crisis Pregnancy Center for the second time in two weeks.
And pro-abortion activists with Rise Up 4 Abortion Rights gathered outside Justice Barrett’s home to dump baby dolls on the street, while wearing white pants dripping what I hope was fake blood out the crotches.
VAXXX: A new study tracked the fertility of 37 men for five months after they got the Pfizer jab. The averaged results showed a 22% decrease in sperm concentration during the first three months with a return to pre-jab levels by five months.
GRAMMY NOTES: I painted this a while back, but I just got it into a frame. It’s so cool how the frame and mat enhance the three dimensionality, making the flowers seem to come forward and the trees to recede further into the background.
CLICK https://www.facebook.com/reel/681828849579265 for LOL. This reminded me of a girlfriend who had a heavy breather calling her, so she read the Bible to him and he never called again.
ATHEISM: The most recent Gallup poll of Values and Beliefs (conducted from May 2 to 22) showed the highest number (17%) of atheists since Gallup began asking this question in 1944. Even more telling for “Are we in the End Times?” purposes is that the percentage of believers stayed above 90% from 1944 until 2013, when it first dipped below to 87%. This year, it dropped to 81%! Unsurprisingly, Gallup says that atheism is highest among liberals, young adults, and Democrats and lowest among conservatives and Republicans.
DISNEY: On June 2, members of the Polk County Sheriff’s Office and two municipal police departments posed as children on social media platforms, popular apps, and online dating sites. On June 17, they arrested 12 suspects on charges of soliciting children online. One was a Disney employee. Make that another one was a Disney employee. I’ve lost track of how many they’ve rounded up so far. It makes sense that so many of these pigs choose to work at Disney; pedos are drawn to places where kids congregate. But I can’t help wondering if the pro-perversion climate at Disney isn’t also a contributing factor.
END TIMES PROPHECY: [4:34] – St. Pope Pius X reported after a vision, “What I have seen is terrifying. … The pope will leave Rome and, in leaving the Vatican, he will have to pass over the dead bodies of his priests.” Later, he had another vision, “I have seen one of my successors of the same name who was fleeing over the bodies of his brethren. He will take refuge in some hiding place, but after a brief respite, he will die a cruel death. Respect for God has disappeared from human hearts. They wish to efface even God’s memory. This perversity is nothing less than the beginning of the Last Days of the world.”
St. Pope Pius X’s birth name was Giuseppe, which is Italian for Joseph. One of the two living popes, Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI, was also named Joseph. (Pope Francis was named Jorge, or George.)
INVASION: [8:28] – We’re not the only nation under siege.
MICHIGAN: Ryan Kelley is the Republican candidate in the up-coming gubernatorial race. You remember his opponent, the incumbent Governor “Jackboot” Whitmer [D] who had people arrested for shopping in the wrong aisles at Wal*Mart, while repeatedly flouting her own pandemic mandates.
Whitmer’s problem is that Michiganders prefer Kelley so … surprise surprise, suddenly the feds have arrested and charged him with having participated in the Jan. 6 breach of the Capitol 18 MONTHS AGO.
And, to add insult to injury, a judge has just ruled that he has to surrender his guns and his passport while he awaits trial on misdemeanor charges. I guess we should be glad he hasn’t been denied bail and tossed into solitary confinement, seeing as how I’m sure Gretchen would prefer he weren’t free to campaign.
TRANS: The governing body for international swimming has approved new policies for transgender swimmers that will go into effect starting on June 20. The only biologically male swimmers who will be allowed to compete in women’s events will be those who had puberty suppressed before age 12 and have maintained serum testosterone levels below 2.5 nmol/L.
When examining this graph, please keep in mind that the red columns on the bar graph do not represent Republican spending. They represent the worst years for increased federal spending – i.e., red ink.
The less worse years are orange and the least worse years are black. There aren’t any good years, because Congress has been deficit spending since before 1930, when the full graph (link below) begins.
To reveal Nancy’s Big Fat Lie, compare the balance of red and orange columns with the predominance of blue Ds. Especially note that where Pelosi wants to take credit for the black bars during the latter Clinton years, those budgets were the work of an all Republican Congress under the leadership of Newt Gingrich.
As for her absurd claim that they reduced spending under Obama, puh-leeze. The increases were astronomical and did not slow down until Republicans got some traction in Congress.
1A: In a chilling move, the New York County Supreme Court has ruled that Yeshiva University must formally recognize an LGBT student group. The court’s decision is based on its judgment that the Jewish school is not a “religious corporation.”
