FAUXTUS: On Thursday, he told the Democratic National Committee that Dems “have a record to be incredibly proud of … a message that resonates: Build a better America. Now we have to do the work. J6 COMMITTEE: The Dems’ intentions were clear from the start, when Pelosi only allowed two NoTrumpers to sit on the committee – Reps. Liz Cheney and Adam Kinzinger. Since then, they’ve done everything possible to find dirt on Republicans, while carefully ignoring their own filth.

On Wednesday, the Republican National Committee filed a lawsuit against Nancy Pelosi, the January 6th Committee, and its Members, to stop the committee from “unlawfully seizing confidential information about the internal activities of the Republican Party and millions of its supporters which is completely unrelated to the attack on the Capitol. Nancy Pelosi and the Committee have weaponized Congress’ investigatory powers by issuing this staggeringly broad subpoena which tramples on core First Amendment rights of the RNC and millions of Americans.

COVID-19 Update

WATCH THIS FIRST: [23:16] – Dr. John Campbell, known in the U.K. for his public support of ivermectin as a medically proven, effective early treatment for Covid-19, analyzed some of the latest document dump concerning the safety and efficacy information that Pfizer provided to the FDA prior to the FDA granting the Pfizer vaxxx emergency approval. He’s really good at clarifying this stuff.

WATCH THIS ONE SECOND: [17:09] – Again with Dr. John Campbell, this time looking at the deliberate exaggeration of the COVID-19 death numbers.

FEAR MONGERING:In 2019, the U.S. death rate from heart disease was 4.6%. That is 20 times greater than the death rate from COVID-19. Yet all those gummint agencies mandating and lobbying and censoring and suppressing ‘rona information have paid no attention to known heart disease risk factors.

IVERMECTIN: A recent study found this inexpensive drug to be effective of ten drugs, producing the lowest clinical presentation and hospital admission rates across all variants.

VAERS: On Friday, the CDC released VAERS data on the experimental gene therapy shots that are inaccurately labeled “vaccines.” Between Dec. 14, 2020, and March 4, 2022, there were 1,168,894 reports of adverse events, including 25,158 deaths and 203,888 serious injuries, across all age groups. Keep in mind that there is no incentive for anyone to submit reports to VAERS, so these numbers represent a FRACTION of the real damage this evil has done.

CDC: CLICK https://twitter.com/akheriaty/status/1499938905327476737 [:45] to see a clip from a recent interview in which CDC Director Rochelle Walensky admits, while giggling, that “we had perhaps too little caution and too much optimism” about the vaxxx.

MASSATWOSHITS: The Dems running this deep blue state have noticed two things lately. One, they’ve been seriously overcounting ‘rona deaths. And two, the midterms are coming. What a coinkidink!

NEW JOISEY: I’ll not belabor the whole safe/effective thing again. I just want to mention my skepticism about the possibility of reinfection, which is based in part on reports I’ve read about people having antibodies from SARS-COV-1 or from previous coronavirus colds having shown themselves to be resistant to COVID-19 in all its variants. Similarly, people who had authentic cases of SARS-COV-2 early on have shown themselves to be resistant to reinfection from variants.

In addition, the COVID-19 tests have been frequently criticized for being too sensitive and showing positive results when the infection is some other virus. This last is backed up by the utterly bizarre “fact” that during the height of the pandemic, somehow or other nobody got the flu!

I strongly suspect that folks who think they’ve gotten the ‘rona twice have actually had at least one bout of flu or possibly a coronavirus cold. FYI: Colds can be caused by any one of about 200 viruses, including rhinoviruses, coronaviruses, adenoviruses and enterviruses.

Ukrainian Genocide

At the entrance to the Kiev Memorial Park, there is a sculpture of a very thin girl with an extremely sad look, holding several classes of wheat in her hands. Behind her, you can see the Candle of Remembrance monument that marks the Holodomor.

In 1919, Ukraine was pressured into joining the Soviet Union. Ukrainians, who then considered themselves a Central European nation like Poland, not an Eastern European nation like Russia, were trying to restore Ukraine’s independence and resisted.

Not wanting to lose control of Europe’s main source of grain, Stalin stole the land and its produce, leaving the nation that produced the most wheat in Europe without a crumb of bread.

Between 1932-1933, starvation killed between seven and ten million people, more than the Jews during World War II. At the peak of the Holodomor, 24,500 Ukrainians died every day. People were literally starving to death on the streets. Stalin then settled the emptied Ukrainian villages with Russians.

Today, 28 countries around the world classify the Holodomor as a genocide.

