If anybody knows how to jerk the press around, it has to be Donald Trump. I can imagine he gets a real kick out of them making fools of themselves as they try to trip him up at every turn. He slipped out the other night to have dinner with his family at 21, a high-end steak house. It so happened there was a reporter there who immediately tweeted to all his co-conspirators that he was there. High dudgeon all around. How dare he actually go to dinner with his family without checking with them first? The nerve of the guy! Who does he think he is, the president?

The only way the press eventually ascertained his whereabouts was after a Bloomberg reporter, who happened to be dining at the 21 Club, tweeted a photo of Trump and some of his transition team in the Midtown steakhouse.
While the dinner choice left the media mad, diners inside the former speakeasy were ecstatic.
“There was a standing ovation when he came and left,” said Andrew Testo, a 43-year-old who was eating with friends. “He was with his whole family. It was like Sunday dinner with the Trumps, but on a Tuesday. It was awesome.”

In sweeping to power he stepped over the heir-apparent,former first lady,senator,liar,enabler and queen wanna-be,Hillary Clinton.She waited eight long years for her turn to come.To make sure he got his second term she allowed 4 Americans to be butchered then lied about it for 6 weeks until after the election was over.
Her turn finally came.She had everything on her side.The press did her dirty work,her primary was rigged from the beginning,the White House,DOJ,FBI and State Department all joined together to protect her from prosecution for the myriad felonies she had committed.Once she was elected it would all go away.You would get open borders,you’d have a Supreme Court with a liberal majority for 30 years and somebody else would continue paying for your free stuff.The media even did its part to make sure Donald Trump,the media buffoon was the republican candidate so they could tear him to shreds for her.
But then something happened.Trump was not everybody’s first choice.He certainly wasn’t mine.but the thought of the disaster that would befall our nation under continued democrat rule was more than terrible to contemplate.You see,between the upper East side of Manhattan and the posh mansions of Beverly Hills lies a country.it’s referred to derisively as “flyover country.”The landscape is dotted with big city hellholes,all run by democrats.Drugs,crime and corruption rule in these decaying centers of despair.
Go 100 miles outside of any of these cities and you’ll find another America.You don’t understand us and never will.You think we’re all ignorant,backwoods hicks because all we want is to be left alone to raise our kids and live the way we choose without government interference.We go to county fairs and flea markets.When our high school teams go to state tournament we decorate the town with signs of encouragement.When misfortune befalls us,we don’t sit and whine with our hands out waiting for somebody else to help us.We do it ourselves.We don’t raise hell when things don’t go the way we want.We accept things for what they are and move on.
We get called everything your narrow minds can think of.Racist,bigot,homophobe,xenophobe.Anti-immigrant,anti-abortion,extremists.We’re told we can’t fly Old Glory because somebody might be offended.When some malcontent decides to walk on the flag or wipe their ass with it we’re told it’s free speech.A helluva lot more of us,our parents and grandparents sacrificed everything to defend that flag.Militant gays seek out Christian businessmen to force them to participate in things we view as a sin in the eyes of God.When they don’t,they get sued and lose everything they have.We’re forced to allow our 12 year old daughters to share a bathroom with a 50 year old man in a dress. homosexuals scream to stay out of their bedrooms then close off streets and have parades to show us what they do.
We’ve been forced to stand by and could do nothing.This last election was the culmination of the anger and frustration 66 million of us have had to hold inside,knowing there was nothing we could do.You could see at every rally the energy borne of this frustration building to a gigantic outburst.Last Tuesday the day of reckoning had arrived.We’d been mocked,ignored and persecuted long enough.It’s the one day every four years when our voice can be heard.And we WERE heard.

The violence had even spread to grade schoolers. In all those cases so far, it’s thugs-in-training beating on white kids. They’re taught their bloody skills early. Today’s Prize for Stupidest Political Commentary

I’ve been listening today as Hillary blames her loss on Comey and Obama.  As per usual, being Democrat means never having to take responsibility or say you’re sorry.

Leftists are also blaming Hillary’s loss on white backlash and misogyny.  Have any of these people noticed that Hillary is white and her husband is a serial sexual predator?  Do any of them ever listen to what we ACTUALLY care about?

And, for the record, I resent the implication that I would EVER vote with my skin or my crotch.  I vote with my mind and my heart.  Period.

Mitch McConnell has been described as a turtle. He reminds me of another reptile…a snake.
My memory is not so short that I’ve forgotten the way he treated the Tea Party members who were elected in 2010. How he bragged about destroying them. He’s the ultimate DC insider. He’s almost never stood up to his buddies the democrats when there was a deal to be made and he could get something out of it. Almost never. Then he starts sounding like Trump is helping him find a little courage.

When Democrats ran the Senate, they changed the rules to allow for simple majority votes for judicial nominees, but not Supreme Court nominees, which can still be filibustered. But despite speculation that Republicans will take this next step, McConnell indicated some resistance to it when asked.
The option of ending filibusters on high court nominees has been raised because Republicans have blocked President Obama’s nominee, Merrick Garland, for months now. As a result, Democrats are expected to block Donald Trump’s nominee once he takes office next year, and some Republicans say another rule change is needed to ensure the nominee can get through.

There is much to do and not much time to get it done. In two years there will be another fight and nobody knows what the landscape will look like. Suffice to say Trump is no weak-kneed moderate pansy.

In the Republican revolution, Mr. Trump gave voice to voters who have been ignored by GOP leaders for decades. He gave them a voice and together they changed the party’s stance on immigration, trade, economics, national security and globalism.
He uprooted and altered the very language the party spoke. The whispered tiptoeing of political correctness was slain.
The same revolution that exploded the Republican Party this year is still boiling inside the Democratic Party. Eventually, it will explode. And the longer it seethes, the more devastating the explosion will be.