“The court’s ruling violates the religious liberty upon which this country was founded,” a university spokesperson said in response. “The decision permits courts to interfere in the internal affairs of religious schools, hospitals, and other charitable organizations. Any ruling that Yeshiva is not religious is obviously wrong. As our name indicates, Yeshiva University was founded to instill Torah values in its students while providing a stellar education, allowing them to live with religious conviction as noble citizens and committed Jews. While we love and care for our students, who are all – each and every one – created in God’s image, we firmly disagree with today’s ruling and will immediately appeal the decision.”
2A: The knee jerk move to outlaw guns ignores a couple of factors – One, 97.8% of mass shootings occur in “gun-free zones.” Two, while depression rarely results in violence, antidepressants (which many mass shooters have been shown to be on) are well-known for their ability to cause suicidal and homicidal ideation and violence. “Only after antidepressants became commonplace did mass shootings take off, and many mass shooters have been shown to be on antidepressants.”
BACK THE BLUE: I saw this on FB – “I was driving up 75, and saw the trooper in the turnout … checked my speed, oh I’m good. A few minutes later, I see a dog in the ditch by one of the signs for exit 20. She looked bad. I was in left lane, heading to an appointment, and was torn. I decided I would go back southbound and risk a ticket by going to the turnout.
“I turned in and the trooper was still there! Yay! He rolled down his window and said ‘yep! I’m here; to which i told him about the dog and I didn’t want a ticket, but if I could help that dog, it was fine by me. He just asked where the dog was and was on his way! I followed and we found her. Still there, panting like she was fixing to die.
“That trooper dumped his jug of koolaid out and fashioned a water bowl for her. Then poured a couple bottles of water. The dog was scared of him, but frozen in weakness. She sniffed the water, then realized this kindness was for her! She drank that water down in minutes! And the trooper went and got her some more, plus a little debby. She watched him warily the whole time. She sniffed his hand, but was still wary.
“Next thing, he goes to his vehicle and gets a chair and an umbrella. Telling me he will stay here until she trusts him, so he can get her to a shelter, or take her home.” – Kaye Fiorello
BIDENFLATION: [2:59] – Michael Knowles outs one of the lies the White House is spewing.
BIG PHARMA: Big Pharma corporations has shelled out millions of dollars to finance electoral campaigns and lobby the federal government. Both sides of the aisle benefit, but the majority of donations go to Democrats.
And in 2020, when government was actively voting for taxpayer funded and coercive ‘rona jab, at least 75 federal legislators were holding stock in the three companies producing the vaxxx – Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, or Pfizer. Legislators also traded stocks in other pandemic-related corporations, including makers of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and non-vaccine treatments. However, it is unclear to what extent any of them know what stocks their financial advisors buy or sell on their behalf.
ELECTRIC VEHICLES: These two graphics popped into my feed and it got me googling. Here are just a few factoids I came across that should make people pushing universal EVs pause.
First, it seems that poor black children are still being used to mine toxic minerals for use in tony electric car batteries.
Second, while the CAT fuel figure appears to be a gross exaggeration, the point the graphic is making is valid. Still, not getting the facts right means the Left can just point at the error and ignore the point. They do enough lying for everybody; let’s not be a part of the problem.
Third, Fourth, Fifth, etc. … there are significant environmental problems associated with the “Green New Deal” plan to switch everything to electric. For example, a proposed lithium mine in Nevada would require strip mining 20 to 30 million tons of earth per year, using heavy, fossil-fueled equipment. The lithium would then have to be extracted using sulfuric acid, which the highly corrosive, toxic, and flammable. They estimate that bringing in enough sulfuric acid would require 75 tractor-trailer loads per day, so add that much more fossil fuel burned, plus the damage and clean up costs for the occasional spill from an overturned truck to the “clean car” equation.
And that’s just one mine that isn’t even built yet. An article linked below says, “I figure that electrifying all U.S. cars and trucks in two decades, as envisioned in GND scenarios, will demand the continuous lithium output of three to five Thacker Pass mines. Powering ‘utility-side’ grid-smoothing batteries will require still more. How much, I do not know. An extensive literature search turned up not a single statement of the quantity of lithium needed per gigawatt-hour, say, of electricity storage — an indication, perhaps, of the alienation of Green New Dealers and energy scenario-spinners alike from the physical implications of their intentions.”