BORDER: The Democrats’ $1.5 trillion omnibus legislation would provide funding for border security in eight foreign nations—many of whom are U.S. adversaries—while providing no new money for security along the U.S. border.

COVID-19: During a Zoom session with other doctors, Dr. Joseph Fraiman, an emergency room physician in New Orleans, Louisiana, apologized for criticizing proponents of the Great Barrington Declaration. GENDER: “But most important, by far, is assignment of the organ brain at birth. Many of my progressive friends behave as though this organ should have been a gall bladder. (A gall bladder may reduce the diarrhea flowing from apertures near the brain, such as the mouth.) Following her organ-affirming operation, my friend will be a trans-organ person, more specifically, a person with a gallbladder in her head, or, if the gall bladder was accompanied by stones, as is often the case, she will be a person with rocks in her head.”

JUSSIE SMOLLETT: Last December, a jury found him guilty of five of the six felony disorderly conduct counts he faced, one for each time he was accused of lying to police. On Thursday, he was sentenced him to 30 months of felony probation, including 150 days in the county jail. Smollett was also ordered to pay restitution of $120,106 to the city of Chicago, and a $25,000 fine. The judge denied a request to suspend the sentence, and ordered that Smollett be immediately placed in custody. Smollett continues to insist he’s innocent and shouted repeatedly, “I am not suicidal.”

LENTEN MEDITATION: [8:08] – Re: walls that have kept us from even communicating – I’m a devout Catholic who was led to a personal relationship with Jesus by a Baptist. I have also taught RCIA (classes for those wishing to enter the RCC, often from other Christian traditions). So I’m very familiar with the similarities and the differences between various Christian denominations.

Back in the late 90s, when I was new to the ‘net, AOL had some Christian chat rooms that I tried visiting under different screen names. If I came in and talked about my Catholic friend who loves Jesus, I could have a great conversation with the others, telling them what “my Catholic friend” said about what “she” believes. BUT if I came in as a Catholic who loves Jesus, I would immediately be bombarded with the usual litany of supposed errors my church teaches, all of which she was teaching from Apostolic times until now.

The best experiences I’ve had with non-Catholic Christians have been when we had time to get to know one another in some non-denominational context. After they got to know me, they’d often get around to asking, “You seem to be a Christian the way I understand Christianity. What’s the deal with [Purgatory, Mary, etc.].” And then I’d get to explain and, universally, the response would be, “I never thought of it that way. I don’t agree, but I see how you can be a Bible-believing Christian and a Catholic at the same time.

PROJECT VERITAS: [4:38] – The undercover video trended on Twitter, particularly the part when Rosenberg said the FBI was involved on January 6. Twitter suspended the accounts that posted it.

In the second part of the video, Rosenberg mentions the Steele dossier and “the ridiculous pee pee tape that, of course, doesn’t exist.

When PV confronted Rosenberg with his remarks, he said, “Will I stand by those comments? Absolutely.”

RELIGIOUS LIBERTY: [4:02] – Sister Deirdre Byrne, M.D., is suing the District of Columbia over being denied a religious exemption from the vaxxx mandate. In addition, she has natural immunity.

UKRAINE: [6:55] – LifeSiteNews reporters Tim Jackson and Michael Hogan traveled to the Polish-Ukrainian border to record their stories and encourage the financial and prayerful support for these victims of war.

VAXXX: Gregory Poland, MD, director of the Mayo Clinic’s Vaccine Research Group in Rochester, Minnesota, was driving back from the hospital after receiving his second COVID shot when he nearly veered out of his lane. “It was like someone suddenly blew a dog whistle in my ear.” Poland says the ongoing ringing in his ears has been relentless and life-altering. He believes there may be hundreds of thousands, maybe millions of fellow sufferers around the world.

In other news, a North Carolina war veteran who was denied a kidney transplant because he had chosen not to take the COVID-19 jab will now receive a kidney at a hospital in Texas where there are no COVID vaccine requirements for transplant patients.

APPROVALS: A WSJ poll found Republicans are currently up 9 points among Hispanics and up 27 points among Black voters.

ELITIST HYPOCRISY: As they lecture us to buy electric cars and force us to wear masks on airplanes …

VFAUXTUS: When asked, “How long should we be bracing for this historic inflation and some unprecedented gas prices?“, Number Two Clown said, “In terms of the discussions that President Iohannis and I had, they ranged in subject including the issue of the Black Sea and I’ll let him explain in more detail as he would like. Uh, but, we are, again, fully aware and apprised because we are in constant communication with the president with his administration here, about the concerns that they have about the entire region and frankly about the vulnerability. Another gem @ https://twitter.com/stillgray/status/1501952043699040256 [:16] that Ian Miles Cheong satirized as, “I’m standing, here, in front of you, at a podium, at an event, reading my notes, looking at you, the audience, who’s also in this room, right here, with me, in this place.

I’ll spare you the clip for this one: “The UN has set up… a process… by which there will be… a review and inestigations and we will, of course, participate as appropriate and necessary.

We all watched (shrugs) the televison coverage… of just yesterday. That’s on top of everything else… we know and don’t know yet… based on what we’ve been able to see. And because we’ve seen it or not doesn’t mean it hasn’t happened…

But just limit it to what we have seen… pregnant women going for healthcare… being injured by… I don’t know, missiles, a bomb? In an unprovoked, unjustified war… where a powerful country is trying to take over… another country. Violate its sovereignty, its integrity, for the sake of what? Nothing that is justified or provoked?

Absolutely there should be an investigation, and we should all be watching! I have no question the eyes of the world are… on… this war… and what Russia has done in terms of this aggression and these atrocities. I’ve no doubt.”

CANADA: Welcome to the New World Order where truth is fungible and morality is whatever advances the Left’s political agenda.

When he took off his mask to comply, she had him evicted from the airplane for not wearing a mask! It turns out she was totally lying when she said the company had a policy against the slogan on his shirt. It doesn’t have any clothing policies beyond the mask thing. I wonder if she would’ve had a problem if the shirt had said “F*** Trump.”

ELECTRIC VEHICLES: The Left’s facile “solution” to high gas prices is “just buy electric cars” totally ignores a whole range of economic and environmental issues. Just one of these is the availability and cost of lithium, which is an essential component in EV batteries.

For example, claiming that EVs are supposed more “green” ignores the fact that the world’s limited supply of lithium is buried deep in the earth’s core, where it is difficult to mine. In fact, lithium mining is similar to coal mining, oil drilling, and fracking, all of which the enviro-left consider unacceptable.

In addition, while the price of lithium is currently fairly low, if demand increases, we can expect that to change, possibly by a whole heckuva lot. When the price of lithium goes up, so will the cost of manufacturing lithium-ion batteries and subsequently the purchase price of the vehicles that use them.

GAS PRICES: FAUXTUS refers to the high prices at the pump as “Putin’s price hike.” Ron DeSantis has a more accurate name: “Bidenflation.

CLICK https://twitter.com/EWErickson/status/1501693602124255237 [2:14] to see a montage of Biden’s hostility to American fossil fuel production.

And just FYI … that oil he magnanimously released from our emergency reserve? Back when oil prices were at rock bottom, because U.S. production was sky high, TRUMP bought it to replace the oil Obama had released and never put back.

LENTEN MEDITATION: My whole strength lies in prayer and sacrifice; these are my invincible arms; they can move hearts far better than words.” St. Therese of Lisieux

LOCKDOWNS: A new CDC report highlights the high cost kids paid to keep them “safe” from a virus that poses little risk to them. Pediatric emergency room visits due to mental health conditions skyrocketed during the pandemic. From March 2020 to October 2020, pediatric ER visits for mental health conditions increased 24% among kids ages 5 to 11 and 31% among adolescents ages 12 to 17. Among adolescent females, the number of ER visits for eating disorders doubled.

Even worse, the lockdowns didn’t work. Two new studies conclude that they “had little to no effect on Covid-19 mortality” and “should be rejected as a pandemic policy instrument.

MASKS: A retrospective study of school children in Catalonia, Spain, from Sept. 13, 2021, to Dec. 22, 2021, showed that kids who were not required to mask had a lower incidence of COVID-19 than did those who were required to mask.

NEW YORK: I must’ve missed the memo about how my sucky state legalized recreational marijuana use. But one of my alert readers tipped me off to the Dems’ super duper plan to give cannabis retail license priority to those who have been disproportionately impacted by the enforcement of marijuana prohibition, which includes individuals convicted of a marijuana offense before its legalization on March 31, 2021, and the relatives of convicted individuals (parents, guardians, children, spouses and dependents).

PEOPLE’S CONVOY: CLICK https://rumble.com/vwvr6s-real-america-dan-ball-w-oans-stefan-kleinhenz-u.s.-trucker-convoy-update-38.html [5:55] for an OANN update.

PEST CONTROL: The EPA has approved the use of genetically engineered Aedes aegypti mosquitoes in certain areas of California and Florida. The Aedes aegypti, whichcarries diseases like dengue fever, yellow fever, and the Zika virus, was first detected in the U.S. in 2013 and has been spreading ever since. The modified mosquitoes are males carrying a gene that is lethal to offspring. It will be great if this works, because chemical pest control harms the pollinators we really need.