END TIMES PROPHECY: [12:44] – Forty-four million people in 38 countries are currently at emergency levels of hunger. Dr. John Campbell explains why it’s going to get worse and that mass hunger and famine could last for years.
“When [the Lamb] broke open the third seal, I heard the third living creature cry out, ‘Come forward.’ I looked, and there was a black horse, and its rider held a scale in his hand. I heard what seemed to be a voice in the midst of the four living creatures. It said, ‘A ration of wheat costs a day’s pay, and three rations of barley cost a day’s pay. But do not damage the olive oil or the wine.’” – Rev. 6:5-6
FLORIDA: Unlike some politicians I could name, Gov. DeSantis (43) has not enriched himself at the public trough. His net worth is $318,987 and he still has $21,284.92 in student loans. When he was U.S. Representative from Florida’s 6th District, he earned $174,000/year. Now, as Florida’s Governor, he earns $134,181/year. He and his wife own no property and do not trade individual stocks.
GROOMER: A few months ago, a teacher in Hawaii tweeted his opinion of supporters of the Florida Parental Rights in Education law. Last week, he was arrested for having had sexual encounters with a 13-year-old former student, for recording said encounters, and for sending the photos and videos to a pervy friend. Methinks his statement about projecting was him projecting.
IOWA: This week, the state’s Supreme Court ruled that the state constitution does not guarantee a right to abortion. The move, which overturned a 2018 ruling by the same court, allows the Republican-controlled Iowa General Assembly to move forward with plans to restrict, or possibly entirely prohibit, abortions in the state.
J6: Never forget that, for all of the eight months before January 6, 2021, Democrats cheered rioters.
MEDIA: [:37] – In yet another example of jerknalist hypocrisy, CNN’s Chris Cillizza dismissed Biden’s bike fall with a single tweet. “Been there.” So have I (see Toe Clips below). But let’s just look at the 19 paragraphs Cillizza had to say when then-POTUS Trump walked slowly and carefully down a ramp.
Trump claimed the ramp was very slippery; Cillizza sneered that “the weather was dry.” I’ve heard Trump talk about this. The problem was that the ramp was smooth metal and he had on brand new leather-soled shoes. So yeah, I’ve been THERE too … and landed in the ER with a twisted ankle.
“The President turned 74 on Sunday. He is the oldest person ever elected to a first term in the White House.” Well, he was until Slow Joe took office. We’ll skip the part about how Joe (79) wasn’t actually “elected” per se. Oh wait, no we won’t.
“We know less about Trump’s medical history than any previous modern-day president.” Except maybe Slow Joe, who refuses to take a cognitive exam and has tripped and fallen several times climbing the stairs to Air Force One.
But yeah, let’s ignore the toe clips, Chris, cuz anyone who has used them has probably fallen over at least once. But let’s not ignore the fact that a 79-year-old weekend biker shouldn’t have had them on his pedals in the first place. They’re for racing. Period. My bike came with them and I didn’t question it until I fell. Then I took them off.
S&G:[15:26] – CLICK https://rumble.com/v18sooo-drag-queen-goes-off-on-woke-liberals-taking-children-to-drag-shows.html [2:18] to hear a drag queen speak truth. “Keep your kids at home. Drag is an adult thing, okay?” I have yet to see any drag performance that involved anything approaching real talent or skill or beauty. Like “she” says, it’s all about makeup, sex, drugs, nudity, and moral filth.
SOUTH DAKOTA: “Abortions have stopped in South Dakota. We have prayed for this day, and now it is here. Now, we must redouble our focus on taking care of mothers in crisis. Help is available for you. Adoption is an option. You are never alone.” – Governor Kristi Noem (@govkristinoem), June 16, 2022
TOE CLIP: [A free subscription to PoliNation to the first person to get the movie homage] – So, about Joe Biden falling off his bicycle while standing still … I’ve done this too. Those damn toe clips are a menace. Racers need them for the extra oomph, because they allow each leg to propel on the up as well as the down strokes. But for casual biking, nope. He definitely should NOT have had them on his pedals.
WHITE SLAVES: [4:24] – Thomas Sowell reveals that slavery wasn’t limited to Africans. “When the roles were reversed, Africans did not treat Europeans any better than Europeans treated Africans. Neither can be exempted from moral condemnation.”
“My husband got a new grill for Father’s Day and to establish his dominance over all the other neighborhood dads he took the huge box with the picture on it to the curb even though our trash won’t be picked up for days. — Lady Lawya (@Parkerlawyer)”