TRANS: Gender activists are deeply anti-woman.

UKRAINE: [4:37] – Major Archbishop Sviatoslav Shevchuk of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church talks about the impact of the war on civilians, thanks those taking in refugees and sending humanitarian aid, and says people have told him they have seen “luminous angels” over the country. He believes Kyiv’s patron, St. Michael the Archangel, as well as the the whole Heavenly Host, fight alongside the Ukrainians.

COVID and Chiropractic Care

This article by Robert Curry is reproduced in full here, without apology to American Thinker, which has removed at least two important articles I’m aware of … and I’m not even a regular reader!

If you have been troubled by the rapidly declining claims for the efficacy of the COVID vaccines and boosters or by the rapidly rising reports of problems with the vaccines and the boosters, you might be interested to know how it came about that COVID did not panic chiropractors.  It’s a fascinating story, and I was privileged to learn it firsthand.

I enrolled in chiropractic college just in time to get a powerful lesson in one chapter of that amazing story.  A contingent of students who had completely recovered from childhood polio under chiropractic care enrolled around the same time I did.  They were in my class and in classes before and after my class.  To hear their stories of what chiropractic adjustments had done for them became part of my chiropractic education.  They helped me in another way, too: their conviction about the power of chiropractic adjustments helped me make the transition from a student to a doctor capable of meeting the enormous challenges of chiropractic practice.  They were inspired and determined to be great chiropractors, and they inspired me, too.

The old-timers, just then passing out of the profession, had similar tales about an earlier epidemic.  Chiropractic, officially born in 1895, was still very new, and there were few chiropractors when the Spanish Flu hit in 1918.  But chiropractic adjustments worked for victims of the Spanish Flu just as they were later to do for polio victims.  Medicine had little to offer, so people tried chiropractic, and those who did spread the word.

This is when political medicine discovered chiropractic and set out to strangle it in the crib.  You have not read about chiropractic and polio, and you won’t read about chiropractic and the Spanish Flu elsewhere, either, but I learned about it, as we say, from the horse’s mouth.  I met senior chiropractors who had gone to jail for practicing chiropractic, men whose sacrifices paved the way for the much easier path my classmates and I were to travel.  All of those heroic pioneers I met were inspired by their personal knowledge of the complete recovery of victims of the Spanish Flu who were fortunate enough to be treated by chiropractors.

Chiropractic did not then and does not today have a treatment for the Spanish Flu or for polio.  Chiropractic does not treat conditions.  The aim of chiropractic is always the same — restoring the patient to health by means of chiropractic adjustments.  The purpose of chiropractic adjustments is to enable the patient’s natural healing response.

In my first year in practice, one of my patients showed up for his appointment in terrible anguish.  He had just been told that his girlfriend had only hours to live.  She was in a coma and in intensive care at the nearby hospital.  I was listening to his outpouring of grief when he suddenly asked me if I thought I could help.

Later that day, an ambulance pulled up in front of my office.  The young woman was brought into the office on a gurney.  She was still in a coma.  The ambulance attendants placed her on an adjusting table, her mother took a chair next to her in the treatment room, and my associate and I took turns adjusting her in between adjusting our regularly scheduled patients.  We each adjusted her several times in the course of the day.  The astonishing sight of a girl in a coma arriving in an ambulance was passed down by word of mouth in the reception room, so all the patients that afternoon knew the story.

When, toward the end of the day, she walked out of the treatment room, the waiting patients leaped to their feet, cheering and applauding.  The next day, she came for a normal appointment, driven by her mother; the following day, she came on her own.

This was a great learning experience for me — it taught me a deep lesson in what we chiropractors refer to as chiropractic courage — but my greatest leap in understanding chiropractic happened when I was only a student.  A profoundly accomplished doctor had generously invited me to “assist” him in his practice.  I took patient histories, recorded exam findings, and made treatment records.  Early on, I took the history of a terribly ill young woman who had recently been told by doctors at the Mayo Clinic that there was nothing that could be done for her, that she should get her affairs in order and prepare for the end of her life.  She had originally set out on her path to many doctors and eventually the Mayo Clinic because of two hideous lesions, one in her upper arm and one in her buttock on the opposite side.

She was a blessing to me.  I had been taught that chiropractors treat patients, not conditions, but I did not understand what that meant, not really.  She taught me to understand what I had been taught.

After a period of care, I again took her history in preparation for her re-exam.  The lesions were gone, replaced by a smooth, normal contour and new, pink skin — but that was not what struck me, and that was not what was important.  Instead of the shockingly ill person I had first met, I was interviewing an attractive young woman with a vivacious personality.  Chiropractic care had restored her to health.  I understood then that her health, not the terrible lesions, had been the focus of her care all along.

Ask a chiropractor if he treats diabetes, and the doctor will no doubt tell you no.  How about ulcers?  No.  Asthma?  No again.  What then do you treat, doctor?  I treat patients — patients with diabetes, patients with ulcers, patients with asthma.  But whether the patient’s problem is great or small, the goal of the chiropractor is always the same: health restored, and restored by the perfectly natural method of chiropractic adjustments, without recourse to drugs or surgery.

And by the way, that method is American through and through.  It was discovered and developed right here in America.

FAUXTUS: On Tuesday, the Worst President in U.S. History went to Fort Worth, Texas. Listen to how he introduced these three guys. CLICK https://twitter.com/townhallcom/status/1501323525763653643 [:08]. My favorite tweet: “Thank you for playing today’s game of ‘What if Trump said it?’”

Also on Tuesday, The Wall Street Journal reported that FAUXTUS’ efforts to beg oil off Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates failed miserably. In fact, the Saudi Crown Prince and the U.A.E’s Sheikh wouldn’t take even his calls. Both have been vocal recently in their criticism of his policies.

They say their efforts to destroy our domestic fossil fuel industries are about protecting the planet from climate change. But the fact that they’re willing to buy these products not just from other nations, but from other nations that hate us exposes their lie. It’s ALL about destroying the United States, so they won’t have to deal with our pesky selves when they try to take over the world.

GAS PRICES: [9:25] – Best tweet – “The entire Biden Presidency: 1. Cause a problem 2. Deny there’s a problem 3. Finally admit there’s a problem, but blame someone else. Rinse and repeat.” Let’s go, Brandon!

HERO: This one took my breath away – On Sunday morning, a drunk driver swerved at high speed around multiple police barricades that had been set up to protect the thousands of runners and bystanders attending the Armed Forces Skyway 10K Race. When she blew past the last one, Florida Highway Patrol Trooper Toni Schuck saw only one way to stop her before she killed anybody.

CLICK https://twitter.com/GLFOP/status/1501287947634712579 [:38] to see the dash cam from Schuck’s cruiser. The other cruiser in the video is a second officer who attempted, but failed to intervene, leaving Schuck the only one left between the drunk and all those people!

Both drivers were injured in the crash. The drunk is in jail facing multiple charges. Schuck is recovering from her injuries at home with her family. You can send her a card via Florida Highway Patrol, 11305 North McKinley Drive, Tampa, FL 33612.

LENTEN MEDITATION: “Behold, Jesus Christ crucified, who is the only foundation of our hope; He is our mediator and advocate; the victim and sacrifice for our sins. He is goodness and patience itself; His mercy is moved by the tears of sinners, and he never refuses pardon and grace to those who ask it with a truly contrite and humbled heart.St. Charles Borromeo

MARYLAND: The Maryland Senate is considering the “Pregnant Person’s Freedom Act of 2022” that would prohibit investigations and criminal prosecutions for women and medical professionals for a “failure to act” in relation to a “perinatal death.” Since a 2020 law defines “perinatal care” as the “provision of care during pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum and neonatal periods,” this bill could mean that during the first four weeks of their lives, human babies would have no legal protection from abuse or neglect … something Maryland law guarantees to newborn baby animals.

PRO-LIFE: Pro-life activists in Visalia, California, convinced the City Council not to give Planned Parenthood a permit for a new location. PP already has one clinic in Visalia.

SUMMER CAMPS: The graphic shows one of four Kentucky witches who are hosting a “Sexy Summer Camp” for children. Lessons will include “sex liberation,” “gender exploration,” “BDSM,” “being a sex worker,” “self-managed abortions,” and “sexual activity while using licit and illicit drugs.

In Indianapolis, a woman who thinks that kids should be learning “non-binary” vocabulary, taught how to wear a condom, and be “responsibly” introduced to pornography is hosting a “Sex Ed Summer Camp” for kids aged 8-10 years old. For just $250, parents can send their prepubescent youngsters off to be groomed for the next pedophile they encounter.

GRAMMY NOTES: Mama and I are filling half-pans with the watercolors and gouaches that we each have that the other doesn’t. Both of these types of paint can be reactivated with water and used with no loss of quality. We’re having so much fun!
